Technical Field

The invention relates to an evaporative humidifier, in particular to an air purification type vertical evaporative humidifier.

Background

The evaporative humidifier generates an air flow by using a fan, and when the air flow passes through the evaporator, water molecules attached to the evaporator are evaporated and discharged together with the air flow, so that the indoor air is kept humid. Because the fan needs to be driven by the motor and is arranged above the humidifier shell, the fan rotates to form negative pressure in the shell to generate air flow, but the motor also generates noise during operation, higher requirements are put forward on the sealing performance of the humidifier shell, and meanwhile, the rotating speed of the fan is limited by considering the noise problem, so that the maximum humidification quantity of the humidifier is limited. The humidifier with the structure is mostly of a structure with the water storage tank arranged below, airflow enters from the air inlet on the shell and then is discharged from the top through the air channel, and the air channel is required to be in a bent shape due to the fact that the airflow is required to be in full contact with the evaporator, so that certain obstruction is formed on the airflow, noise is further caused when the humidifier is used, meanwhile, the water storage tank is arranged at the lower portion of the fan, the whole volume of a humidifier product cannot be controlled due to the design of the bent air channel, the attractiveness of product design is also influenced, and further research and improvement are needed for the evaporative humidifier with the structure.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide an air purification type vertical evaporation humidifier, so as to solve the technical problems of the prior art, such as the generation of noise, low humidification efficiency, large product volume due to the compact structure, and poor aesthetics.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the fan is arranged at the lower part of the evaporator, and the air inlet is additionally arranged at the lower part of the outer shell, so that noise generated by the fan motor in the operation process is blocked and absorbed by the evaporator in the process of passing through the evaporator along with wind, and the noise generated in the operation process of the humidifier is effectively reduced, so that the humidification quantity in unit time can be increased by increasing the rotating speed of the fan; and can filter the air at first by the HEPA filter core when the air inlet, then get into airflow channel again to play air purification's effect, further reduce the bacterial growing in the humidifier.

The air flow channel is designed between the outer wall of the water storage tank and the outer shell, and the evaporator is arranged at the lower part of the water storage tank in a surrounding manner, so that a longitudinal air flow channel is formed, air flows along the direction vertical to the horizontal plane, the length of an air flow air channel is further shortened, the obstruction of the air flow channel to the air flow is reduced, the running noise sound wave penetrates through the evaporator and can be effectively reduced, and the silence is realized; the reducing evaporator with the lower end being close and the upper section being loose can also improve the turbulence and mass transfer effect of the air flow, thereby effectively improving the humidification quantity.

The invention is further elucidated with reference to the drawing.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention is an air purification type vertical evaporation humidifier, which includes an outer case 1, an evaporation water tank 2 is provided inside the outer case 1, and the evaporation water tank 2 is preferably designed in a ring shape so that an evaporator 3 is placed inside the evaporation water tank 2, and the evaporator 3 functions to adsorb water in the evaporation water tank 2 to the evaporator 3 by a capillary principle and then evaporate the water by an air flow; therefore, a fan 4 is further installed below the evaporator 3, the fan 4 can be disposed at the bottom layer of the outer casing 1 as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the air inlet end of the fan 4 is communicated with the air inlet 5 of the outer casing 1; the air inlet 5 is provided with the HEPA filter element 15, the HEPA filter element 15 is sealed with the inner wall of the air inlet 5, and the HEPA filter element 15 has better air filtering performance, so that the air can be purified and filtered before entering the air flow channel 11 of the humidifier.

