1. A composite filter stick for heating cigarettes is characterized in that the filter stick comprises a hollow section (2), a cooling aroma-carrying section (3) and a support section (4) which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream;

wherein the hollow section (2) is a hollow tube;

a fragrance carrying object (3-1) is arranged in the cooling fragrance carrying section (3);

the supporting section (4) is internally provided with a cavity, and the circumferential side wall of the supporting section is provided with a through hole (4-1).

2. A filter stick according to claim 1, wherein the flavor-bearing material (3-1) is spherical, block-shaped, sheet-shaped or thread-shaped.

3. A filter stick according to claim 1, wherein the through hole (4-1) is arranged at one side close to the cooling flavor-carrying segment (3).

4. A filter rod according to claim 1 further comprising a filter segment (1) disposed downstream of and in abutment with the hollow segment (2).

5. A filter stick according to claim 1, wherein the temperature-reducing flavor-bearing segment (3) is filled with fiber tows.

6. A filter rod according to claim 1 wherein the support segment (4) is a hollow paper tube.

7. A filter stick according to claim 1, wherein the flavor-bearing substance (3-1) is selected from a bead burst, a flavor gel thread, a flavor-bearing sheet, or a flavor-bearing thread wrapped with a flavor-enhancing and moisture-retaining flavor.

8. A filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the through holes (4-1) are in at least one row, and the number of the through holes (4-1) is at least one.

9. A cigarette comprising the filter rod of claim 1.

10. Use of the filter stick of claim 1 to improve the fusion effect of tobacco flavor and essence flavor.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of novel heating cigarettes, and particularly relates to a composite filter stick for heating cigarettes, a cigarette comprising the composite filter stick and application of the composite filter stick.

Background

The heating cigarette, also called low-temperature cigarette, is a novel tobacco product which utilizes a special heat source to heat tobacco shreds, and nicotine and flavor substances in the tobacco shreds are volatilized to generate smoke gas to meet the requirements of smokers during heating. The filter stick of the heating cigarette has the functions of filtering smoke, reducing smoke temperature, balancing smoke delivery, adding aroma-carrying substances to enhance aroma and moisten the filter stick, and the like. Currently, various tobacco enterprises have heating cigarette products with various specifications to be sold on the market, and filter rods of the tobacco enterprises also have various forms and have certain functions of cooling or increasing aroma and the like.

However, the cigarette design matched with the closed anaerobic heating cup smoking set is rare, because the heating temperature of the closed anaerobic heating cup smoking set is 30-60 ℃ higher than that of the traditional heating smoking set, and correspondingly, higher requirements are provided for the cooling and aroma-increasing effects of the cigarette filter tip rod. Meanwhile, the shape and quality of the smoke can be correspondingly changed after the temperature rises, and the filter tip rod section of the cigarette needs to be redesigned.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

The invention provides a composite filter stick for heating cigarettes, which comprises a hollow section 2, a cooling and aroma-carrying section 3 and a supporting section 4 which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream;

wherein, the hollow section 2 is a hollow tube;

a fragrance carrying object 3-1 is arranged in the cooling fragrance carrying section 3;

the supporting section 4 is internally provided with a cavity, and the circumferential side wall of the supporting section is provided with a through hole 4-1.

Preferably, the shape of the fragrance carrier 3-1 is spherical, block-shaped, sheet-shaped or linear.

Preferably, the through hole 4-1 is arranged at one side close to the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3.

Preferably, the filter rod further comprises a filter segment 1 disposed downstream of and in abutment with the hollow segment 2.

Preferably, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is filled with fiber tows.

Preferably, the support section 4 is a hollow paper tube.

Preferably, the fragrance-carrying object 3-1 is selected from a group consisting of an exploded bead, a fragrance gel line, a fragrance-carrying sheet, and a fragrance-carrying line wrapped with a fragrance-enhancing moisture-retaining fragrance.

Preferably, the through holes 4-1 are at least one row, and the number of the through holes 4-1 is at least one.

Wherein, the filtering section 1 is composed of a macromolecule filler wrapped by a piece of wrapping paper.

The hollow section 2 is a hollow pipe formed by polymer filler wrapped by molding paper.

Preferably, the filtering section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the supporting section 4 are all cylinders, and the outer diameter is 5-8 mm; the filter section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the support section 4 are sequentially abutted and then wrapped by the wrap paper to form the composite filter rod.

