5. The tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sedimentation middle layer is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide in a mass ratio of (1-2) to (1-3).

6. The water-purifying bactericidal pellet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cationic polyacrylamide has an ionic degree of 30%.

7. The water-purifying bactericidal pellet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anionic polyacrylamide has a molecular weight of 800 ten thousand.

8. The tablet of claim 1, wherein the bactericidal core is a mixture of chlorine dioxide and nano-silver in a mass ratio of (3-5) to (1-2).

9. The water-purifying bactericidal pellet as claimed in claim 8, wherein the nano silver has a particle size of 5-7 nm.

10. The process for preparing the water-purifying bactericidal pellet as claimed in claims 1 to 9, which comprises the steps of:

(1) mixing chlorine dioxide and nano silver, placing into a tabletting mold with the thickness of 1-1.5mm, and tabletting to obtain a sterilization core;

(2) taking cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide, uniformly mixing, putting into a tabletting mold with the thickness of 3-4mm, putting the sterilization inner core obtained in the step (1) into the tabletting mold, tabletting, and coating a sedimentation middle layer outside the sterilization inner core;

(3) and (3) uniformly mixing citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, putting into a 5-6mm tabletting mold, putting the medicine core obtained in the step (2) into the 5-6mm tabletting mold, and tabletting to obtain the purified water sterilization precipitation tablet.

The footprint of Chinese people is spread all over the world, and the field operation amount under various climates is also increasing continuously. Water is a source of life, and the cleaning and drinking of water are important links of logistics work in outdoor sports, field work and even military operations.

The problem of drinking water in open air is solved, and the problem of great difficulty is solved because the water quality is complex and is not easy to treat. In field operation, although a great amount of fresh water exists in rivers and lakes, the water cannot be directly drunk due to a great amount of microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria in the water body. If drinking polluted water, it will cause intestinal infectious diseases such as malaria.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a water purification and sterilization precipitate tablet which can be widely used for outdoor sports, field survival and individual soldier water purification and a preparation method thereof. The water purification sterilization precipitation tablet consists of a foaming outer layer, a sedimentation middle layer and a sterilization inner core. The foaming layer is a mixed layer of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate powder, is used for wrapping tablet cores, reduces storage requirements and prolongs quality guarantee period, can quickly release gas when contacting with water to be purified, and adjusts acid-base balance of a contact area to form a working buffer area; the sedimentation middle layer is formed by mixing cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide powder and is used for quickly flocculating and settling soil particles in water to be purified after being released; the sterilization inner core is formed by mixing chlorine dioxide and nano silver powder and is used for killing pathogenic microorganisms in the precipitated water.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the water purifying and sterilizing precipitating tablet sequentially comprises a foaming outer layer, a precipitating middle layer and a sterilizing inner core from outside to inside, wherein the foaming outer layer is a mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, the precipitating middle layer is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide, and the sterilizing inner core is a mixture of chlorine dioxide and nano silver.

The foaming outer layer is a mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate according to a mass ratio of (3-5) to (1-2).

The citric acid is food grade citric acid.

The sodium bicarbonate is food-grade sodium bicarbonate.

The sedimentation middle layer is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide according to the mass ratio of (1-2) to (1-3).

The ionic degree of the cationic polyacrylamide is 30%.

The molecular weight of the anionic polyacrylamide is 800 ten thousand.

The bactericidal core is a mixture of chlorine dioxide and nano-silver according to a mass ratio of (3-5) to (1-2).

The particle size of the nano silver is 5-7 nm.

The preparation method of the water purification sterilization precipitation tablet comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing chlorine dioxide and nano silver uniformly, putting the mixture into a tabletting mold with the thickness of 1mm, and tabletting to obtain a sterilization core;

(2) taking cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide, uniformly mixing, putting into a tabletting mold with the thickness of 3mm, putting the sterilization inner core obtained in the step (1) into the tabletting mold, tabletting, and coating a sedimentation middle layer outside the sterilization inner core;

(3) and (3) uniformly mixing citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, putting into a 5mm tabletting mold, putting the medicine core obtained in the step (2) into the 5mm tabletting mold, and tabletting to obtain the purified water sterilizing precipitate tablet.

