The main escape device comprises a slide way type lifeboat frame 2 arranged in the safety area and a lifeboat 3 arranged on the slide way type lifeboat frame 2, and the slide way type lifeboat frame 2 is used for enabling the lifeboat 3 to freely fall to the sea surface in an angle for escaping.

The rescue and escape system further comprises a boarding platform 6 and an inclined ladder 7, wherein the boarding platform 6 is located on one side of the lifeboat 3 and used for enabling personnel to board the lifeboat 3, and the inclined ladder 7 is connected with the boarding platform 6 and used for evacuating personnel to board the boarding platform 6.
