Technical Field

The present invention relates to a skin beauty apparatus.

Background

Generally, a skin beauty apparatus is roughly classified into a skin beauty apparatus that transmits ultrasonic waves to the skin of a user and a skin beauty apparatus that applies electric current.

That is, a skin beauty apparatus using ultrasonic waves is a method of physically beating the skin; a skin cosmetic device that applies an electric current is a means of applying an electric current to the skin of a user to plasmatize sebum or metabolites and remove them from the skin or to cause skin nutrients to be absorbed deep into the skin.

The skin beauty equipment as described above should be used properly according to the skin condition of the user to exert the best effect. For example, although the skin improvement effect can be improved by applying appropriate electrical stimulation according to the moisture state and the oil state of the skin of the user, the skin of the user may be damaged by applying inappropriate electrical stimulation according to the moisture state and the oil state of the user.

On the other hand, the moisture and oil states of the skin of a user change with time or the environment. Accordingly, it is necessary for a user to accurately diagnose the current state of the skin before using the dermocosmetic apparatus.

However, the existing skin beauty apparatus has a problem that only electrical stimulation can be simply applied and the current state of the skin of a user cannot be diagnosed at the time of use.

(means for solving the problems)

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a skin beauty apparatus comprising: a body including a first face having a predetermined area; two contact terminals which are disposed on the first surface at an interval from each other and which change an electrical environment of a user's skin by generating a potential difference on the user's skin when a power source is applied; two sensing terminals, which are disposed on the first surface at an interval from each other, for sensing information on oil and water in the skin of the user when power is applied; a plurality of light sources attached to a circuit board disposed inside the main body so as to be positioned behind the first surface and irradiating lights of mutually different wavelength bands; and a control unit for controlling the entire drive.

In addition, the two contact terminals and the two sensing terminals may be arranged in a ring shape along a circumference of the bezel at a side of the first face, and the two sensing terminals may be arranged to be located between the two contact terminals.

In addition, the first surface may be formed as an inclined surface, and the first surface may be an upper surface of the body.

In addition, the two inductive terminals may be disposed to be located on an upper end side of the inclined surface.

In addition, the contact surface of the sensing terminal contacting the skin of the user may be formed to have a relatively smaller area than the contact surface of the contact terminal contacting the skin of the user.

In addition, the first surface may include a light-transmissive member integrally formed at an inner side thereof to emit light generated at the light source to the outside.

In addition, the skin grooming device may further include a proximity sensor attached to the circuit board.

In addition, the proximity sensor may be configured to be located relatively closer to the two sensing terminals than the plurality of light sources.

In this case, the control unit may change the light source to the lighting-off state when the two contact terminals are not in contact with the skin of the user in a lighting state of the light source and the distance from the skin of the user measured by the proximity sensor exceeds a predetermined distance.

Further, the control unit may maintain the light-on state of the light source when the two contact terminals are not in contact with the skin of the user in the light-on state of the light source and the distance from the skin of the user measured by the proximity sensor is within a predetermined distance.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily carry out the embodiments. The present invention may be embodied in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In order to clearly explain the present invention, portions that are not related to the description are omitted in the drawings, and the same reference numerals are given to the same or similar members throughout the specification.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body 110, two contact terminals 120a, 120b, two sensing terminals 130a, 130b, a plurality of light sources 142, and a control part.

The main body 110 has an overall shape, and various components such as the light source 142, the circuit boards 144, 154, 182, and the battery 160 are accommodated therein.

To this end, the body 110 may include a housing 111 having an inner space.

As an example, the housing 111 may include an upper housing 111a having an open lower portion and a lower housing 111b having an open upper portion, and a lower side of the upper housing 111a may be detachably coupled to an upper side of the lower housing 111 b.

In this case, the body 110 may include a first surface having a predetermined area, and the first surface may be a disposition surface on which the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b are disposed.

