Referring to fig. 14-16, a third embodiment of a washing machine with a door cloth clamping detection device according to the present invention is provided, and the present embodiment is mainly different from the second embodiment in that the detection device 40 is different in structure, and other structures may be the same as the second embodiment.

A washing machine with a door cloth clamping detection device is used for detecting whether cloth is added between a door and a front plate or not, and comprises: the device comprises a box body, an outer cylinder, a window pad 30 and a detection device 40, wherein the box body is provided with a front plate 11 provided with a clothes input opening 111; in the figures the outer barrel is shown with only the front flange and the outer barrel front and rear portions are not shown. The window gasket 30 is hermetically connected between the front plate 11 and the outer barrel; the door body 12 can open and close the clothes input opening 111, and the door body 12 is hinged on the front plate 11; the detecting device 40 is used for detecting whether cloth is clamped between the door body 12 and the window pad 30, that is, whether clothes are clamped by the door body 12. A first assembling groove 31 is arranged at the front end of the window pad 30, a first groove 112 towards the back is arranged on the front plate 11, the first groove 112 is arranged at the outer side of the clothes inlet 111 in a surrounding way, and the direction close to the axis of the clothes inlet 111 is taken as the inner direction; first groove wall 1121 of first groove 112 on the side close to laundry inlet 111 is fitted to first fitting groove 31, first groove wall 1121 is located in first fitting groove 31, and first groove 112 is of an annular structure. The detecting device 40 has a front detecting member 41 fixed to the inner side of the door 12, and the front detecting member 41 is located in front of the first groove 112.

In this embodiment, the detection device 40 is arranged to detect whether the cloth is sandwiched between the door 12 and the window pad 30, and the detection can be performed before the washing machine starts washing, so that the clothes can be conveniently and timely found to be sandwiched, and the clothes damage caused by the rotation of the inner drum after the cloth is sandwiched can be avoided. When the door 12 is in a closed state and no cloth is clamped, the telescopic column 411 contacts the rear detection piece 42; when the cloth is sandwiched between the detecting device 40 and the telescopic column 411, the cloth is spaced from the rear detecting member 42.

In this embodiment, the rear detecting member 42 is a reed pipe, a magnetic member 412 matched with the reed pipe is arranged in the telescopic column 411, and whether cloth is clamped or not is judged according to the distance between the reed pipe and the magnetic member 412. When the telescopic column 411 is in contact with the rear detection piece 42, the distance between the reed pipe and the magnetic piece 412 is D1; in the presence of the clamping cloth, the distance D2 between the reed switch and the magnetic element 412 is definitely larger than D1.

In order to further increase the detection accuracy and avoid whether clothes are clamped between the front detection piece 41 and the rear detection piece 42, the distance between the reed switch and the magnetic piece 412 is not changed greatly, especially when the clothes are thin; it should be provided that the distance between the front detecting member 41 and the rear detecting member 42 is increased in the presence of the cloth clip.

A protection block 43 is arranged in the first groove 112, an accommodating opening 431 is formed in the protection block 43, the rear detection piece 42 is positioned in the accommodating opening 431, and the rear end of the front detection piece 41 can extend into the accommodating opening 431. In the presence of the cloth, the clothes are clamped between the front detection piece 41 and the front end of the accommodating opening 431, and the front detection piece 41 is prevented from extending into the accommodating opening 431, so that the front detection piece 41 is not in contact with the rear detection piece 42, and the distance between the front detection piece 41 and the rear detection piece 42 is large. When no cloth clamping exists, the front detection piece 41 extends into the accommodating opening 431 and is in contact with the rear detection piece 42, and the distance between the reed pipe and the magnetic piece 412 is D1. The distance between the front end of the accommodating opening 431 and the front end of the rear detection piece 42 is D3; in the presence of the clamping cloth, the distance D2 between the reed pipe and the magnetic piece 412 is greater than D1 and less than or equal to the sum of D1 and D3.

For the cloth clamping detection, the cloth clamping detection device is arranged on a closing door body of the washing machine, and after the cloth clamping detection device is electrified, the detection device is started to carry out detection; if the fabric is clamped, the door body 20 is opened for checking. If the cloth is not clamped, the selection operation of the washing program is carried out.

In this embodiment, the first groove wall 1122 is inclined in the outward direction away from the center of the laundry inlet, which is advantageous in increasing the stability of the first groove wall 1122 after being assembled with the first assembling groove 31, and is advantageous in sealing the window gasket 30 between the window glass 13 and the first groove wall 1122 in accordance with the inclination direction of the window glass 13 of the door body 12 at the laundry inlet 111. Preferably, the included angle between the first groove wall 1121 and the rear groove wall 1122 of the first groove 112 is set to 40 ° to 50 °, and more preferably, the included angle between the first groove wall 1121 and the rear groove wall 1122 of the first groove 112 is set to 45 °.

The window gasket 30 has an extending edge 32 bent and extended downwards along the outer wall of the opening end of the first assembling groove 31, and the extending edge 32 is attached to the rear groove wall 1122 of the first groove 112, which is beneficial to increasing the sealing performance between the window gasket 30 and the first groove 112 and the firmness after assembling. The front plate 11 is provided with a backward second groove 113, and the inner side of the door body 12 is provided with a protrusion matched with the second groove 113, so that the door body 12 and the front plate 11 can be closed in a sealing manner. A laundry inlet 111 is opened at a rear wall of the second recess 113. An annular first groove 112 is arranged on the rear groove wall of the second groove 113, the first groove 112 and the second groove 113 are coaxially arranged, and the second groove 113 is coaxial with the clothes inlet 111. The second groove wall 1123 of the first groove 112 on the side away from the window pad 30 is parallel to the first groove wall 1121, which is advantageous for increasing the structural strength at the first groove 112 and for forming a larger space in which the detecting device 40 can be installed.
