发明内容

从该技术方案可知:该笔尖生产工艺较为简洁,且结构不复杂,不需组件,笔尖是一个单一的整体结构,在解决上述背景技术问题上有很好的效果。它身上标有空心圆柱管1和外形似一个半球体的圆滑光亮对称无凹槽凸起的空心圆头2,如图1(正侧面平视图)所示。空心圆头2上标有大小相同、间距非常小、布局样式对称、与空心圆头内部连通的圆孔(孔3至孔11)、孔口转折处12至20,所有圆形孔口转折处均被圆滑光亮化处理,且转折处整齐规则、无凹槽突起。

整个空心圆头2的壁厚尺寸大于或略等于空心圆柱管1的壁厚尺寸,因而圆头较厚、较为坚硬。非主观人为因素影响,掉在地上后,因半球体受力较均匀,不易摔坏。

具体实施方式

找一支装有墨的全针管型中性笔,将全针管型笔尖取下,再将该发明的新笔尖***,手持笔尾区域(与笔尖相对的区域),轻甩笔身,待笔尖微微出墨即可书写。