As an example, the first surface may be an upper surface of the main body 110, the upper surface of the main body 110 may be an upper surface of the outer case 111, and an upper surface of the outer case 111 forming the first surface may be an upper surface of the upper outer case 111 a.

At this time, as described above, in the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b may be disposed on the first surface, and the two contact terminals 120a, 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b may protrude from the first surface by a predetermined height.

Therefore, if the user brings the first surface into contact with the skin, the contact area between the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b and the skin of the user can be increased.

In addition, the first surface may be formed as an inclined surface having a predetermined inclination.

As a non-limiting example, the inclined surface may be formed to have a height relatively lower to the right side than to the left side with respect to the bottom surface of the housing 111 with reference to fig. 1.

In the case as described above, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b disposed at the inclined surface may be disposed at the inclined surface, and the two contact terminals 120a, 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b may protrude from the inclined surface by a predetermined height.

Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b disposed on the inclined surfaces may be disposed to have a predetermined inclination with respect to a horizontal plane.

Therefore, even if the user does not bend the wrist excessively in a state where the user holds a part of the body 110, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two inductive terminals 130a and 130b can be smoothly brought into contact with the skin of the user by moving the inclined surfaces toward the skin of the user.

At this time, the main body 110 may include a light-transmissive member 113 to allow light generated from the light source 142 to be emitted from the inside to the outside of the main body 110, and the light-transmissive member 113 may be disposed to be positioned inside the first surface.

To this end, the body 110 may include: a ring-shaped connecting member 112 integrally formed with the housing 111 in the housing 111; and a translucent member 113 integrally formed with the annular connecting member 112.

As an example, the housing 111 may open an upper portion of the upper housing 111a, and the loop connector 112 may be integrally formed at an open upper frame side of the upper housing 111 a. In addition, the light-transmissive member 113 may be formed integrally with the connecting member 112.

Further, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be disposed along the connection member 112, and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be formed integrally with the connection member 112.

As a non-limiting example, the upper case 111a, the connection member 112, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, and the translucent member 113 may be integrated by insert molding.

That is, as shown in fig. 5, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, and the light-transmissive member 113 may be integrated with each other by first insert molding for forming the connection member 112 in a state of being physically separated from each other.

Then, when the upper case 111a is formed by the secondary insert molding in a state where the two contact terminals 120a and 120b, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, and the translucent member 113 are integrated by the connection member 112, the connection member 112 and the upper case 111a can be integrated with each other in a state where the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b are fixed to the connection member 112.

Accordingly, in the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the connection part 112 may form a first surface of the body 110, and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b integrally formed with the connection part 112 may be arranged in a ring shape along the connection part 112 forming the first surface.

Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be arranged in a ring shape along the periphery of the frame on the frame side of the first surface, and the light-transmissive member 113 may be arranged inside the connection member 112.

Therefore, in the skin care device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the user brings the first surface into contact with the skin, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b can be brought into direct contact with the skin of the user, and the light emitted to the outside through the light-transmissive member 113 can be irradiated to the skin of the user.

In addition, in the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the connection member 112 and the upper housing 111a are integrated by the secondary insert molding in a state where the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b are integrated with the connection member 112 by the primary insert molding, and further, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be arranged in a ring shape arranged along the frame of the first surface.

Further, in the skin care device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the two contact terminals 120a and 120b, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, the light-transmissive member 113, the connection member 112, and the upper case 111a are integrally formed, all the components can be easily assembled by inserting the frame portion 170 for fastening various components into one of the upper case 111a and the lower case 111b and then coupling the upper case 111a and the lower case 111b to each other.

On the other hand, the overall shape of the skin beauty apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a shape that an upper portion is narrow and a lower portion is wide.

As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the body 110 may be formed to have a width that becomes relatively wider from the upper portion to the lower portion.

Accordingly, when a user grips the lower side of the body 110 having a relatively wider width, the grip feeling of the user can be improved, and the body 110 can be stably gripped.

Therefore, in the case of caring for a highly curved part such as the face, the skin grooming device 100 of an embodiment of the present invention can prevent the skin grooming device 100 from being detached from the hand of the user even if the user rubs the highly curved part such as the face.