The water purification sterilization precipitation tablet comprises a foaming outer layer, a sedimentation middle layer and a sterilization inner core from outside to inside in sequence, wherein the foaming outer layer is a mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, the sedimentation middle layer is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide, and the sterilization inner core is a mixture of chlorine dioxide and nano silver; when the tablet is used for purifying muddy water, the foaming outer layer firstly contacts with the muddy water to quickly generate carbon dioxide bubbles which are quickly dispersed, citric acid is weakly acidic, and sodium bicarbonate is weakly alkaline, so that an acid-base balance buffering working area is formed between the foaming outer layer and the muddy water to adjust the working environment of the sedimentation layer and the sterilization layer and reduce interaction; the sedimentation middle layer is quickly dispersed under the action of a foaming agent (citric acid and sodium bicarbonate), and the cationic polyacrylamide and the anionic polyacrylamide respectively settle different suspended particles in the soil to enable the different suspended particles to be coagulated into floccules and quickly sedimentated; the sterilizing inner core consisting of chlorine dioxide and nano silver can quickly kill pathogens within 3-5 minutes; therefore, when the tablet is used for muddy water purification, the stirring is about 5 minutes, and the sedimentation and the sterilization can be fully completed. Then, the water is lightly filtered by a paper towel (the water can not be filtered in emergency), and the drinking water can be obtained. The tablet is placed in a cool, dry and dark place, and the quality guarantee period can reach 18 months.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are merely exemplary of the invention, and not of the invention in its entirety. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The embodiment provides a tablet for purifying water, sterilizing and precipitating, which has a structure as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and sequentially comprises a foaming outer layer, a precipitating middle layer and a sterilizing inner core from outside to inside, wherein the foaming outer layer is a mixture of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, the precipitating middle layer is a mixture of cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide, and the sterilizing inner core is a mixture of chlorine dioxide and nano silver.

The water purification sterilization precipitation tablet comprises the following components in formula:

food grade citric acid, 30 mg;

food grade sodium bicarbonate, 20 mg;

cationic polyacrylamide (30% ionic strength), 15 mg;

anionic polyacrylamide (molecular weight 800 ten thousand), 15 mg;

chlorine dioxide, 15 mg;

nano silver (particle size 5nm), 5 mg.

The preparation method of the water purification, sterilization and precipitation tablet comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing chlorine dioxide and nano silver according to the weight, uniformly mixing, putting into a 1mm tabletting mold of an automatic tabletting machine, and tabletting to obtain a sterilization core capable of killing harmful flora in 1-1.5L of muddy water;

(2) weighing cationic polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide according to the weight, uniformly mixing, putting into a tabletting mold with the thickness of 3mm, putting a sterilization inner core into the tabletting mold, coating tabletting, coating a sedimentation middle layer outside the sterilization inner core, and settling most suspended particles in 1-1.5L of muddy water;

(3) and (3) weighing citric acid and sodium bicarbonate according to the weight, uniformly mixing, putting into a 5mm tabletting mold, putting the medicine core obtained in the step (2) into the 5mm tabletting mold, and coating and tabletting to obtain a complete tablet, namely the water purification and sterilization precipitate tablet.

Example 2

This example provides a tablet for purifying and sterilizing water, which is different from example 1 only in that: the particle size of the nano silver is different, and the particle size of the nano silver is 7nm in the embodiment.

Example 3

This example provides a tablet for purifying and sterilizing water, which is different from example 1 only in that: the formulation composition was varied, in this example 25mg of citric acid and 15mg of sodium bicarbonate.

Example 4

This example provides a tablet for purifying and sterilizing water, which is different from example 1 only in that: the formulation composition is different, in this example, the dosage of the cationic polyacrylamide is 10mg, and the dosage of the anionic polyacrylamide is 20 mg.

Example 5

This example provides a tablet for purifying and sterilizing water, which is different from example 1 only in that: the formulation composition is different, in this example, the dosage of nano silver is 6mg, and the dosage of sodium bicarbonate is 12 mg.

Examples of the experiments

The water purification and sterilization tablets of the embodiment of the invention are used for purifying muddy water, and the detection results of various indexes such as pH, total hardness and the like of water before and after purification are shown in tables 1 and 2.

When the water purification, sterilization and precipitation tablet is used for purifying muddy water, the foaming outer layer firstly contacts with the muddy water to quickly generate carbon dioxide bubbles which are quickly dispersed, citric acid is weakly acidic, and sodium bicarbonate is weakly alkaline, so that an acid-base balance buffer working area is formed between the foaming outer layer and the muddy water, the working environment of the precipitation layer and the sterilization layer is adjusted, and interaction is reduced; the sedimentation middle layer is quickly dispersed under the action of a foaming agent, and different suspended particles in the soil are respectively settled by the cationic polyacrylamide and the anionic polyacrylamide to be coagulated into floccules and quickly settled; the sterilizing inner core consisting of chlorine dioxide and nano silver can quickly kill pathogens within 3-5 minutes; therefore, when the tablet is used for muddy water purification, the stirring is about 5 minutes, and the sedimentation and the sterilization can be fully completed. Then, the water is lightly filtered by a paper towel (the water can not be filtered in emergency), and the drinking water can be obtained. The tablet is placed in a cool, dry and dark place, and the quality guarantee period can reach 18 months.
