Background

The existing method for bundling and gathering a plurality of metal pipe bodies is to combine a metal belt and a buckle, wherein the buckle is connected with one end of the metal belt, and the other end of the metal belt passes through the buckle after being wound with a plurality of metal pipe bodies so as to achieve the purpose of bundling and tying a plurality of metal pipe bodies; however, in the conventional manner of connecting the buckle to one end of the metal band, the metal band passes through the buckle and extends beyond the buckle to form a reverse-folded section with a proper length, and the buckle is hooked after the reverse-folded section is reversely folded.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a steel buckle and steel belt combination structure and a method thereof, which are used for solving the defect that the combination of the existing metal belt and the buckle is not stable.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

at least one welding part formed between the steel belt and the base part of the steel buckle to combine the steel belt and the steel buckle; and

and the connecting piece is provided with an adhering surface, and the bottom surface of the base part of the steel buckle and the inner side surface of the steel belt are adhered by the adhering surface.

The bearing part is provided with a first slit which is opposite to the direction of the penetrating channel, and the at least one welding part is formed between the steel strip and the steel buckle and is exposed on the outer side surface of the steel strip.

The base part is provided with a second opening seam, the second opening seam is opposite to the direction of the penetrating channel, the steel strip penetrates into the steel buckle and is arranged on the base part, and the at least one welding part is arranged along the second opening seam and is exposed at the bottom surface of the base part.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the steel buckle and steel belt combination structure and the method thereof disclosed by the invention have the effects of improving the combination of the steel belt and the steel buckle to be more stable and increasing the tightening effect on binding a plurality of metal pipe bodies.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a steel buckle and steel strip combination structure and a method thereof, wherein the steel buckle and steel strip combination structure 1 mainly comprises: a steel buckle 10, a steel band 20, and a connecting member 30, wherein:

the steel buckle 10 has a base portion 11, a supporting portion 12 and a pressing portion 13, the base portion 11 is a rectangular plate having a top surface 111 located above and a bottom surface 112 located below; the support portion 12 extends from the base portion 11 and is formed at an end of the base portion 11, and a penetrating channel 14 is formed between the base portion 11 and the support portion 12, in this embodiment, the support portion 12 has a first slit 121, and the first slit 121 is opposite to the penetrating channel 14; the pressing portion 13 is formed at the other end of the base portion 11, the pressing portion 13 includes two pressing pieces 131 and 132, and the two pressing pieces 131 and 132 respectively extend from two opposite sides of the base portion 11 and are in an opposite state.

The steel belt 20 is a thin sheet-shaped belt body having an outer side 21 located above and an inner side 22 located below.

The connecting member 30 is used to connect the steel buckle 10 and the steel band 20, the connecting member 30 is a PU foam adhesive tape having an adhesive surface 31, before use, a release paper 32 is usually adhered to the adhesive surface 31, before use, the release paper 32 is torn off to expose the adhesive surface 31 for providing adhesion.

According to the above structure, please refer to fig. 2, 3, and 4, the method for combining the steel buckle and the steel band of the present invention comprises a step of combining the steel band and the steel buckle, a step of pressing and fixing, and a step of attaching a connecting member, wherein the specific implementation manner of each step is as follows:

a. one end of the steel strip 20 is inserted into the steel buckle 10 and passes through the insertion channel 14 and the pressing portion 13, the steel strip 20 is disposed on the base portion 11, and the inner side surface 22 of the steel strip 20 contacts the top surface 111 of the steel buckle 10.

b. At least one welding portion 40 is generated between the steel strip 20 and the steel buckle 10 by a heating or pressing process, so that the steel strip 20 is combined with the steel buckle 10, the at least one welding portion 40 is formed between the steel strip 20 and the steel buckle 10 and exposed on the outer side 21 of the steel strip 20, in the embodiment of the present specification, the at least one welding portion 40 is formed by a spot welding process, and the number of the at least one welding portion 40 is not limited, and is shown by two in the drawings of the present specification.

c. The release paper 32 of the connector 30 is torn off, and the bottom surface 112 of the base portion 11 of the steel buckle 10 and the inner side surface 22 of the steel band 20 are adhered to the adhering surface 31.

Referring to fig. 7, according to the steel buckle and steel band combination structure 1 of the present invention completed by the above steps, when in use, after the steel band 20 is turned to pass through the lower portion of the base portion 11 to be wrapped and gathered together with a plurality of tubular objects 2, the other end of the steel band 20 enters from one end of the pressing portion 13 of the steel buckle 10 and passes through the penetrating channel 14, the steel band 20 is then reversely folded and abutted against the bearing portion 12 and passes through the pressing portion 13, and finally, the two pressing pieces 131, 132 of the pressing portion 13 are bent to press against the steel band 20 (and the connecting band 30) to complete the binding action (the method of use is the same as the prior art, and is not in the technical scope of the present invention, and is not described in detail again).

According to the steel buckle and steel belt combination structure 1 completed by the steps, the welding method is adopted between the steel belt 20 and the steel buckle 10, the contact part of the steel belt 20 and the steel buckle 10 is melted to form the at least one welding part 40 due to the heat generated by the passing of current resistance, the at least one welding part 40 is formed between the steel belt 20 and the steel buckle 10, the steel belt 20 and the steel buckle 10 can be combined into a whole, the combination effect is more stable, the expected invention purpose can be achieved, and the defect that the existing combination mode of reversely bending and hooking the metal belt and the buckle is not stable enough can be thoroughly solved. In fig. 2 and 3, the steel band 20 is set on the base portion 11 after penetrating into the steel buckle 10 and is slightly shorter than the end side of the steel buckle 10, but of course, the end side of the steel band 20 may be aligned with the end side of the steel buckle 10 (not shown), or, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the end side of the steel band 20 may be folded back to the bottom surface 112 of the base portion 11 beyond the steel buckle 10 by a suitable length, and then the part of the steel band 20 folded back to the bottom surface 112 of the base portion 11 of the steel buckle 10, and the inner side surface 22 of the steel band 20 are adhered to the adhering surface 31 of the connecting member 30.

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a second preferred embodiment of the steel buckle and steel strip combination structure and method thereof of the present invention is mainly similar to the previous embodiments, except that:

the base portion 11 of the steel buckle 10 has a second slit 122, the second slit 122 is opposite to the direction of the penetrating channel 14, the steel strip 20 penetrates into the steel buckle 10 and is disposed on the base portion 11, the at least one welding portion 40 is disposed along the second slit 122 and is exposed at the bottom surface 112 of the base portion 11, the at least one welding portion 40 enables the steel strip 20 to be combined with the steel buckle 10, and then the adhering surface 31 of the connecting member 30 adheres the bottom surface 112 of the base portion 11 of the steel buckle 10 and the inner side surface 22 of the steel strip 20.

The remaining structure and the effect achieved by the second embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be described again.
