(1) preparing high straight yarns with natural falling feeling: fully melting a material master batch of the high straight yarn, a color master, an aging assistant, a compatilizer and a lubricating assistant at an average temperature of 260 ℃ by using single-screw equipment, uniformly extruding a blank yarn, drafting the blank yarn by using a hot water tank, shaping by using a shaping roller 6 in the hot water tank shown in figure 2, and cooling after shaping to obtain the high straight yarn with natural falling feeling, wherein the color master is an inorganic color master, the aging assistant is a mixture of a hindered amine ultraviolet light stabilizer and an antioxidant, and the compatilizer is polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride;

(2) preparing short straight wires for supporting: fully melting a material master batch, a color master batch, an aging auxiliary agent, a compatilizer and a lubricating auxiliary agent at an average temperature of 230 ℃ by single-screw equipment, uniformly extruding a blank wire, drawing the blank wire by a hot water tank, and directly rolling for later use, wherein the color master batch is an inorganic color master batch, the aging auxiliary agent is a mixture of a hindered amine ultraviolet light stabilizer and an antioxidant, and the compatilizer is polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride;

(3) the high straight wires with natural falling feeling and the short straight wires with the supporting function are folded in a doubling mode to form the straw filaments;

(4) adding curved filaments to carry out doubling together in the doubling process of the grass filaments in the step (3), and tufting the doubled grass filaments on a base cloth to obtain a lawn semi-finished product;

(5) and coating a layer of glue on the back of the semi-finished lawn, heating at a high temperature of 105 ℃, stabilizing the grass filaments by the glue, and heating the high straight filaments and the low straight filaments to deform to form the non-directional lawn with the layering effect.

Example 2

This embodiment provides an artificial turf without a sense of direction, as shown in fig. 1: the grass silk comprises high straight silk with natural falling feeling, short straight silk with supporting function and curved silk imitating hay; the natural falling feeling artificial turf comprises a natural falling feeling high straight filament, a large V-shaped high straight filament, a natural falling feeling artificial turf and a natural falling feeling artificial turf, wherein the falling angle range of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is 160 degrees, the color of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is light green, the shape of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is rectangular, the grammage (dtex) of a single grass filament is 600, the material of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is PE, the height difference between the short straight filament and the natural falling feeling high straight filament is 0.5cm, the shape of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is large V-shaped, the grammage (dtex) of the single grass filament is 1500, the material of the natural falling feeling high straight filament is one or a mixture of more PA, and the preparation method of the artificial turf comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing high straight yarns with natural falling feeling: fully melting a material master batch, a color master, an aging auxiliary agent, a compatilizer and a lubricating auxiliary agent of the high straight filament at an average temperature of 230 ℃ by using single-screw equipment, uniformly extruding the blank filament, drafting the blank filament by using a hot water tank, carrying out shaping treatment by using a shaping hot roller 8 of a heater 7 with a temperature control device in the figure 3, connecting a speed-adjustable motor outside the shaping hot roller, and cooling after shaping by using the shaping hot roller to obtain the high straight filament with natural falling feeling, wherein the color master is an inorganic color master, the aging auxiliary agent is a mixture of a hindered amine ultraviolet light stabilizer and an antioxidant, and the compatilizer is polyolefin elastomer grafted maleic anhydride;

(2) preparing short straight wires for supporting: fully melting a material master batch, a color master batch, an aging auxiliary agent, a compatilizer and a lubricating auxiliary agent at an average temperature of 230 ℃ by single-screw equipment, uniformly extruding a blank filament, drawing the blank filament by a hot water tank, and directly rolling for later use, wherein the color master batch is an inorganic color master batch, the aging auxiliary agent is a mixture of a hindered amine ultraviolet light stabilizer and an antioxidant, and the compatilizer is polyolefin elastomer grafted maleic anhydride;

(3) the high straight wires with natural falling feeling and the short straight wires with the supporting function are folded in a doubling mode to form the straw filaments;

(4) adding curved filaments to carry out doubling together in the doubling process of the grass filaments in the step (3), and tufting the doubled grass filaments on a base cloth to obtain a lawn semi-finished product;

(5) and coating a layer of glue on the back of the semi-finished lawn, heating at the high temperature of 115 ℃, stabilizing the grass filaments by the glue, and heating the high straight filaments and the low straight filaments to deform to form the non-directional lawn with the layering effect.
