adding purified water, emulsifier, xanthan gum and sodium benzoate into flucetosulfuron, cyhalofop-butyl or penoxsulam or metamifop, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine, and grinding until the particle size is 2-5 um;

or adding methyl esterified vegetable oil, emulsifier and organic bentonite into flucarbazone, cyhalofop-butyl or penoxsulam or metamifop, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine, and grinding until the particle diameter is 2-5 um.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing flucetosulfuron and cyhalofop-butyl/penoxsulam/metamifop and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Flupyrazosulfuron is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide developed by life science of LG company, south Korea, and is an acetolactate synthase inhibitor, namely, the acetolactate synthase inhibitor inhibits the biosynthesis of branched chain amino acids by inhibiting ALS enzyme of plants, finally destroys the synthesis of protein, and interferes with the synthesis of DNA and cell division and growth. The preparation has wide weed control spectrum, has super-high effect on barnyard grass, and has remarkable control effect on grassy weeds such as monochoria vaginalis and stranguria.

Cyhalofop-butyl is an aryloxy phenoxy propionic acid herbicide, is a paddy field selective herbicide, can only be used for treating stems and leaves, has no effect on pre-bud treatment, and is mainly used for preventing and killing gramineous weeds such as barnyard grass, moleplant seeds and the like. Cyhalofop-butyl is the only variety with high safety to rice in aryloxy-phenoxy-propionic-acid herbicides, and is also a systemic-conductive herbicide like other varieties. Absorbed by leaves and leaf sheaths of plants, phloem conducts, accumulates in meristematic regions of plants, resists acetyl coenzyme a carboxylase (ACCase), stops fatty acid synthesis, prevents cell growth and division, destroys lipid-containing structures such as membrane systems, and finally causes plant death. The weed dies slowly from the absorption of cyhalofop-butyl, which generally takes 1-3 weeks. The symptoms of weeds after application were as follows: shoots in the four-leaf stage shriveled, resulting in death. The old leaves in the two-leaf period have little change and keep green. Cyhalofop-butyl is highly effective on moleplant seeds, has certain control effect on low-age barnyard grass, and can also prevent and kill large crabgrass, paspalum distichum, green bristlegrass, goosegrass herb, aloesbill, and the like, and has no effect on cyperaceae weeds and broad-leaved weeds.

Penoxsulam is a broad-spectrum herbicide for rice fields, can effectively prevent and kill barnyard grass (including barnyard grass with resistance to propanil, quinclorac and acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase) and annual cyperaceae weeds, and is effective on a plurality of broadleaf weeds, such as marsh isopistil, carp intestine, sesbania, Japanese chikusetaria, monochoria vaginalis and the like. The lasting period is as long as 30-60 days, and the harm of weeds in all seasons can be basically controlled by one-time application. Meanwhile, the herbicide can also prevent and kill bensulfuron methyl weeds in rice fields, has residual activity on a plurality of broadleaf and cyperaceae weeds, barnyard grass and the like, has certain effect on moleplant seeds weeds, and can be mixed with cyhalofop-butyl if control is needed.

Metamifop belongs to acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase inhibitors (ACC for short), and is a post-emergence selective herbicide for efficiently preventing and killing gramineous weeds, and the herbicide is divided into a group A according to HRAC grouping, and comprises aryloxy phenoxypropionic acids (APPs, including metamifop, cyhalofop-butyl and the like), cyclohexenone (DIMs, including diclofop-methyl, diclofop-methyl and the like) and novel phenyl pyrazolines (PPZ, including pinoxaden) compounds.

In order to make the herbicidal spectrum of the herbicide wider, a plurality of herbicides are usually mixed, but the synergistic effect can be achieved by selecting herbicides which have different herbicidal spectra and cannot produce antagonistic action. At present, in the existing research, the mixed action of the flucetosulfuron and the cyhalofop-butyl is adopted to improve the weeding effect. However, the mixed herbicides of the two still have many problems. In the existing herbicides, a plurality of herbicidal compounds are often mixed for use to improve the herbicidal range, but the problems of excessive medicament dosage and excessive pesticide residue in plants and soil easily exist. When only the flucetosulfuron and the cyhalofop-butyl are mixed, the problems of narrow weeding range and more auxiliary materials are also existed.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the prior rice herbicide has the problems of narrow weeding range and more auxiliary materials.

or adding methyl esterified vegetable oil, emulsifier and organic bentonite into flucetosulfuron and cyhalofop-butyl/penoxsulam/metamifop, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine, and grinding until the particle diameter is 2-5 um.

