A single person carries the oil drum 01 and can pour the device (see the attached figure 2), it is made up of the arc frame 10, the supporting bracket 20, the bottom bracket 30, the top baffle 40, the fastening piece 50 and the roller train 60.

The arc-shaped frame 10 mainly comprises two arc-shaped steel pipes arranged in parallel, and the arc-shaped steel pipes mainly comprise three sections, namely a large arc section 11 in the middle, a small arc section 12 at the lower end and a straight line section 13 at the upper end. Bottom bracket 30 includes a support plate 31, a first guide rod 32, a pull rod 33, and a hand-shaped nut 34.
