In a tobacco production line, a tobacco flake loosening and conditioning machine is key equipment in a tobacco shred production line and has the functions of loosening raw material tobacco blocks so as to increase the moisture content and temperature of tobacco flakes, improve the processing resistance of the tobacco flakes, improve the sensory quality of the tobacco flakes and meet the production process requirements of subsequent shred production procedures. And because the raw material size is bigger, the production line mostly adopts the vertical slicer to process the tobacco block before the loosening and moisture regaining equipment, and vertically cuts the tobacco block according to the set cutting thickness along the height direction of the tobacco block, so that the tobacco sheet is easy to loosen in the loosening and moisture regaining machine, and fully absorbs moisture and temperature. However, in the actual production process, the phenomena of tobacco cake concentration and large volume in the materials subjected to loosening and moisture regaining still exist, particularly, when the tobacco leaves with higher production formula grades are produced, the tobacco leaves have high oiliness and long storage time, the adhesion among tobacco flakes is serious, the treatment effect of the loosening and moisture regaining machine is directly influenced, and the treatment effect of the subsequent tobacco making process is reduced.

At present, sorting machines are arranged behind a loosening and conditioning machine for processing tobacco cakes in part of enterprises, but due to the fact that the size of an inlet is limited, the situation of material blockage is easy to happen, and equipment is stopped; the manual picking method adopted by some enterprises is high in labor intensity and poor in controllability; some enterprises also adopt local winnowing equipment to remove the tobacco cakes and then carry out manual tearing treatment, so that the manual intervention degree is high, and the uniformity of material properties is poor; some enterprises improve the structural form of the raking nails and the shoveling plates in the loosening and conditioning machine, but the improvement range of the treatment effect is not obvious. Tracking observation shows that although the sliced tobacco blocks are closely arranged on the slicing discharge conveyor belt and the conveying flow is controlled by the electronic scale, the sliced tobacco blocks have the conditions of unstable block size and continuous dumping when being output from the electronic scale, so that the flow at the outlet of the electronic scale cannot be maintained, and the materials in the state have the problems of uneven heating of the core and the surface, insufficient indirect water and steam adding amount and large fragmentation rate after entering the loosening and conditioning machine.

In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a device that can reduce the size of the tobacco mass entering the loosening and conditioning machine and stabilize the feeding flow.

The invention aims to overcome the defects, and provides a device and a method for secondary cutting treatment of tobacco blocks, which can decompose the tobacco blocks vertically cut by a slicer into single sheet blocks again to improve the treatment effect of the next procedure, simultaneously can not influence the metering and conveying flow rate to realize continuous production, stabilize the feeding flow rate to homogenize the material properties treated by the next procedure, have fault-tolerant capability to meet the accidental material state change of upstream equipment, have few opportunities for cutting tobacco leaves, have small breakage in the treatment process, have strong integration and are convenient for increasing the arrangement.

D. in the separation process, the self-adaptive material sticking plate 51 of the separation auxiliary mechanism 5 is attached to the upper surface of the tobacco block behind the slicing mechanism 4, so that the tobacco block behind is prevented from being dragged and toppled;

E. the stripping mechanism 3 returns to the initial position immediately after being in place, the slicing mechanism 4 returns to the initial position after the stripping mechanism 3 is in place, and the separation auxiliary mechanism 5 starts to move from bottom to top and returns to the initial position after the slicing mechanism 4 returns to the initial position;

F. the above actions are repeated and carried out in sequence, and the mass continuous processing production of the vertically cut tobacco blocks 6 processed by the slicing machine is completed.
