And current GRC component can utilize fasteners such as a large amount of bolts to cooperate its and wall body's installation of realizing of a large amount of welding seams, exposed mounting structure and easy the corruption under bad weather such as sleet, especially to the welding seam, the condition of fracture appears easily in the welded seam of corruption, the welding seam of fracture can cause its inside stress concentration finally to cause mounting structure's connection to become invalid, can make GRC component drop under the serious condition and cause casualties or loss of property.

Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of the art how to avoid corrosion of the mounting structure while satisfying the requirement that the GRC member can rapidly realize angle adjustment according to design requirements.

Under the flexible folding canopy, the elastic sealing ring, the setting of sealing strip and sealed pad, no matter how the design angle of GRC component body, all can guarantee that its inside mounting structure is in totally enclosed cavity, make under bad weather, under like sleet weather, can avoid rainwater or snow water to erode mounting structure and corrode the condition that mounting structure made its inefficacy and appear, especially to each welding seam, avoided the welding seam fracture or corroded the back and caused stress concentration to make the unstable condition that extends to drop of GRC component installation appear, GRC component mounting structure's stability has been guaranteed, reduce the maintenance frequency, the service life is prolonged.

3. The oblique supporting force is provided for the bottom of the embedded steel plate through the oblique supporting plate, so that the installation stability of the oblique supporting plate is improved; the stability of the GRC construction is improved in the process of assembling the GRC construction body or after the GRC construction body is assembled.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a GRC member mounting structure, including a wall 1, a first bolt 3, an embedded steel plate 8, a steel frame 21, and a GRC member body 16, where the embedded steel plate 8 is mounted on the wall 1 through the first bolt 3, and the embedded steel plate 8 is L-shaped.

The bottom of the embedded steel plate 8 is provided with an inclined supporting plate 4, one side of the inclined supporting plate 4 is connected with the wall body 1 through a second bolt 5, the other side of the inclined supporting plate 4 is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the bottom of the embedded steel plate 8 is provided with a stud 6, the tail end of the stud 6 penetrates through the strip-shaped hole and is provided with a nut 7, inclined supporting force is provided for the bottom of the embedded steel plate 8 through the inclined supporting plate 4, and the installation stability of the inclined supporting plate 4 is improved; the stability of the GRC build is improved both during and after assembly of the GRC build body 16.

The GRC member body 16 may be connected to the steel frame 21 in three ways:

a. a plurality of embedded angle steels 20 are embedded in the GRC member body 16, and the embedded angle steels 20 are welded with a steel frame 21.

b. A plurality of thread sleeves are embedded in the GRC component body 16, a plurality of hanging plates 24 corresponding to the thread sleeves one by one are arranged on the steel frame 21, and the steel frame 21 is connected with the GRC component body 16 through fasteners which sequentially penetrate through the hanging plates 24 and the thread sleeves.

c. The above-described a method and b method are used together.

A plurality of fixed connecting pieces 9 are welded at the top of the embedded steel plate 8, sliding frames 10 are welded at the top of the fixed connecting pieces 9, rotating connecting pieces 14 which correspond to the fixed connecting pieces 9 one to one are arranged on one side of the steel frame 21, the rotating connecting pieces 14 are rotatably connected with the fixed connecting pieces 9 through rotating shafts 23, pull rods 11 are hinged to the steel frame 21, pin shafts 12 matched with the sliding frames 10 are fixedly mounted on the pull rods 11, and positioning seats 13 are sleeved on the pin shafts 12.

According to design requirements and drawing requirements, the angle of a steel frame 21 can be adjusted, a pin shaft 12 at the tail end of a fixed-length pull rod 11 slides in a sliding frame 10 in an adaptive manner, and after the angle adjustment is completed, a positioning seat 13 is welded with a fixed connecting piece 9, so that the installation angle of the steel frame 21, namely a GRC member body 16 is fixed; the installation structure can be adapted to the rapid installation of GRC component design with more requirements, so that the installation structure is stronger in adaptability, special customization of the installation structure is reduced, and the production cost and the technical training cost of constructors are saved.

A supporting frame 17 is fixedly installed in the cavity, the supporting frame 17 can be connected with the embedded steel plate 8 in a welding mode, the supporting frame 17 is connected with one end of the cover plate 18 through a sealing connecting piece, the sealing connecting piece comprises an elastic sealing ring 22, a sealing gasket 27, an optical axis section 28, an annular groove 29 and a threaded section 30, a concave groove is integrally formed in the supporting frame 17, the optical axis section 28 is integrally formed in the concave groove, the sealing gasket 27 is further installed in the concave groove, when the cover plate 18 is installed, the optical axis section 28 can realize the pre-positioning of the cover plate 18, a plurality of middle upright posts 19 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the cover plate 18, and the middle upright posts 19 can realize the pre-support of the cover plate 18;

one end of the optical axis section 28 penetrates through the cover plate 18 and is provided with an annular groove 29, an elastic sealing ring 22 is arranged in the annular groove 29, a threaded section 30 is arranged at the tail end of the optical axis section 28, a fastening nut 15 is arranged on the threaded section 30, when the optical axis section is finally fixed, the elastic sealing ring 22 is firstly sleeved and then screwed into the fastening nut 15, and the sealing performance of the cover plate 18 and the supporting frame 17 is greatly improved under the arrangement of the sealing gasket 27 and the elastic sealing ring 22.

One of them opposite side of apron 18 all is provided with the curb plate 25, apron 18 is articulated with curb plate 25, the seam crossing of apron 18 and pre-buried steel sheet 8, curb plate 25 and apron 18 seam crossing and curb plate 25 and pre-buried steel sheet 8's seam crossing all are provided with sealing strip 26, articulated curb plate 25 can be opened when pre-buried steel sheet 8 internal fittings installs, provide sufficient operating space for operating personnel, and curb plate 25 and apron 18 can be integrative to be assembled, sealing strip 26 is caulking at last and is sealed.

And then make pre-buried steel sheet 8, apron 18 and curb plate 25 form a unilateral open-ended cavity, be provided with the flexible folding canopy 2 that can seal the opening and make cavity internal seal between cavity opening inner edge and the steelframe 21 outer edge, flexible folding canopy 2 is installed at last in the assembling process, and then no matter how much the design angle of GRC component body 16, all can guarantee that its inside mounting structure is in the totally enclosed cavity, make under bad weather, under the weather, like rain and snow weather, can avoid rainwater or snow water to erode mounting structure and corrode the condition that mounting structure made its inefficacy to appear, especially for each welding seam, cause stress concentration after having avoided the welding seam fracture or corroding and make GRC component installation unstable to the condition that drops appear, the stability of GRC component mounting structure has been guaranteed, reduce the maintenance frequency, and the service life is prolonged.