In addition, a water storage tank 6 is also required to be installed on the upper part of the evaporation water tank 2, the water storage tank 6 is used for storing water, and the water storage tank 6 is also communicated with the evaporation water tank 2 through a water inlet 8, so that water stored in the water storage tank 6 can flow into the evaporation water tank 2 and be absorbed by the evaporator 3; in addition, the upper part of the aforesaid outer casing 1 also needs to set up the air outlet 7, the air outlet 7 needs to communicate with air-out end of the fan 4, and the aforesaid evaporator 3 can be placed in the air current channel 11 between air outlet 7 and air-out end of the fan 4 directly, and the air current channel 11 locates between outer wall of the outer casing 1 and outer wall of the water storage tank 6, namely the aforesaid inner and outer wall of the two forms a toroidal air current channel 11; that is, when the fan 4 rotates to generate an air flow, the air flow passes through the evaporator 3 before being discharged from the air outlet 7, so that moisture on the evaporator 3 is evaporated into water molecules, and the water molecules are discharged from the air outlet 7 along with the air flow, thereby achieving the purpose of humidifying the air. In order to ensure the compactness of the humidifier structure and not affect the air inlet at the lower part of the outer shell 1, the motor of the fan 4 is arranged in the outer shell 1 and is arranged above the fan 4, and then the motor 13 is in power connection with the fan blades. Based on the foregoing, it can be seen that in the humidifier structure of the present embodiment, the evaporator 3 is disposed in the evaporation water tank 2 and between the fan 4 and the water tank 5.

In order to further save the space inside the outer casing 1, it has been mentioned above that the evaporation water tank 2 may be provided in the form of an annular groove, on the basis of which an upward protrusion may be provided in the middle of the evaporation water tank 2, the inside of the protrusion forming a cavity, so that the motor 13 may be installed in the cavity, thereby effectively utilizing the space between the cylindrical evaporator 3 and the evaporation water tank 2.

Preferably, the water storage tank 6, the evaporator 3, the evaporation water tank 2 and the fan 4 may be installed in the outer casing 1 in a longitudinal manner in sequence as shown in fig. 2, and the central axes of the water storage tank 6, the evaporator 3, the evaporation water tank 2 and the fan 4 coincide with each other, so as to further control the overall volume of the humidifier, thereby really realizing an ultra-small volume and being equipped with a large-capacity water storage tank, so that the structure of the humidifier is more compact.

In the embodiment, the fan 4 is arranged at the lower part of the evaporator 3, and the air inlet 5 is additionally arranged at the lower part of the outer shell 1, so that the noise generated by the motor 13 of the fan 4 in the running process can be blocked and absorbed by the evaporator 3, thereby effectively reducing the noise of the running humidifier, and the noise is lower than 25dB when the humidification amount is 200ml/h through the test of a prototype in a laboratory of an applicant, so that the humidification amount per unit time can be increased by increasing the rotating speed of the fan; and through designing the air current passageway 11 between storage water tank 6 outer wall and shell body 1 to the lower part with evaporimeter 3 surrounding storage water tank 6, thereby form longitudinal air current passageway 11, in order to reduce the air current of air current passageway 11 and cause the hindrance, also can further reduce the volume of humidifier, make the structure of humidifier compacter, also can promote the holistic aesthetic property of humidifier combining underlying air intake 5.