Wherein, in the preparation method, the temperature during grinding is less than 40 ℃.

The invention also provides application of the weeding composition containing flucetosulfuron and cyhalofop-butyl/penoxsulam/metamifop in removing moleplant seeds, barnyard grass, crabgrass, paspalum distichum, green bristlegrass, goosegrass herb, aloesbill, cyperaceae weeds and broadleaf weeds in rice fields.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention screens out that the flucetosulfuron and the cyhalofop-butyl/the penoxsulam/the metamifop can play a remarkable role in synergy when being mixed and used according to a certain proportion through tests. Under the combined condition, the weeding composition has the advantages of high weeding speed, long lasting period, application cost reduction and obviously better prevention and control effect than that of a single agent. The weeding composition can be used for preventing and controlling the weed harm in rice, has a wide weeding range, can remove cyperaceae weeds and broadleaf weeds besides the weeds such as moleplant seed and barnyard grass, and has a wider weeding range. In addition, the invention also particularly selects the auxiliary material components of the mixed herbicide, the preparation form is advanced, the activity is high, under the auxiliary material, the pesticide effect of the mixture of the flucetosulfuron and the cyhalofop-butyl/the sulfentrazone/the metamifop is better, the mixture is more uniform, the weeding effect is obviously improved, and the invention has good application prospect.

The following examples are intended to illustrate the specific embodiments of the present invention without limiting the scope of the invention to the examples.

Examples 1 to 8 herbicides according to the invention and for use in paddy rice field

The compositions of the herbicides are shown in table 1 below.

The herbicide adjuvants of examples 1-4 consist of: 50kg of purified water, 10kg of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, 1kg of xanthan gum and 1kg of sodium benzoate.

The herbicides of examples 1-4 are suspending agents prepared by the method of: adding purified water, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, xanthan gum and sodium benzoate into the flucetosulfuron and the cyhalofop-butyl, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine for fine grinding, wherein the grinding temperature is ensured to be less than 40 ℃, and grinding to the particle size of 2-5um to obtain the suspension herbicide.

The herbicide adjuvants of examples 5-8 consist of: 50kg of methyl esterified vegetable oil, 10kg of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 2kg of organic bentonite.

The herbicides of examples 5-8 were dispersed oil suspensions and were prepared by the following method: methyl esterified vegetable oil, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and organic bentonite are added into flucetosulfuron and cyhalofop-butyl for dispersing and shearing, and then added into a grinding machine for fine grinding, wherein the grinding temperature is ensured to be less than 40 ℃, and the grinding is carried out until the particle size is 2-5um, so as to obtain the dispersed oil suspension herbicide.

Examples 9 and 11 were the same as those of example 1, and examples 10 and 12 were the same as those of example 5, except that cyhalofop-butyl was replaced with penoxsulam and metamifop, respectively.

The herbicides of examples 1 to 12 were used for weeding paddy fields, and the paddy fields with a large number of weeds (containing gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds) and in which rice normally grows were selected for experiments. A total of 14 treatments were set up, the first 12 treatments each using the herbicide of examples 1-12, treatment 13 using flucetosulfuron alone and treatment 14 using cyhalofop-butyl alone. The control effect of the strain is calculated in 30 days after the drug is taken. The control of different weeds is shown in table 1 below.

The embodiment shows that the compound herbicide has more stable effect by compounding the flucarbazone and the cyhalofop-butyl or the penoxsulam or the metamifop in a proper proportion and adding special auxiliary materials, has better drug effect compared with single-dose use, particularly has better removal effect on moleplant seeds, barnyard grass, crabgrass, paspalum distichum, green bristlegrass, goosegrass herb, amur foxtail, cyperaceae weeds, broadleaf weeds and the like in rice fields, and is suitable for popularization and use.
