The rotating mechanism comprises a worm 22 which is rotatably arranged in the adjusting groove 16, the roll-over stand 5 is movably connected to the bottom of the body 1 through rotating rods 21 at the axle centers of two ends, and one end of each rotating rod 21, which is positioned in the adjusting groove 16, is fixedly connected with a worm wheel 19 which is meshed with the worm 22.