The two contact terminals 120a, 120b, when a power source is applied, create a potential difference across the skin of the user, which can alter the electrical environment of the skin of the user. Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b may improve penetration of the ionic drug into the skin.

That is, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b can perform a known iontophoresis function. Accordingly, in the skin care device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when power is applied in a state where the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are in contact with the skin of the user, direct current is applied to the body of the user by the power supplied from the battery 160, and the skin of the user and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b constitute a closed circuit movable ion.

Furthermore, when power is applied, a voltage drop may occur between the two contact terminals 120a, 120b due to the user's skin resistance. Accordingly, the control unit can determine whether or not the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are in contact with the skin of the user.

For this purpose, as described above, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b may be disposed at an interval on the first surface of the body 110. That is, the skin care device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be realized by a bipolar (bi-polar) system in which two contact terminals 120a and 120b for an iontophoresis function are fixed to the first surfaces of the same surface in a spaced state.

Accordingly, when the user applies the cosmetic to the body part to be treated and the first surface is brought into contact with the body part, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b spaced apart from each other on the same surface can be simultaneously brought into contact with the body part.

At this time, as shown in fig. 1, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b may include a first skin-contacting surface 121 having a predetermined area. Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b can be in contact with the skin of the user over a large area via the first skin contact surface 121.

In addition, as shown in fig. 6, each of the two contact terminals 120a and 120b may include a first extension portion 122, and the first extension portion 122 extends downward from a frame of the first skin contact surface 121 by a predetermined length. Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a and 120b can be firmly fixed to the connecting member 112 side by the first extending portion 122 when they are integrated with the connecting member 112 by insert molding.

Further, each of the two contact terminals 120a and 120b may include a plate-shaped first terminal contact surface 123, the plate-shaped first terminal contact surface 123 being bent in one direction from an end of the first extension portion 122, as shown in fig. 5, and the plate-shaped first terminal contact surface 123 may be disposed on the connection member 112 and exposed to the outside.

The first terminal contact surface 123 as described above may be in direct contact with the elastic terminal 124 attached to the circuit board 144. Accordingly, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b may be electrically connected to the circuit board 144 through the respective first terminal contact surfaces 123 contacting the elastic terminals 124, and power supplied from the battery 160 may be applied to the two contact terminals 120a, 120b side through the circuit board 144.

Here, the elastic terminal 124 may be formed of a material having conductivity and elasticity, and at least a portion thereof may be elastically deformed.

The two sensing terminals 130a and 130b sense the oil and moisture information of the skin of the user when power is applied. That is, when power is applied to the two inductive terminals 130a and 130b in a state of being in contact with the skin of the user, an electric signal is generated according to moisture and oil of the skin of the user.

In this case, the control unit may be provided with a moisture and oil detection program code.

Accordingly, in the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when an electric signal is input to the control unit side through the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, the control unit can determine the current skin state of the user based on the input comparison value.

Therefore, as described above, the two inductive terminals 130a and 130b may be disposed at an interval on the first surface of the body 110. Accordingly, when the user applies the cosmetic to the body part to be treated and the first surface is brought into contact with the body part, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b spaced apart from each other on the same surface can be simultaneously brought into contact with the body part.

At this time, as shown in fig. 1, the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b may include a second skin contact surface 131 having a predetermined area, and the second skin contact surface 131 may have an area relatively smaller than the first skin contact surface 121 of the contact terminals 120a, 120 b.

In addition, when the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b are disposed on the first surface between the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the first surface is formed as an inclined surface having a predetermined inclination, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be disposed on an upper end side of the inclined surface.

Here, the upper end portion of the inclined surface may be a portion having a relatively large height difference from the bottom surface of the case 111 in both end portions.

Accordingly, in the skin care device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b for detecting the information of moisture and oil of the skin of the user can be easily brought into direct contact with the multi-curved face portion and the narrow area. Accordingly, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b can easily detect the information of oil and water in the bent portion of the skin, and the detection accuracy can be improved because the formed area is small.