Still referring to fig. 2, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention for solving the technical problems, in order to optimize the structure of the air flow passage 11 and to make sufficient space for the evaporator 3, the water storage tank 6 may be directly designed to have a T-shaped longitudinal section, as shown in fig. 2, the upper portion of the water storage tank 6 is larger than the lower portion of the water storage tank 6, so that the evaporator 3 may be installed around the lower portion of the water storage tank, as shown in the drawing, the evaporator 3 may also be designed to have a T-shaped cylindrical structure, when the cylindrical evaporator 3 is installed around the lower portion of the water storage tank 6, the evaporator 3 is engaged with the lower portion of the water storage tank 6, and the lower portion of the evaporator 3 is submerged into the evaporation water tank 2. Based on the above structure, it is preferable that the water storage tank 6 is designed to have a circular cross section, the evaporator 3 is designed to have a cylindrical shape, and the space is saved, the evaporator 3 can be installed around the lower portion of the water storage tank 6, and the transverse profile area of the upper portion of the evaporator 3 is larger than that of the lower portion thereof; the evaporator 3 is formed by folding fiber layers, and the folding density of the lower part of the evaporator 3 is greater than that of the upper part of the evaporator; the evaporator 3 is arranged in a sparse and dense mode, so that the volume of the upper portion of the evaporator is larger than that of the lower portion of the evaporator in a relatively dense mode. The water in the evaporation water tank 2 can be favorably immersed into the evaporator 3 from bottom to top smoothly, and most impurities in the water are filtered by the part with high folding density at the lower part of the evaporator 3 in the process that the water in the evaporation water tank enters the evaporator 3 from bottom to top through the capillary phenomenon, so that the cleanliness of the water entering the upper part of the evaporator 3 is improved, and the impurities in the water are prevented from entering the air along with the evaporation of air flow; and through the structure that the evaporator 3 is sparse from top to bottom, the airflow channel 11 is fully distributed at the upper part of the evaporator 3, so that the airflow must pass through the evaporator 3, the moisture on the evaporator 3 is evaporated, and the humid evaporator 3 adsorbs and cleans the air passing through the airflow channel 11, namely, the evaporator 3 can adsorb small particles in the air.

Meanwhile, the diameter-changing structure with the large upper part and the small lower part of the evaporator 3 can reduce the position occupied by the lower part of the evaporator 3 when the evaporator 3 is arranged in the evaporation water tank 2, so that the width of the evaporation water tank 2 can be reduced, the airflow channels on two sides of the evaporation water tank 2 are widened, and the space utilization rate inside the outer shell 1 is further improved. By adopting the evaporation device with the reducing structure, the folding layers of the small end with large density at the lower part are compact, the large end with small density at the upper part is sparse, and the running noise sound wave can effectively reduce and eliminate the running noise sound wave after passing through the evaporator by installing the fan at the lower part of the evaporator, thereby realizing silence; the diameter-variable evaporator with the lower end being tight and the upper section being loose can also improve the turbulence and mass transfer effect of air flow, so that liquid water on an evaporation device is easier to evaporate into water molecules, and the evaporation capacity of the humidifier is improved from 283ml/h to 435ml/h after the evaporation device with the diameter-variable structure is adopted in the laboratory test of the applicant. Meanwhile, as mentioned above, the folded layer at the lower small end of the evaporation device can intercept impurities in water more easily, so as to prevent the impurities from being evaporated along with liquid water.

Further, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in order to increase the fitting degree between the evaporator 3 and the water storage tank 6, in this embodiment, the inventor further provides a tapered surface 31 on the inner side of the upper portion of the evaporator 3, so that the tapered surface 31 can fit with the outer wall of the water storage tank 6; further, in order to ensure the stability of the evaporator 3 when being installed in the evaporation water tank 2, an annular step surface 32 may be further provided on the outer side of the lower portion of the evaporator 3, the lower end of the evaporator 3 may be placed in the evaporation water tank 2 by the annular step surface 32, and the upper portion of the evaporator 3 may be engaged with the evaporation water tank 2; the annular step surface 32 is formed at a right angle to the longitudinal section of the evaporator 3, thereby ensuring the stability of engagement with the notch of the evaporation water tank 2.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the overflow caused by the excessive water in the evaporation water tank 2, a valve 9 may be further installed in the evaporation water tank 2, one end of the valve 9 corresponds to the position of the water inlet 8, a sealable rubber plug is installed on the water inlet 8, the valve 9 may enable the evaporation water tank 2 to always maintain a sufficient amount of water, and the valve 9 may use the principle of a floating plug valve, when the evaporation water tank 2 has a rated amount of water, the float floats upwards, at this time, the water inlet 8 is closed by the rubber plug, when the amount of water in the evaporation water tank 2 is insufficient, the float descends, the other end of the valve 9 jacks up the rubber plug on the water inlet, so that the water inlet 8 is opened, so that the amount of water in the evaporation water tank 2 is always kept constant, so that the humidification amount is kept constant, and is not affected by the water storage level in the water storage tank 6.