Preferably, the aroma-carrying substance 3-1 can be an exploded bead wrapped with aroma-enhancing and moisture-retaining essence, can be an essence gel line, and can be an aroma-carrying substance in the form of a non-woven fabric aroma-carrying sheet or thread; wherein the cooling filling material wrapping the fragrance-carrying object can be acetate tows or polylactic acid tows; wherein the length of the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is 5mm-10 mm.

Preferably, the polymer filler in the filter segment 1 can be acetate tow or polylactic acid tow; wherein the length of the filtering section 1 is 5mm-15 mm.

Preferably, the hollow section 2 can be used for the circulation of flue gas, and the forming material is acetate tows, the length is 5mm-15mm, and the inner diameter is 1-5 mm.

Preferably, the supporting section 4 has a certain supporting function, is composed of a paper tube and can be used for smoke gas to flow through, and has a length of 5mm-15mm and a tube wall thickness of 0.3mm-1.0 mm.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a cigarette comprising a filter rod according to the first aspect. The composite filter stick and the tobacco section are combined to obtain the cigarette. When combined, the support section 4 is adjacent to the tobacco section of the cigarette and the filter section 1 is adjacent to the suction lip end.

In a third aspect of the invention, the filter stick of the first aspect is used for improving the fusion effect of the tobacco fragrance and the essence fragrance.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 adopted by the invention is added with fragrance-carrying substances in various forms, and when the cooling fragrance-carrying section is contacted with smoke at higher temperature, the temperature of the smoke can be properly reduced through volatilization of essence; in addition, when the smoke contacts with the polylactic acid tows in the smoke, the polylactic acid tows can deform to absorb heat to reduce the smoke temperature.

2. The cigarette using the filter stick can be fully mixed with essence volatile substances after smoke enters the hollow section 2 for caching after being sucked from the clearance, and a designer can adjust the essence components carrying the essence according to the requirement, so that the smoke quality and the moistening feeling are improved.

3. After smoke enters the hollow section 2 for caching, the temperature of the cigarette using the filter stick can be continuously reduced along with the time, and a certain cooling effect can be achieved.

4. The filter stick of the invention has two sections of airflow channels, so that the suction resistance can be adjusted by adjusting the length of each section under the condition of keeping better smoke shape and smoke quality.

5. The filter stick supporting section 4 can reduce the smoke temperature after being perforated, and can improve the delivery amount of aroma-carrying substances to a certain extent. The cigarette using the filter stick has the best comprehensive smoking effect, the optimal performances of the smoke quantity, the smoke temperature, the aroma and the flavor, and the like, and particularly the optimal effect on the fusion of the herbal aroma of the cigarette and the bead blasting aroma. Therefore, the filter stick can improve the fusion effect of the tobacco fragrance and the fragrance of the fragrance-carrying object.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

A composite filter stick for heating cigarettes comprises a filter section 1, a hollow section 2, a cooling aroma-carrying section 3 and a support section 4 which are mutually abutted in sequence from downstream to upstream;

wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the filter section 1 is composed of acetate tows wrapped by forming paper, and the length of the filter section 1 is 5 mm.

The hollow section 2 is composed of a hollow tube structure formed by wrapping acetate tows by forming paper. Hollow section 2 can supply the flue gas circulation, and hollow section 2 length is 5mm, and the internal diameter is 1 mm.

The cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is composed of polylactic acid tows filled with fragrance-carrying materials 3-1 and wrapped by forming paper. Wherein the fragrance-carrying substance 3-1 can be an exploded bead wrapped with fragrance-enhancing and moisture-keeping essence as shown in figure 1, can be an essence gel line as shown in figure 2, and can be a non-woven fabric fragrance-carrying sheet as shown in figure 3; wherein the cooling filling material wrapping the fragrance-carrying object is polylactic acid tows; wherein the length of the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is 5 mm.

The supporting section 4 has a certain supporting effect and is a hollow paper tube for flue gas circulation, the length of the supporting section 4 is 5mm, the thickness of the tube wall is 0.3mm, and the circumferential side wall is provided with a through hole 4-1. The through holes 4-1 are arranged at one side close to the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3, the number of the through holes 4-1 is 2, and the number of the through holes 4-1 is 40.

The filtering section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the supporting section 4 are all cylinders, and the outer diameter is 5 mm; the filter section 1, the hollow section 2, the cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 and the support section 4 are sequentially abutted and then wrapped by the wrap paper to form the composite filter rod.