At this time, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may generate a notification corresponding to the current state of the skin of the user detected through the two sensing terminals 130a, 130 b.

As an example, a notification corresponding to the current state of the skin of the user may be output by an LED lighting.

For this, as shown in fig. 7 (a), the skin beauty equipment 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of LED for indication 149, the plurality of LED for indication 149 may be built in the main body 110, and light emitted from the plurality of LED for indication 149 may be emitted to the outside through the housing 111.

Accordingly, in the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when an electric signal is input to the control unit side through the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, the control unit can determine the current skin state of the user based on the input comparison value, and the result of the current skin state of the user determined by the control unit can be output from the LED 149 for the indicator by the control of the control unit.

In the case described above, the information on the current skin condition output by the LED 149 for indicator may be identified by the total number of lights on which the LED 149 for indicator is turned on, or may be identified by the color of light output from the LED 149 for indicator.

Here, the information output through the LED 149 for the indication lamp may be used as information for recommending an operation mode suitable for the current skin state of the user. Further, the LED 149 changes the number of lights or changes the color of the output according to the change of the moisture and oil of the skin of the user when the skin is cared.

Therefore, a user diagnoses the current state of the part to be cared through the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b, and then can appropriately select the operation mode of the apparatus according to the diagnosed current state.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6, each of the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may include a second extending portion 132, and the second extending portion 132 extends downward from a frame of the second skin contact surface 131 by a predetermined length. Accordingly, the two inductive terminals 130a and 130b can be firmly fixed to the connecting member 112 side by the second extending portion 132 when they are integrated with the connecting member 112 by insert molding.

Further, the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may respectively include plate-shaped second terminal contact surfaces 133, the plate-shaped second terminal contact surfaces 133 may be bent in one direction from the end portions of the second extension portions 132, as shown in fig. 5, and the plate-shaped second terminal contact surfaces 133 may be disposed at the connection member 112 and exposed to the outside.

Like the first terminal contact surface 123, the second terminal contact surface 133 as described above may be in direct contact with the elastic terminal 134 attached to the circuit board 144. Accordingly, the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b may be electrically connected to the circuit board 144 through the respective second terminal contact surfaces 133 contacting the elastic terminals 134, and power supplied from the battery 160 may be applied to the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b side through the circuit board 144.

The plurality of light sources 142 may generate light of a predetermined wavelength band when power is applied. Accordingly, the user supplies the light generated from the plurality of light sources 142 to the skin side to be treated, and thus, advantageous effects can be obtained according to the wavelength of the light.

At this time, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may enable the plurality of light sources 142 to irradiate light of wavelength bands different from each other.

Accordingly, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may have various wavelength bands of light generated from the plurality of light sources 142, and thus various effects such as a skin soothing effect, a skin quality improving effect, a soothing treatment of sensitive skin, an improvement in skin profile, an improvement in skin elasticity, a skin elasticity restoring force, an improvement in skin lift, an improvement in skin luster, and the like may be obtained by one apparatus.

In one example, the plurality of light sources 142 may be driven in a first operation mode for irradiating light in a wavelength band of 400 to 480nm, a second operation mode for irradiating light in a wavelength band of 550 to 610nm, and a third operation mode for irradiating light in a wavelength band of 610 to 650 nm.

Furthermore, the plurality of light sources 142 may also be driven in a fourth operation mode that is sequentially driven in the first operation mode, the second operation mode, and the third operation mode. In the case as described above, the skin grooming device 100 of an embodiment of the present invention can also change the intensity of the current applied to the skin side of the user through the two contact terminals 120a, 120b according to the operation mode described above.

However, the wavelength band of the light generated by the plurality of light sources 142 is not limited thereto, and may be appropriately changed as long as it brings a beneficial effect to the skin of the user.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plurality of light sources 142 may be attached to a circuit board 144 disposed inside the main body 110, and the circuit board 144 may be disposed inside the main body 110 at a position corresponding to the light-transmissive member 113.

