Technical Field

The invention relates to a bolt, in particular to a light blind bolt.

Background

A bolt or screw is a type of mechanical part used to fasten two or more components and is used in a wide variety of applications. The connecting structure can firmly connect two or more parts or components together to form a whole, and is suitable for production and manufacture of various machines, equipment, vehicles, ships, railways, bridges, buildings, structures, tools and the like. The automobile energy-saving system is also used more in the field of automobile manufacturing, and particularly on new energy automobiles, the utilization rate of the automobile energy-saving system is gradually increased. However, when fastening the components, an operator must pass through a bolt or screw on one side of the components and turn a nut on the other side to fasten the components. Therefore, this method of connecting products by operating on both sides of parts cannot be used in the case of single-side connection.

In addition, under the trend of light weight of new energy automobiles, parts of accessories are changed from original metal materials into light materials such as plastics. This material tends to weaken the clamping force generated when tightening bolts or screws, which results in a tendency for the fitting to break when tightening the connection. For this reason, operators often use inserts and bolts or screws to secure the connection to prevent the fittings from being damaged. Although the method solves the problem that the fittings are easy to damage, the production and processing cost is high and the process is complicated.

To this end, it is necessary to develop a new type of light blind fastener to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a light blind bolt which can be operated on a single side and is not easily damaged.

By the scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages: the light blind bolt has the advantages that due to the arrangement of the nail body, the nail core and other components, an operator can operate one side of a connected workpiece through the riveting gun without respectively operating two sides of the workpiece to connect the workpiece, and accordingly the fixed connection of the workpiece is simplified. Due to the arrangement of the deformation hole, the deformation part of the nail body pipe can be easily expanded and deformed outwards under the compression of the nail core head, so that the pulling force required to be applied by the riveter is reduced. In this embodiment, the side wall of the deformed portion of the nail body tube is provided with four deformation holes arranged around the central axis thereof, and the deformation holes are rectangular holes with the length direction consistent with the central axis of the nail body tube.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a light blind bolt according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a bolt body 1 and a bolt core 2, the bolt body includes a bolt body 101, a locking platform 102 fixedly connected to the bolt body is disposed on an outer side surface of the bolt body, a part of the bolt body above the locking platform is a bolt body deformation portion 103, a part of the bolt body below the locking platform is a bolt body locking portion 104, a lower portion of an inner hole of the bolt body is a locking hole 105, and the locking hole is a tapered hole with a gradually decreasing aperture;

When the nail body tube deformation part works, the top end of the nail body tube deformation part is pressed into the pressing groove through special stamping equipment, so that the top end of the nail body tube is connected with the nail core. When the workpieces are connected, the nail body pipe deformation part and the nail core head penetrate through the connecting hole of the connected workpieces until the workpieces are contacted with the locking table. Then the operator inserts the bottom end of the mandrel, i.e. the bottom end of the lower part of the mandrel, into the mouth of the riveter. After the core nail rod is connected with the riveter, an operator starts the riveter, and the core nail rod and the core nail head at the top end of the core nail rod move towards the direction close to the mouth of the riveter under the pulling of the riveter. Along with the movement of the nail core head, the nail body tube deformation part gradually expands outwards under the compression of the nail core head until the workpiece is pressed between the locking platform and the deformed nail body tube deformation part. Meanwhile, the outer diameter of the upper part of the nail core rod is larger than the aperture of the inner hole of the locking sleeve, so that the upper part of the nail core rod is contacted with the top surface of the locking sleeve and gradually extrudes the locking sleeve in the descending process of the nail core rod. The locking sleeve moves along the locking hole under the compression of the upper part of the nail core rod, and the locking hole is a taper hole with the gradually reduced aperture, so that the locking sleeve is compressed inwards under the compression of the inner wall of the locking hole along with the movement of the locking sleeve to the outlet end of the locking hole. When it is moved to the breaking groove, its bottom end is pressed into the breaking groove under the pressure of the locking hole against it. At the moment, because the lower part of the mandrel rod is locked by the bottom end of the locking sleeve, if the riveter continuously pulls the mandrel rod, the bottom end of the mandrel rod can be broken at the breaking groove.

In this embodiment, the locking hole extends to the bottom end of the nail body tube, so that the bottom surface of the broken nail core rod is flush with the bottom surface of the nail body tube. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the bottom end of the locking hole is further provided with the flange, and the inclination of the top surface of the flange is larger than that of the locking hole, so that the bottom end of the locking sleeve can be rapidly pressed inwards after contacting the inclined surface of the top surface of the flange, and is rapidly pressed into the fracture groove. After the nail core rod is broken, the two ends of the nail core rod are respectively locked by the nail body tubes in the breaking grooves and the pressing grooves, and the nail body tubes and the nail core rod are integrated, so that the connection strength of the nail core rod is greatly improved.

It can be seen from the above description that, compared with the existing bolt, the light blind bolt of the embodiment is more convenient to connect, an operator only needs to operate the nail core rod through the riveter on a single surface, and meanwhile, the nondestructive connection of the workpiece can be realized without a special insert, and the light blind bolt is simple in structure, high in connection strength and simple and convenient to operate.

In this embodiment, the locking platform is preferably an annular flange, which with the nail tube deformation performs the function of pressing the workpiece. The compressing groove is arranged on the lower portion of the nail core head and has a certain distance with the nail core head, and the top end of the nail body tube is connected with the top of the nail core rod. The breaking groove of the lower part of the mandrel bar may be provided in a plurality of, in this embodiment three, so that the lightweight blind bolt can connect workpieces having different thicknesses. The outer side surface of the locking sleeve is matched with the inner wall of the locking hole so that the locking sleeve is easier to extrude inwards, and the locking sleeve is made of a material with certain deformation capacity, such as metal. The upper part of the mandrel rod and the lower part of the mandrel rod are both preferably cylindrical rods.

In conclusion, the light blind bolt of the embodiment can be operated by an operator at one side of a connected workpiece through the riveter through the arrangement of the nail body, the nail core and other components, the connection of the workpiece can be realized without respectively operating the two sides of the workpiece, and the fixed connection of the workpiece is simplified. In addition, the locking platform on the nail body pipe and the deformed nail body pipe deformation part realize the compression connection of the workpiece, so that when the workpiece is connected, an operator can realize the nondestructive connection of the workpiece without other inserts, the damage to the workpiece made of plastic and other materials due to overlarge pressure is prevented, and the yield is improved.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the surface of the nail body tube deformation portion is provided with the deformation hole 4.

Due to the arrangement of the deformation hole, the deformation part of the nail body pipe can be easily expanded and deformed outwards under the compression of the nail core head, so that the pulling force required to be applied by the riveter is reduced. In this embodiment, the side wall of the deformed portion of the nail body tube is provided with four deformation holes arranged around the central axis thereof, and the deformation holes are rectangular holes with the length direction consistent with the central axis of the nail body tube.

Preferably, the bottom end of the locking hole is provided with a flange 5 connected with the locking part of the nail body tube, and the top surface of the flange is a slope surface with inclination larger than that of the inner wall of the locking hole.

The inclination of the flange top surface is larger than that of the locking hole, so that the bottom end of the locking sleeve can be rapidly pressed inwards after contacting the inclined surface of the flange top surface, and then the locking sleeve is rapidly pressed into the fracture groove. Here the inclination refers to the angle of the surface to the vertical surface support.

Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the outer surface of the nail body tube locking part is provided with threads.

The threads on the outer surface of the body tube locking portion allow an operator to connect a workpiece to other components through the body tube locking portion.
