The method comprises the steps of firstly determining the width and the shape of a ball pen point according to the quantity and the size of balls to be installed, then opening the connecting part between the front end of the ball pen point and the side face of the ball pen point respectively, preparing for installing balls, and simultaneously processing an internal channel and a structure of the ball pen point according to the existing ball pen processing requirements and flows.
