mounting a positioning nut 22 on a fixing bolt at the back of the engine hood 3, and pre-mounting a fastening nut 23 on the fixing bolt at the front of the engine hood 3; wherein the positioning nut 22 is configured as shown in fig. 13;

as shown in fig. 12, the hood 3 is lifted, the preassembled fastening nut is slid into the notch 24 of the mounting hole in the front of the hinge 6, the positioning nut 22 is slid over the hinge 6 and inserted into the mounting hole in the rear of the hinge 6 for positioning, the head of the hood 3 is lifted and supported by the stay, the preassembled fastening nut 23 is tightened by the torque gun, the positioning nut 22 is rotated out, and finally the fastening nut 23 is mounted in the mounting hole in the rear of the hinge 6 and tightened. This facilitates the assembly of the hood 3, fender 4 and front door 5 of the vehicle.

mounting a positioning nut 22 on a fixing bolt at the back of the engine hood 3, and pre-mounting a fastening nut 23 on the fixing bolt at the front of the engine hood 3;

the engine cover 3 is lifted, the preassembled fastening nuts are slid into the notches 24 of the mounting hole in the front of the hinge 6, the positioning nuts 22 are slid above the hinge 6 and embedded into the mounting hole in the rear of the hinge 6 for positioning, the head of the engine cover 3 is lifted and supported by the supporting rods, the preassembled fastening nuts 23 are screwed by the torque gun, the positioning nuts 22 are rotated out, and finally the fastening nuts 23 are mounted and screwed in the mounting hole in the rear of the hinge 6. This facilitates the assembly of the hood 3, fender 4 and front door 5 of the vehicle.