Accordingly, the plurality of light sources 142 mounted on the circuit board 144 are arranged at the same pitch as the light-transmissive member 113.

Here, the elastic terminals 124 and 134 may be attached to the circuit board 144 so as to be located at positions corresponding to the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130 b.

In addition, in the case where the first surface is formed as an inclined surface having a predetermined inclination, the circuit board 144 may be inclined at the same angle as the inclined surface in the main body 110. Accordingly, even if the first surface is formed as an inclined surface, the plurality of light sources 142 attached to the circuit board 144 can be arranged at the same distance from the light-transmissive member 113.

At this time, the plurality of operation modes may be performed by an operation of the button part 150 disposed at one side of the main body 110.

For this, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the button part 150 may include: at least one button 152 exposed to the outside at one side of the body 110; a circuit board 154 having a circuit part which is disposed inside the main body 110 and generates a signal corresponding to an operation of the button 152. The circuit board 154 may be electrically connected to a main circuit board 182 constituting the control portion.

Accordingly, the skin grooming device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be changed to the first operation mode, the second operation mode, the third operation mode and the fourth operation mode according to the number of times the button 152 is pressed.

However, the button part 150 is not limited thereto, and the button part 150 may include a plurality of buttons that are matched with the first operation mode, the second operation mode, the third operation mode, and the fourth operation mode one by one.

Furthermore, the skin care device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be changed to the first, second, third, and fourth operation modes by the operation of the button 152, and can be changed to various operation modes such as an on mode, an off mode, and a standby mode.

The control section may control the overall driving of the skin beauty apparatus 100, such as changing the operation mode of the apparatus, supplying/disconnecting power, and the like.

The control portion may include: a main circuit board 182 disposed inside the main body 110; and a chipset 184 attached to one surface of the main circuit board 182. The chipset 184 may be a controller such as an MCU or an AP. Further, the control section may include various program codes for controlling various operation modes.

As an example, the control part may maintain a look-up table, may adjust a wavelength band of light output from the light source 142 according to an operation mode or may appropriately adjust the magnitude of the direct current applied to the skin side of the user through the two contact terminals 120a, 120 b.

At this time, the control part may automatically control the lighting and the lighting-off of the light source 142 based on first information on whether the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are in contact with the skin of the user and second information on the distance between the light source 142 and the skin.

In this case, the first information can be acquired by a voltage drop at the two contact terminals 120a, 120b due to the skin resistance of the user, and the second information can be acquired by the proximity sensor 146.

To this end, as shown in fig. 2, the beauty treatment apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one proximity sensor 146, and the at least one proximity sensor 146 may be mounted on a side of the circuit board 144 on which the plurality of light sources 142 are mounted.

Accordingly, like the plurality of light sources 142, the at least one proximity sensor 146 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the light-transmissive member 113, and if the first surface moves toward the skin of the user, the at least one proximity sensor 146 may measure a distance from the skin of the user through the light-transmissive member 113.

At this time, the proximity sensor 146 may be mounted on the circuit board 144 at a position relatively closer to the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b than the plurality of light sources 142.

In addition, as described above, in the case where the proximity sensor 146 is formed as the inclined surface on the first surface and the circuit board 144 is disposed to be inclined at the same inclination as the inclined surface, the proximity sensor 146 is attached to be positioned on the upper end side of the circuit board 144 inclined at the same inclination as the inclined surface.

Accordingly, the proximity sensor 146 can accurately measure the distance between the plurality of light sources 142 and the skin of the user who performs care, even if only a part of the area of the first skin contact surface 121, out of the total area of the first skin contact surface 121 disposed along the first surface, is in contact with the skin of the user when the skin beauty apparatus 100 is in operation.

Accordingly, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may first turn on the light source 142 only in a state where the first surface moves to a position where a user finally wants to care during initial operation based on the first and second information.

