The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.

Example 1

Fig. 1 and 2 schematically show a traditional Chinese medical bone splint according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a traditional Chinese medical bone-knitting splint comprises a splint 1, a flexible liner 2 and a fixing band 3. The flexible lining 2 is hollow, and liquid is arranged in the flexible lining 2. One side of splint 1 is fixed in one side of flexible inside lining 2, and splint 1 sets up to 3 ~ 5 and is in range by side in the same one side of flexible inside lining 2, 4 in the drawing. The securing strap 3 is attached to the other side of the splint 1.

Referring to fig. 4, on the basis of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, the small traditional Chinese medical bone-knitting splint further comprises a pressure detection device 4, wherein the pressure detection device 4 is communicated with the flexible liner 2, and the pressure detection device 4 penetrates through and is fixed on the splint 1.

The pressure detection device 4 includes a piston cylinder 41, a piston 42, and a spring 43. The piston 42 is sleeved in the piston cylinder 41 and seals the cross section of the piston cylinder 41, and the piston 42 is in sliding fit with the piston cylinder 41. The spring 43 is positioned in the piston cylinder 41, one end of the spring 43 abuts one end of the piston cylinder 41, and the other end of the spring 43 abuts one side of the piston 42. A vent hole 411 is provided at one end of the piston cylinder 41 abutting against the spring 43.

The pressure detecting device 4 further includes a connection pipe 44, one end of the connection pipe 44 is communicated with the flexible liner 2, and the other end of the connection pipe 44 is communicated with the other end of the piston cylinder 41.

The piston cylinder 41 is made of transparent plastic or glass, the outside of the piston cylinder 41 is provided with a scale 412, and the scale 412 is marked by measuring different positions of the piston 42 pushed out by different liquid pressures of the flexible liner 2. The liquid pressure inside the flexible liner 2, i.e. the clamping force of the splint to the user, can be visually observed through the scale 412. The tightness of the clamping of the splint 1 to the affected limb is adjusted at any time according to the display of the observation scale 412, so as to avoid the occurrence of over-tightness or over-tightness.

Example 4

Fig. 1, 3 and 5 schematically show a heating device for a traditional Chinese medical bone splint according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, on the basis of embodiment 3, the traditional Chinese medical bone-setting splint further comprises a heating device. The heating device comprises a resistance heating wire 51, a normally closed constant temperature switch 52, a storage battery 53, a heating switch 54 and a charging interface 55. The resistance heating wire 51, the normally closed constant temperature switch 52, the storage battery 53 and the heating switch 54 are connected in series, and the charging interface 55 is electrically connected with the storage battery 53. The storage battery 53 can be charged via the charging interface 55. The storage battery 53 may power the resistance heating wire 51.

The resistance heating wire 51 and the normally closed thermostatic switch 52 are embedded between the liquid sealing jacket layer 21 and the connecting layer 22, the resistance heating wire 51 is fixed on one side of the liquid sealing jacket layer 21 close to the splint 1, and the normally closed thermostatic switch 52 is fixed on the other side of the liquid sealing jacket layer 21. One side of the resistance heating wire 51 is heated and the heat is conducted by the liquid in the flexible liner 2 to the normally closed thermostatic switch 52 on the other side of the flexible liner 2. The normally closed thermostatic switch 52 opens automatically when the temperature reaches a predetermined value and closes when the temperature falls below the predetermined value, keeping the temperature of the flexible liner 2 constant. The heating switch 54 and the charging interface 55 are fixed on the outer side of the clamping plate 1 or the flexible lining 2, and the heating switch 54 is used for controlling the power on or off of the resistance heating wire 51. The heating device may be manually controlled to turn on or off by a heating switch 54.

The normally closed thermostatic switch 52 can be a 35-degree or 40-degree ksd9700 type normally closed thermostatic switch, the normally closed thermostatic switch 52 is in a normally closed state, and the normally closed thermostatic switch 52 is automatically switched off when the temperature reaches a preset value, so that the phenomenon that a user is scalded due to overhigh heating temperature of the resistance heating wire 51 is avoided.