Furthermore, in order to facilitate water addition, a cover 10 may be installed on the top of the outer casing 1, the water storage tank 6 is disposed under the cover 10, and water can be added to the water storage tank 6 by uncovering the cover 10 or through a through hole on the cover 10, in this embodiment, the air outlet 7 may be designed on the outer side of the edge of the cover 10.

On the other hand, in order to suppress bacteria in the water in the humidifier, as a preferable configuration of the above embodiment, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp may be further installed inside the evaporation water tank 2; referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, in order to improve the humidification efficiency of the humidifier, the inventor further installs a water heating device 12 at the lower part of the evaporation water tank 2, and a heating part of the water heating device 12 contacts with the bottom of the evaporation water tank 2 so as to heat the water in the evaporation water tank by means of heat transfer to improve the evaporation amount of the water passing through the evaporator 3, according to the experimental data of the inventor, when the water temperature on the evaporator 3 rises, the evaporation amount can be significantly improved, and according to the conventional test standard, in the environment with the air temperature of 23 ± 5 ℃, the indoor humidity is 30% ± 5%, the evaporation amount is 400ml/h, when the water temperature on the evaporator 3 reaches 35 ℃, the evaporation amount is 600ml/h, and when the water temperature reaches 38 ℃, the evaporation amount is 900 ml/h; therefore, by controlling the power and heating time of the water heating device 12, the water in the evaporation water tank 2 can be always kept in the temperature range of 30-39 ℃, thereby increasing the humidification amount.

Furthermore, the inventor has found through experiments that not only raising the water temperature helps to raise the humidification amount, but also raising the temperature of the inlet air can raise the humidification amount, and for this purpose, the air inlet 5 can be designed at the bottom of the outer casing 1, and then an air heating device 14 is installed at the bottom of the outer casing 1, and the air heating device 14 is disposed between the air inlet 5 and the air inlet end of the fan 4, that is, when the fan 4 rotates, the external airflow enters from the air inlet 5 and then contacts with the air heating device 14, and then enters into the airflow channel 11 and contacts with the evaporator 3, so as to raise the humidification amount. The water heating device 12 and the air heating device 14 may be heated by electric resistance or electromagnetic coil heating, and will not be described in detail herein.

Referring to fig. 4, in practical use, when the power is turned on, the fan 3 starts to rotate, external air enters the airflow channel 11 from the air inlet 5 at the bottom of the outer casing 1, and before entering the airflow channel 11, the air is filtered by the HEPA filter element 15 to filter impurities in the air by using the efficient filtering characteristic of the HEPA filter element, and then the air contacts the evaporator 3 in the airflow channel 11 and is discharged from the air outlet 7 at the upper part of the outer casing 1, so that an airflow is formed inside the outer casing 1; in the process, the airflow enters from the lower part of the outer shell 1, is discharged from the upper part and flows from the bottom to the top in the direction vertical to the horizontal plane; and the valve 9 in the evaporation water tank 2 opens the water inlet 8, make the water in the storage water tank 6 flow into the evaporation water tank 2, when the liquid level of the evaporation water tank 2 reaches the rated line, the valve 9 closes the water inlet 8 through the principle of the float valve, the inferior part of the evaporator 3 is soaked in the water in the evaporation water tank 2 at this moment, the moisture permeates upwards gradually in the fibrous layer through the capillary phenomenon, under the function of the aforesaid airstream, evaporate the moisture on the evaporator 3, and discharge with the air outlet 7 continuously. The fan 3 is continuously rotated, and the aforementioned process is continuously performed, thereby increasing the humidity in the ambient air; when water needs to be added, water can be directly sprayed on the cover body 10, the water can flow into the water storage tank along with the through holes on the cover body 8, and the cover body 10 can also be uncovered to add water into the water storage tank 6.