Further, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can prevent the light source 142 from malfunctioning based on the first and second information after the initial operation in which the light source 142 is first turned on until the treatment work is completed, and can prevent the operation of the light source 142 from being unnecessarily cut off in the operation of the light source 142.

For example, the control unit may turn on the light source 142 for the first time only when the state in which the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are all in contact with the skin of the user and the state in which the distance between the light source 142 and the skin is within the predetermined range are all satisfied during the initial operation based on the first information and the second information.

Further, the control unit may control the operation of the light source 142 based on the second information when the skin care operation is performed by using the plurality of light sources 142 and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b after the initial operation of first lighting the light source 142.

That is, when the skin care operation is performed, the light source 142 can be kept on by the control unit if the distance between the light source 142 and the skin is within the predetermined range, and the light source 142 can be turned off by the control unit if the distance between the light source 142 and the skin is not less than the predetermined range.

This is to control the light source 142 to be turned on by the control part based on the second information acquired by the proximity sensor 146 and to stably operate the light source 142 even if the first information generated by the two contact terminals 120a and 120b is inaccurate due to the cosmetic applied to the skin of the user sticking to the two contact terminals 120a and 120b when the skin care work is performed.

Further, the control unit may keep the light source 142 turned on when the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are not in contact with the skin of the user and are kept in a very close distance from the skin of the user in a state where the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are not in contact with the skin of the user when the skin care work is performed by using the plurality of light sources 142 and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b after the initial operation of turning on the light source 142 for the first time.

Accordingly, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention keeps lighting the light source 142 even if the two contact terminals 120a and 120b are closely spaced from the skin of the user in the process of contacting the first surface to the skin of the user to rub the cosmetic applied to the skin of the user, thereby preventing unnecessary interruption of the skin care work.

Therefore, the skin beauty apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention can prevent unnecessary interruption of a care work even if a highly curved body part such as the face is treated, and thus can stably perform a skin care work.

On the other hand, the skin care device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may automatically select an operation mode by the control unit based on the information on the oil and water content of the skin of the user detected by the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, and the skin care device 100 may be driven in the operation mode selected by the control unit.

As an example, when power is supplied by operating the button 152, the skin care apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be switched to a standby mode for detecting information on oil and moisture in the skin of the user by the control unit.

In the above state, when the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b contact the skin to be treated, the control unit may acquire the information on the oil and water content of the skin of the user through the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b, diagnose the detected current skin state of the user, and then change the operation mode to the standby mode.

At the same time, the control part may output the result through the LED 149 for the indication lamp according to the current skin state of the diagnosed user, and the control part may select the operation mode according to the detected current skin state of the user.

Here, the operation mode selected by the control unit may be one of the first operation mode, the second operation mode, the third operation mode, and the fourth operation mode, and at least one of a wavelength band of light emitted from the plurality of light sources 142 and an intensity of current applied to the skin side through the two contact terminals 120a and 120b may be different from each other.

Preferably, the first, second and third operation modes may be such that the wavelength band of light emitted by the plurality of light sources 142 and the intensity of current applied to the skin side through the two contact terminals 120a and 120b may all be different.

After that, if the two contact terminals 120a, 120b are in contact with the skin to be treated, the control section can drive the skin care apparatus 100 in the selected operation mode.

As described above, the skin care apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can improve the convenience of the user by allowing the user to manually select various operation modes, diagnosing the current skin state of the user through the control unit, and automatically operating in an operation mode suitable for the diagnosed current skin state of the user.

On the other hand, the skin beauty apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may include a frame portion 170 inserted inside the body 110. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the frame portion 170 may fasten various components built in the main body 110 to each other, and may fix the various components to be arranged at appropriate positions.

In one example, the circuit board 144 to which the plurality of light sources 142 are attached may be detachably coupled to an upper side of the frame portion 170. In addition, as for the portion (b) of fig. 7, the main circuit board 182 is detachably coupled to the front surface of the frame member 170, and the button 150 is detachably coupled to the right side portion of the frame member 170. As shown in fig. 7 (a), the LED 149 may be coupled to the frame portion 170 on the side opposite to the side coupled to the main circuit board 182.

