During the tobacco shred conveying process of the feeding belt, tobacco powder in the tobacco shreds enters between the upper belt and the lower belt along with air flow and is deposited on the inner side surface of the belt along with the operation of the feeding belt, tobacco powder deposits and dust deposits are easy to breed tobacco insects for a long time, baffles are arranged on two sides of the feeding belt, a relatively closed space is formed, the tobacco shred storage cabinets are generally positioned on two sides of a channel, and the baffles are inconvenient to clean if needed to be disassembled; therefore, a device is needed to solve the problem that the tobacco powder deposited on the inner side surface of the feeding belt of the existing tobacco shred storage cabinet is difficult to clean.
