Background

The paver is an engineering machine used for construction operation of base courses and surface courses of various road pavements, and is widely applied to pavement construction engineering of expressways and various grades of roads; the cab of the conventional paver is open, namely four supporting legs support one shed roof, the structural style can shield weather for an operator, and the visual field is wide; however, because the pavers are mostly constructed in remote fields, sand and dust are more, oil smoke is more during asphalt construction, hot weather in summer and the like can influence the physical and mental health of drivers and the driving operation comfort; in recent years, many paver manufacturing enterprises try to provide a fully-enclosed cab with facilities such as a cooling fan, the enclosed cab can provide better working conditions for a driver, but due to the limitation of transport height, the cab also needs to have a folding function or a characteristic of convenient disassembly and transportation so as to reduce the height of the whole machine; however, the cab is not really applied because the parts are easily damaged during the folding or dismantling process of the cab.

With the development of the construction technology of the paver in the direction of large width and large thickness, the working strength of a driver is increased in multiples, and poor driving operation comfort can increase the fatigue of the driver, increase the possibility of safety accidents and reduce the construction operation quality; therefore, the development of the cab which is simple and convenient to operate, comfortable to drive and not over high has very important significance.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a liftable and slidable cab and a paver, which realize the functions of up-down lifting and left-right sliding of the cab, are comfortable to drive, reduce the fatigue of a driver, reduce the possibility of safety accidents and improve the construction operation quality.

As shown in fig. 1, the liftable and slidable cab provided by the invention mainly comprises a cab body 1, a lifting mechanism 2 and a sliding mechanism.

An operating system 1-1 is arranged in the cab body 1 and used for operating the action of the whole paver 3, the lifting mechanism 2 and the sliding mechanism are electrically connected with the operating system 1-1, and a driver controls the operation of the lifting mechanism 2 and the sliding mechanism through the operating system 1-1; the seat 1-2 and the air conditioner 1-3 are further arranged inside the cab body 1, the air conditioner 1-3 is used for adjusting the temperature inside the cab body 1, and the driver can ride more comfortably in hot weather in summer, so that the physical and psychological health of the driver is protected; the cab body 1 adopts a closed structure, so that sand, dust, asphalt oil smoke and the like in the construction process are prevented from entering the cab.

The lifting mechanism 2 comprises a supporting seat 2-1, a lifting support 2-2, a lifting base 2-3 and a lifting oil cylinder 2-4; the supporting seat 2-1 is arranged below the cab body 1 and used for bearing the cab body 1; the lifting support 2-2 comprises two groups of X-shaped supporting legs and a group of lifting rotating shafts 2-5, two groups of first sliding grooves are arranged on the supporting seat 2-1 in parallel, two first sliding blocks are arranged in each group of first sliding grooves, two groups of second sliding grooves are arranged on the lifting base 2-3 in parallel, and two second sliding blocks 2-6 are arranged in each group of second sliding grooves.

Two groups of first sliding grooves are respectively arranged at the leftmost side and the rightmost side of the supporting seat 2-1, two groups of second sliding grooves are respectively arranged at the leftmost side and the rightmost side of the lifting base 2-3, the leftmost first sliding groove and the leftmost second sliding groove are in the same straight line in the vertical direction, the rightmost first sliding groove and the rightmost second sliding groove are in the same straight line in the vertical direction, one group of X-shaped supporting legs are connected with the supporting seat 2-1 and the lifting base 2-3 through the leftmost first sliding groove, the leftmost second sliding groove, the first sliding block and the second sliding block 2-6, the other group of X-shaped supporting legs are connected with the supporting seat 2-1 and the lifting base 2-3 through the rightmost first sliding groove, the rightmost second sliding groove, the first sliding block and the second sliding block 2-6, and the lifting rotating shaft 2-5 is connected with two intersection points of the two groups of X-shaped supporting legs, two legs of the X-shaped supporting leg can rotate around the lifting rotating shaft 2-5.

The sliding mechanism comprises two slide rails 4 and a sliding drive 5, the two slide rails 4 are respectively arranged at two ends of a lifting base 2-3 in the front and back direction of the paver 3, the two slide rails 4 are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the paver 3, the sliding drive 5 is arranged on the lifting mechanism 2, the sliding drive 5 adopts a gear and rack drive mode, other drive modes such as a telescopic oil cylinder and the like can be selected, the sliding mechanism is electrically connected with the operating system 1-1, the sliding mechanism controls the lifting base 2-3 to slide on the two sliding rails 4 under the control of the operating system 1-1, therefore, the sliding of the cab body 1 in the width direction of the paver 3 is controlled, and the function that the cab body 1 can slide left and right after a driver operates the operating system 1-1 in the cab body 1 is realized.

The cab body 1 is also provided with an automatic locking device, the automatic locking device is installed on a cabin door of the cab body 1, when a driver operates the operating system 1-1, the automatic locking device locks the cabin door when the lifting oil cylinder 2-4 performs extending action, and the automatic locking device releases locking of the cabin door when the lifting oil cylinder 2-4 retracts to an initial position, so that the driver is prevented from falling accidentally.

Example two

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a paver 3 provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a liftable and slidable cab in an embodiment, and further includes an upper platform and guardrails 6, the liftable and slidable cab is mounted on the upper platform, the guardrails 6 are disposed on edges of left and right sides of the upper platform, the guardrails 6 are provided with a plurality of groups, when the liftable and slidable cab moves to the left and right sides, the guardrails 6 can block an outer side door from being opened, thereby preventing a driver from falling and injuring a person due to misoperation.

Cab body 1 can slide to left side or right side on 3 upper platforms of paver, guarantees that paver 3 when following road left side or right side benchmark construction, and the driver can observe the benchmark at any time and in time adjust 3 advancing direction of paver to 3 off tracking of paver is avoided.

The cab body 1 is also provided with an automatic locking device, the automatic locking device is installed on a cabin door of the cab body 1, when a driver operates the operating system 1-1, the automatic locking device locks the cabin door when the lifting oil cylinder 2-4 performs extending action, and the automatic locking device releases locking of the cabin door when the lifting oil cylinder 2-4 retracts to an initial position, so that the driver is prevented from falling accidentally.
