Background

The current anchor bolts or bolts buried deeply in the ground are easy to rust if they are made of carbon steel, and are too expensive if they are made of stainless steel.

The foundation bolt is a tool which is buried in the ground or a foundation and is used for connecting the ground or the ground foundation and machine equipment. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of the present invention discloses a stainless steel composite anchor bolt 10 including a first screw bar 1, a coupler 2, and a second screw bar 3. The connector 2 is provided with a screw hole 21 that is fitted with the first screw 1 and the second screw 3, and an inner wall of the screw hole 21 is provided with a built-in thread 22 that is fitted with the threads of the first screw 1 and the second screw 3. One end of the first screw rod 1 is screwed at one end of the connector 2, and one end of the second screw rod 3 is screwed at the other end of the connector 2; the first screw 1 is made of stainless steel or has an antirust coating.

The second embodiment of the invention discloses a stainless steel combined type foundation bolt 10 which comprises a stainless steel first screw rod 1 with the length of 250mm and the specification of M18, a connector 2 made of 40Cr material and a second screw rod 3 with the length of more than 200mm and the specification of M18. The connector 2 is provided with a built-in thread 22 which is engaged with the threads of the first screw 1 and the second screw 3, one end of the first screw 1 is screwed to one end of the connector 2, and one end of the second screw 3 is screwed to the other end of the connector 2.

The invention is applied to the fixation of the steel upright post 4 for concrete. As shown in fig. 5, 4 stainless steel anchor bolts 10 according to the present invention are connected to four vertices of a steel column bottom plate 5 for concrete, respectively, and the 4 stainless steel anchor bolts 10 according to the present invention are embedded under the ground to fix the steel column 4 for concrete. Wherein, the length L of the first screw 1 is 200-300mm, preferably 220-280mm, and most preferably 230-250 mm.

The traditional fixing mode of the steel upright column bottom plate for concrete is that a through-root carbon steel foundation bolt is adopted for fixing. The carbon steel foundation bolt is seriously corroded when being exposed to the overground part and the part about 200mm underground, the safety performance and the service life are seriously influenced, and the carbon steel foundation bolt can only be scrapped and cannot be maintained and replaced if being corroded to a certain degree. The first screw 1 of the present embodiment is made of stainless steel, and is exposed to the above-ground portion and the portion of about 200mm below the ground, thereby ensuring that the first screw is not corroded.

When the connector 2 is made of 40Cr material, a cylindrical screw hole 21 is arranged inside the connector, and a built-in thread 22 is arranged on the wall of the screw hole 21. The moisture sinking in the vertical direction along the first screw 1 is changed in the penetration direction to the horizontal direction when passing through the connector 2, thereby advantageously preventing the moisture from penetrating into the position of the second screw 2. More importantly, there is no oxygen in the place 200mm underground in the construction site, so that it is ensured that the second screw 3 will not contact moisture and air even if it is below 200mm underground, thereby preventing the second screw 3 from corroding.

In conclusion, according to the stainless steel combined foundation bolt 10 provided by the invention, part of the bolts are made of stainless steel materials, and part of the bolts are made of carbon steel materials, so that the production cost is saved; and the connector is arranged, so that the penetration of moisture is effectively prevented, and the corrosion of the bolt is prevented.