Example 2

A cigarette comprising the filter rod of example 1. The composite filter stick is combined with the tobacco sections. When combined, the support section 4 is adjacent to the tobacco section of the cigarette and the filter section 1 is adjacent to the suction lip end.

Example 3

In the embodiment, the cigarettes are connected according to the sequence in the invention embodiment 2, and the filter segment 1 is filled by wrapping polylactic acid tows by using the plug wrap, and has the length of 10mm and the diameter of 7.1 mm. The hollow section 2 is made of hollow tubes made of acetate fibers wrapped by molding paper, the length of the hollow tube is 10mm, the diameter of the periphery of the hollow tube is 7.1mm, and the diameter of the inner wall of the hollow tube 6 is 4 mm. The cooling fragrance-carrying section 3 is made by wrapping polylactic acid tows by molding paper, has the length of 7mm and the diameter of 7.1mm, and is internally filled with fragrance-enhancing moisture-retaining explosion beads with the diameter of 3.0 mm. The support section 4 is a circular paper tube with a wall thickness of 0.3mm, a length of 7mm and a diameter of 7.1 mm. And wrapping and connecting the four-section structure by using the wrapping paper to obtain the quaternary composite filter rod. One side of the cigarette supporting section close to the cigarette supporting section is wrapped and connected with the smoking material section through tipping paper, and double rows of holes are punched at a position 32mm away from the cooling aroma-carrying section in an online laser punching mode, wherein the number of the holes is 40, and a cigarette test sample 1 is prepared.

Comparative example 1

In this comparative example, the quaternary composite filter rods of comparative sample 1 were prepared using materials and length sizes identical to those of test sample 1 for each segment with reference to the connection sequence of the quaternary composite filter rods of test sample 1. Wherein the hollow section 2 among the test sample 1 is adjusted to solid construction, does not keep the hollow tube cavity, does not fill any and carry fragrant material in cooling year fragrant section 3, is being close to support section one side and is connected with the wrapping of the material section of fuming with the china cypress paper, and support section 4 does not punch, makes cigarette contrast sample 1.

Comparative example 2

In this comparative example, the quaternary composite filter rods of comparative sample 2 were prepared using materials and length sizes identical to those of test sample 1 for each segment with reference to the connection sequence of the quaternary composite filter rods of test sample 1. Wherein the hollow section 2 among the test sample 1 is adjusted to solid construction, does not keep the hollow tube cavity, packs in the fragrant section 3 of cooling year and surveys the fragrant pearl of moisturizing of the same equivalent of sample 1, and support section 4 does not punch, makes cigarette contrast sample 2.

Comparative example 3

In this embodiment, referring to the connection sequence of the quaternary composite filter stick of the test sample 1, the quaternary composite filter stick of the comparative sample 3 is prepared by using the material and length size of each segment consistent with those of the test sample 1. Wherein the hollow section 2 among the test sample 1 adjusts to solid construction, does not keep the hollow tube cavity, packs in the fragrant section 3 of cooling year and surveys the fragrant pearl of the same equivalent of adding fragtant moisture preservation of test sample 1, and support section 4 and test sample 1 keep the perforation structure of the same position and quantity, make cigarette contrast sample 3.

Example 4

According to the standard of cigarette industry in Yunnan (Q/YNZY.J04.022-2015), a smoking evaluation expert is invited to perform smoking evaluation on the sample of the embodiment by using the same heating non-burning smoking set. See table 1 below.

According to the result of the smoking evaluation, the following results are found:

the test sample 1 has the best comprehensive smoking effect, the best performances such as the smoke amount, the smoke temperature, the fragrance and the like, and particularly the best effect on the fusion of the tobacco fragrance and the bead-blasting fragrance.

In the comparative sample 1, the hollow section 2 has no hollow cavity or bead, so that the smoke generation amount and the aroma and fragrance performance are poor, the smoke temperature is high, the smoke resistance is large, and the smoking sensory perception performance is poor.

The contrast sample 2 and the contrast sample 3 are structurally different in punching, and the main difference in suction feeling is that the smoke temperature is different, so that the smoke temperature can be reduced after the filter stick supporting section 4 is punched.

Therefore, the comparative samples 2 and 3 show obvious layering and peeling feeling on the fusion of the tobacco original fragrance and the bead-popping fragrance because the hollow section 2 has no hollow cavity.

Therefore, it can be seen from the samples of the examples that the beneficial effects of the present invention are significant.
