The redundant starting diesel engine provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the motor starting component 2 and the air starting component 3 are used for redundantly starting the diesel engine body 1, the two starting components can act simultaneously, after any one group of starting components is damaged, the other group of starting components can also independently finish the starting of the diesel engine body 1, the starting reliability of the diesel engine body 1 is guaranteed, the accelerating starting component 4 is arranged in an auxiliary mode, the motor starting component 2 and the air starting component 3 are used for assisting air supply after starting the diesel engine body 1 to help the rotating speed of the diesel engine body 1 to reach the operating rotating speed of the diesel engine body 1 in working as soon as possible, furthermore, according to the diesel engine bodies 1 with different specifications and models, the number of the motors of the motor starting component 2 can adopt a single starting motor, a double starting motor or a triple starting motor as required, the air distributor 31 can adopt a single-row first air guide pipeline or double-row first air guide pipelines to start to match the diesel engine bodies 1 with different powers, compared with the diesel engine in the prior art, the redundant starting diesel engine provided by the embodiment not only meets the requirement of quick starting, but also ensures the starting reliability.

In particular, the accelerated starting assembly 4 further comprises a second solenoid valve 23, the starting motor 21 being a pneumatic motor having a higher power density than the electric motor, so that a smaller pneumatic motor can provide the same power as its electric device; an overload that exceeds the stall torque will not normally cause damage to the air motor; the speed of the air motor can be regulated by a simple solenoid valve rather than an expensive and complicated electronic speed control device. Further, the rotation speed of the transmission flywheel 11 is detected, if the rotation speed reaches a first set speed, the starting motor 21 and the air distributor 31 are closed, the first electromagnetic valve 41 is opened, the second air guide pipeline 42 supplies air to the air inlet cavity of the diesel engine body 1, air is sequentially supplied to the plurality of air cylinders according to the starting sequence of the pistons to accelerate the starting of the diesel engine body 1, until the rotation speed of the transmission flywheel 11 reaches a second set speed, the first electromagnetic valve 41 is closed, further, the air cylinders in the diesel engine body 1 are ignited when the first set speed is reached, at the moment, the diesel engine body 1 is initially started but does not reach the working speed, at the moment, the starting motor 21 and the air distributor 31 are closed, the second air guide pipeline 42 supplies air to the air inlet cavity of the diesel engine body 1 to enable the diesel engine body 1 to reach the working speed more quickly to realize quick starting, further, the second set speed is greater than the first set speed, in this embodiment, the second set speed is the normal operating speed of the diesel engine body 1.

Specifically, the electric components in this embodiment are all electrically connected to the vehicle control system 6, and the vehicle control system 6 may control the motor starting assembly 2, the air starting assembly 3, and the acceleration starting assembly 4 according to the speed signal fed back by the speed sensor 5, or may manually control the motor starting assembly, which is not limited herein.