In the case described above, as shown in fig. 8, the battery 160 for supplying power may be disposed inside the frame portion 170, and the buffer members 191 and 192 having a predetermined area may be disposed on both sides of the battery 160.

Here, the buffer members 191 and 192 prevent the battery 160 disposed inside the frame portion 170 from moving, absorb an impact from the outside, and protect the battery 160.

Accordingly, the frame portion 170 to which all of the circuit board 144 to which the plurality of light sources 142 are attached, the main circuit board 182, the button portion 150, the LED 149 for indicator, the battery 160, and the like are fastened is inserted into the housing 111, and the lower side of the frame portion 170 is fixed to the lower housing 111b, whereby all the assembly can be completed.

Accordingly, the light sources 142 and the proximity sensors 146 mounted on the circuit board 144 may be disposed in the region corresponding to the light-transmissive member 113, and the two contact terminals 120a and 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a and 130b may be in one-to-one contact with the elastic terminals 124 and 134 mounted on the circuit board 144.

Therefore, the two contact terminals 120a, 120b and the two sensing terminals 130a, 130b can be mutually energized with the circuit board 144 through the plurality of elastic terminals 124, 134.

On the other hand, the light-transmitting member 113 protects the eyes of the user from the light emitted to the outside when the light source 142 is turned on. Further, the light-transmitting member 113 can improve the diffusivity of light generated by the light source 142 to emit uniform light to the outside.

For this, the light-transmissive member 113 may be configured to have a predetermined transmittance to reduce the intensity of light emitted from the light source 142 to the outside, and may include a component diffusing light to emit uniform light to the outside.

For example, the light-transmitting member 113 may have a transmittance of 70 to 90%, and preferably, a light-diffusing PC having a transmittance of 70 to 90% may be used. Here, the transmittance of the light-transmissive member 113 is 70 to 90% as an example, but the transmittance is not limited to this, and the transmittance of the light-transmissive member 113 may be appropriately adjusted as long as the light diffusibility can be improved while protecting the eyes of the user. Further, the light-transmitting member 113 may be glass.

On the other hand, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a notification section that is linked with the operation of the button 152. The notification unit can provide a notification that can be easily recognized by the user when the user operates the button 152.

As an example, as shown in fig. 8, the notification portion may be a vibration tool 148 electrically connected to the circuit board 144, or an acoustic output tool (not shown) such as a speaker that outputs sound to the outside. Here, the vibration means 148 may be a vibration motor or a vibration sensor.

That is, when the user presses the button 152, the control unit recognizes the operation of the button 152 to drive the notification unit, and further, the vibration tool 148 generates vibration for a predetermined time or outputs sound to the outside.

Accordingly, the user can easily recognize the on/off of the power source and the operation mode change by operating the button 152, and thus can easily recognize the current operation state of the skin care apparatus 100.

Here, the output mode of the notification portion may be output in a mode different from each other according to each operation mode. For example, when the output mode of the notification unit is a vibration mode generated by the vibration tool 148, at least one of the intensity of the vibration and the duration of the vibration is output in a mode different from each other when the vibration mode is selected and changed to the first, second, and third operation modes.

In addition, the skin beauty apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may further include a charging terminal 186 for recharging the battery 160. For example, as shown in fig. 8, the charging terminals 186 may be attached to the main circuit board 182.

The charging terminal 186 as described above may be connected to an external power source through a well-known charging wire.

Accordingly, the skin beauty apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention receives power supply from the outside through the charging terminal 186, and further recharges the battery 160 using the power supplied from the outside.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the concept of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in the present specification, but other embodiments can be easily proposed by those skilled in the art who understand the concept of the present invention through addition, change, deletion, addition, etc. of components within the same concept, and this is included in the scope of the concept of the present invention.
