Detailed Description

While the present invention has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain preferred versions and embodiments thereof, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the disclosed versions and embodiments, but rather, is capable of other forms. The various embodiments disclosed below may be combined with or substituted for one another where appropriate, and additional embodiments may be added to one embodiment without further recitation or description. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth to provide a thorough understanding of the following embodiments. However, embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details.

Referring to fig. 1, a split type side curtain structure 100 according to an embodiment is configured to be removably fixed to a roof rack of a vehicle and provide shielding, and the split type side curtain structure 100 includes: a housing 10; a first shed cloth 20; a second shed cloth 30; and a support assembly 50.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4A, the housing 10 is fixedly disposed on the roof rack of the automobile and can be opened or closed from the opening 11 by at least one second engaging member 80, and the material of the housing 10 can be selected from lightweight and rigid materials, such as polymer materials, aluminum, alloys, or cloth, foamed composite materials, etc.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the split type tent structure 100 is removably fixed to a roof frame 600 of the vehicle by a fixing jig. The fixing jig provided may include an aluminum pipe 81 riveted to the case 10 and having a slide groove 82, at least one slide 83 provided in the slide groove 82 of the aluminum pipe 81, and a locking member 84 applied opposite to the slide 83.

As shown in fig. 5, the locking member 84 may have more than one screw knob and a fixing piece. The whole housing 10 can be fastened to the roof frame 600 by fastening the roof frame 600 with the fastening member 84 formed by the screw knob passing through the fastening piece and fastening the sliding piece 83 in the sliding groove 82.

Referring to fig. 1 again, the first tarpaulin 20 is riveted to the inside of the housing 10, and when in use, the first tarpaulin 20 may extend out of the housing 10 from the opening 11 of the housing 10.

As shown in fig. 1, the second tarpaulin 30 is formed by combining at least one cloth, and the second tarpaulin 30 is detachably coupled to the first tarpaulin 20 by at least one first coupling member 40. In practice, the first connecting element 40 may be a zipper, velcro, fastener, magnetic button, etc., or other connecting elements that can be firmly connected and easily separated.

The shape of the second tarpaulin 30 is infinite and is determined according to the application requirement. The first canopy cloth 20 or the second canopy cloth 30 may be made of waterproof, anti-fouling, sunshade, and foldable materials.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting member 50 supports and fixes the second tarpaulin 30 performing the shielding function. In order to have a stable supporting function, the supporting member 50 of the embodiment may include at least one supporting rod 51, at least one binding string 52, and at least one binding pin 53 used corresponding to the binding string 52.

Thus, the split type side curtain structure 100 is mounted on the roof of the vehicle (fixed to the roof frame 600) by the fixing jig, and after the housing 10 is opened from the second coupling member 80 and the first and second tarpaulins 20 and 30 are extended or pulled out, the supporting rods 51 of the retractable supporting members 50 are used for supporting and mounting, and the binding ropes 52 are bound to the camping nails 53 for fixing, so that the split type side curtain structure can be used for shading or other shielding purposes.

On the other hand, the second canopy 30 can be detached from the first canopy 20 from the first coupling member 40, and can be operated and fixed to be used as a canopy or a canopy together with the support rod 51, the camp nail 53 and the tying rope 52.

Next, referring to fig. 3A, as another separated type tent structure 200 of an embodiment, which is removably fixed to a roof rack of an automobile and provides shielding, the separated type tent structure 200 includes: a housing 10; a pair of pivot structures 60; a pair of extension rods 70; a first shed cloth 20; a second shed cloth 30; a cross bar 210; and two frame locking structures 211.

As shown in fig. 3A, 4B and 5, the technical features of the housing 10 and the fixing clamp used in the split type side curtain structure 200 are the same as those of the housing 10 and the fixing clamp used in the split type side curtain structure 100, and are not described herein again.

As shown in fig. 3A, the pivot structure 60 of the split type tent structure 200 is fixedly disposed inside the housing 10. The extension rod 70 is correspondingly connected to the pivot structure 60 from one end, and is folded or extended from the connection position with the pivot structure 60.

The first canopy 20 of the separated type tent structure 200 is riveted and fixed inside the housing 10, extends and combines with the extension rod 70, and extends out of the housing 10 from the opening 11 together with the extension rod 70.

As also shown in fig. 3A, the second canopy 30 of the split type tent structure 200 is detachably coupled to the first canopy 20 by at least one first coupling member 40, and the second canopy 30 is extendedly coupled to the extension pole 70.

Thus, in the embodiment, the extension rod 70 is fixed by the pivot structure 60, and the first canopy cloth 20 and the second canopy cloth 30 are supported and extended by the extension rod 70, so that the separated type tent structure 200 can form a shield by the extended first canopy cloth 20 and the extended second canopy cloth 30.

