The working principle and the using flow of the embodiment are as follows: when the rubber product winding device is used, according to the thickness of a rubber product, power is transmitted to the controller 302 through the driving motor 301, the controller 302 drives the push rod 303, the fixing frame 305, the upper heating roller 11, the sliding block 307 and the fixing block 308 to move downwards to a proper position along with the sliding chute 306, and meanwhile, the driving motor 401 is started, so that the rubber product is wound on the auxiliary roller 10 after being softened and rolled by the upper heating roller 11 and the lower heating roller 6 and is finally wound outside the winding roller 8.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, and 6, embodiment 2 differs from embodiment 1 in that: the adjusting motor 301, the controller 302 and the push rod 303 are replaced by a hydraulic cylinder 309 and a hydraulic rod 310, when the rubber product winder is used, the hydraulic cylinder 309 drives the hydraulic rod 310, the fixing frame 305, the upper heating roller 11, the sliding block 307 and the fixing block 308 to move downwards to proper positions along with the sliding chute 306 according to the thickness of the rubber product, and meanwhile, the driving motor 401 is started, so that the rubber product is wound on the auxiliary roller 10 after being softened and rolled by the upper heating roller 11 and the lower heating roller 6, and finally wound outside the winding roller 8.
