After the quencher is used for a long time, a little carbon dust is still attached to the inner surfaces of the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe, so that the cooling effect of the gas is influenced. Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a pyrolysis gas quencher which reduces the reduction of gas cooling effect caused by carbon ash adhesion by additionally arranging cleaning components in the gas inlet pipe and the gas outlet pipe.

a pyrolysis gas quencher comprises a buffer box body, an air inlet cooling pipe and an air outlet cooling pipe which are communicated with the buffer box body, and also comprises cleaning devices arranged on the air inlet cooling pipe and the air outlet cooling pipe; the cleaning device comprises a connecting cover arranged at the top ends of the inlet cooling pipe and the outlet cooling pipe, an air cylinder with a cylinder body fixed on the connecting cover, a fixed rod fixedly connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder, a connecting rod fixedly connected with one end of the fixed rod far away from the air cylinder and a cleaning ring arranged on the connecting rod; the inner side of the cleaning ring is fixed with a connecting column, one end of the connecting column is fixedly connected with the cleaning ring, and the other end of the connecting column is fixedly connected with the connecting rod.

Preferably, a sealing plug is fixed on the side wall of the fixed rod, an air inlet branch pipe is communicated with the air inlet cooling pipe, and an air outlet branch pipe is communicated with the air outlet cooling pipe; the sealing plugs are positioned above the air inlet branch pipes and the air outlet branch pipes, and the diameters of the sealing plugs are the same as the inner diameters of the air inlet cooling pipes and the air outlet cooling pipes.

Referring to fig. 2, the cleaning device 4 includes a connecting cover 41 disposed on the top ends of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3, a cylinder 42 with a cylinder body fixed on the connecting cover 41, a fixing rod 43 fixedly connected with the piston rod of the cylinder 42, a sealing plug 44 fixedly connected with the side wall of the fixing rod 43, a connecting rod 45 fixedly connected with one end of the fixing rod 43 far away from the cylinder 42, and a cleaning ring 46 mounted on the connecting rod 45.

The top ends of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3 are provided with openings for placing a cleaning device 4; and the connection cap 41 is screw-coupled with the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3 to increase the sealability of the connection cap 41.

The cylinder body of the air cylinder 42 is vertically arranged, the piston rod of the air cylinder 42 penetrates through the connecting cover 41 and is in sliding connection with the connecting cover 41, and the piston rod of the air cylinder 42 extends into the air inlet cooling pipe 2 and the air outlet cooling pipe 3.

The diameter of the sealing plug 44 is the same as the inner diameter of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3, so that the sealing plug 44 can abut against the inner walls of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3. When the piston rod of the cylinder 42 reaches the extension limit, the sealing plug 44 is positioned above the inlet branch pipe 21 and the outlet branch pipe 31, so that the movable range of the sealing plug 44 is always positioned above the inlet branch pipe 21 and the outlet branch pipe 31. In the process, the sealing plug 44 plays a role of blocking, so that gas is prevented from entering the upper part of the sealing plug 44, and the gas overflows from the joint of the cylinder 42 and the connecting cover 41, so that the sealing effect of the cleaning device 4 is improved.

The fixing rod 43 is in threaded connection with the connecting rod 45, so that the connecting rod 45 is convenient to mount and dismount. Referring to fig. 3, the bottom end of the charge air cooling pipe 2 is also mounted with a collecting assembly 5. The collecting assembly 5 comprises a fixing ring 51 fixed on the outer wall of the inlet cooling pipe 2, a filter bag 52 sleeved on the fixing ring 51 and a clamp 53 carried out on the filter bag 52. When the filter bag 52 is sleeved on the fixing ring 51, the clamp 53 is tightly sleeved at the moment, so that the clamp 53 is tightly sleeved on the filter bag 52 sleeved on the fixing ring 51 to fix the filter bag 52. The carbon dust cleaned by the cleaning device 4 is collected through the filter bag 52, so that the buffer box body 1 can be cleaned conveniently in the later period.

The use principle is as follows: when the side walls of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3 need to be cleaned, the air cylinder 42 is started to drive the fixing rod 43 and the connecting rod 45 to do up-and-down reciprocating motion, so that the cleaning ring 46 is driven to do up-and-down reciprocating motion, and in the up-and-down reciprocating motion process of the cleaning ring 46, the cleaning ring 46 scrapes off carbon dust on the surfaces of the inlet cooling pipe 2 and the outlet cooling pipe 3; wherein the attached carbon dust is more in the cooling tube 2 that admits air, overlaps with filter bag 52 in the bottom of cooling tube 2 that admits air to the convenience is collected the carbon dust that drops.