As shown in fig. 3A, in order to further stabilize the separable side curtain structure 200 during use, the cross bar 210 is further connected and locked to one end of the pair of extension bars 70 by the frame locking structures 211 respectively disposed at two ends, and the frame locking structures 211 are further connected and locked to the end away from the pivot structure 60, so as to jointly and strongly support the second canopy cloth 30. And the frame locking structure 211 can be a screw set for connecting and locking the cross bar 210 to the extension rod 70.

As shown in fig. 3A to 3C, the frame locking structure 211 of the cross bar 210 may further be connected to a rotatable telescopic support rod 220. In a sun or shade use, the support rod 220 is rotated and extended against the ground or other object to provide better support for the split-type side curtain structure 200.

As shown in fig. 3D, the frame locking structure 211 may be formed by tightly fastening joints having the tooth-shaped structures 212, so that the structure stability of the cross bar 210, the supporting bar 220, and the extension bar 70 can be ensured when the supporting bar 220 is rotated, and the cross bar cannot rotate or twist.

Referring to fig. 6, in order to further ensure the waterproof or anti-leakage of the separated type tent structure 100 or the separated type tent structure 200 when the separated type tent structure is shielded, a water blocking sheet 90 may be further disposed to cover the first coupling member 40, so as to prevent the moisture or dripping of the inner surface of the first canopy cloth 20 or the second canopy cloth 30 caused by the infiltration of rain water from the first coupling member 40.

As shown in fig. 7A and 7B, each corner of the second shed cloth 30 may be further provided with a positioning hole 31. The supporting rod 51 corresponding to the positioning hole 31 is inserted into the positioning hole 31, so that the supporting rod 51 is not only correctly positioned and prevented from slipping, but also the supporting rod 51 supports the second canopy cloth 30 after the second canopy cloth 30 is separated from the first canopy cloth 20, and the supporting rod 51 can be independently used as a canopy or a canopy.

As shown in fig. 3A and fig. 8A to fig. 9B, the pivot structure 60 in the housing 10 may be provided with a height adjusting member 61 for controlling and adjusting the elevation angle of the pivot structure 60 and the connected extension rod 70.

As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, when the height of the vehicle body using the split type side curtain structure 200 is high enough, the height adjusting member 61 can be adjusted to extend the extension rod 70 in parallel, and together with the support rod 220, stably support the second canopy cloth 30 and the first canopy cloth 20 for performing the shielding function.

As shown in fig. 9A and 9B, when the split type side curtain structure 200 is applied to a lower vehicle type, the pivot structure 60 can be rotated upward by an angle by adjusting the height adjusting member 61, and the connected extension rod 70 can be extended outward by an upward pitch angle, so as to increase the shielding height of the second canopy 30.

In summary, as shown in fig. 1 to 9B and the illustrated embodiments, the implementation of the split type side tent structure 100 or the split type side tent structure 200 can be easily operated and fixed, and the first tent cloth 20 and the second tent cloth 30 can be used for shading or shielding purposes. The second canopy cloth 30 is detached and can be used as a camping canopy or a canopy alone.

After the application is finished, each component of the separable side curtain structure 100 or the separable side curtain structure 200 can be easily cleaned and folded, and the first shed cloth 20, the second shed cloth 30 and the supporting component 50, or the first shed cloth 20, the second shed cloth 30, the extending rod 70, the cross rod 210 and the supporting rod 220 can be accommodated in the housing 10.

Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of a frame locking structure 300 includes: two joints 310; the tooth-like structure 350; at least two interfaces 320; and a locking piece 330.

As shown in fig. 10, the joints 310 may be T-shaped joints, and the two joints 310 are firmly connected by the tooth-shaped structure 350, so that the frame locking structure 300 can still be firmly maintained when any one of the joints 310 is subjected to external force of rotation or torsion.

The interface 320 of the joint 310 is used to correspondingly combine the rod 400. In practical applications, the rod 400 combined with the interface 320 may be the extension rod 70, the cross rod 210, or the support rod 220 of the aforementioned separable side curtain structure 200.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the locking member 330 of the frame locking structure 300 extends through the two joints 310 firmly connected by the tooth-shaped structure 350, and is locked and connected to the rod 400.

In order to enhance the connection between the frame locking structure 300 and the rod 400, the locking member 330 may be a screw set having a screw thread 340, and the rod 400 correspondingly connected thereto has a corresponding screw hole 410.

Thus, the rod 400 can be more stably coupled to the frame locking structure 300 by screwing the locking member 330 formed by the screw knob set of the two joints 310 firmly connected by the tooth-like structure 350 into and tightly coupled to the screw hole 410 of the rod 400.

While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
