An asphalt emulsifier is characterized by comprising 80-90 parts of a general formula (1), 2-3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 60-80 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) being a branched alkyl group having 10 to 16 carbon atoms, x representing 6 to 28, y representing 5 to 8.

2. A method for preparing the asphalt emulsifier of claim 1, comprising the steps of: adding water and the general formula (1) into a stirring barrel according to the formula, stirring for the first time, and adding sodium dodecyl sulfate into the stirring barrel for the second time to obtain the asphalt emulsifier.

3. The method for preparing asphalt emulsifier according to claim 2, wherein the first stirring time is 1-2h and the stirring rate is 200-400 rpm.

4. The method for preparing asphalt emulsifier according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the second stirring time is 2-4h and the stirring rate is 400-600 rpm.

5. Use of a bitumen emulsifier according to claim 1, wherein: the asphalt emulsifier and the matrix asphalt are prepared into emulsified asphalt with milk white color.

6. Use of a bituminous emulsifier according to claim 5, characterised in that: the preparation method of the emulsified asphalt comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing 110 parts of matrix asphalt, 6-8 parts of asphalt emulsifier and 130 parts of 110-; wherein the asphalt emulsifier is prepared immediately after use;

(2) rapidly heating the matrix asphalt to 85-90 ℃, adding an asphalt emulsifier and water while stirring, shearing at a high speed of 70-100 ℃ for 4-6 hours, and mechanically stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

7. Use of a bituminous emulsifier according to claim 6, characterised in that: the matrix asphalt is C90 decoloration asphalt.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to an asphalt emulsifier, a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The asphalt is a black brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and nonmetal derivatives thereof, is one of high-viscosity organic liquids, mostly exists in a liquid or semisolid petroleum form, has a black surface, and can be dissolved in carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride. The asphalt is also a waterproof, moistureproof and anticorrosive organic cementing material, and the asphalt can be mainly divided into coal tar asphalt, petroleum asphalt and natural asphalt: among them, coal tar pitch is a by-product of coking. Petroleum pitch is the residue of crude oil distillation. Natural bitumen is stored underground, and some forms a mineral layer or is accumulated on the surface of the crust. The asphalt is mainly used in the industries of paint, plastics, rubber and the like and pavement and the like.

And asphalt emulsifier is one type of surfactant. The chemical structure of the oil-based coating consists of a lipophilic group and a hydrophilic group. It can be adsorbed on the interface between asphalt particles and water, so that the free energy of asphalt and water interface can be obviously reduced, and the asphalt and water interface can be formed into a uniform and stable emulsion.

The existing asphalt emulsifier has unreasonable formula design, so that the chemical stability is unstable when in use, and the use of asphalt in the industries of paint, plastics, rubber and the like and the aspects of paving pavements and the like cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides an asphalt emulsifier, a preparation method and application thereof.

The asphalt emulsifier comprises 80-90 parts of general formula (1), 2-3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 60-80 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) being a branched alkyl group having 10 to 16 carbon atoms, x representing 6 to 28, y representing 5 to 8.

As a further improvement of the invention, the preparation method of the asphalt emulsifier comprises the following steps: adding water and the general formula (1) into a stirring barrel according to the formula, stirring for the first time, and adding sodium dodecyl sulfate into the stirring barrel for the second time to obtain the asphalt emulsifier.

As a further improvement of the invention, the first stirring time is 1-2h, and the stirring speed is 200-400 revolutions per minute.

As a further improvement of the invention, the second stirring time is 2-4h, and the stirring speed is 400-600 revolutions per minute.

As a further improvement of the invention, the asphalt emulsifier is applied to prepare emulsified asphalt with milky white color by using the asphalt emulsifier and the base asphalt.

As a further improvement of the invention, the preparation method of the emulsified asphalt comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing 110 parts of matrix asphalt, 6-8 parts of asphalt emulsifier and 130 parts of 110-; wherein the asphalt emulsifier is prepared immediately after use;

(2) rapidly heating the matrix asphalt to 85-90 ℃, adding an asphalt emulsifier and water while stirring, shearing at a high speed of 70-100 ℃ for 4-6 hours, and mechanically stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

As a further improvement of the invention, the base asphalt is C90 decolorized asphalt.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the asphalt emulsifier has reasonable component design, and the obtained asphalt emulsifier can meet the matching with asphalt by combining with the special preparation method of the invention, has high chemical stability and can meet the utilization requirement of the market; the emulsifying property of the product is obviously superior to that of the prior art through testing, and the product has wide application market and can generate good economic benefit;

2. according to the invention, through the mutual matching of the general formula (1), the sodium dodecyl sulfate and the water, the obtained emulsifier has almost no foam after being matched with the asphalt, and is suitable for expanded production; the sodium dodecyl sulfate can improve the cloud point temperature, so that the thermal stability of the asphalt and the asphalt emulsifier is improved;

3. the asphalt obtained by the asphalt emulsifier of the invention can meet the application requirements of asphalt in the industries of paint, plastics, rubber and the like and the aspects of paving pavements and the like.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1

An asphalt emulsifier comprises 80-90 parts of general formula (1), 2-3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 60-80 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) being a branched alkyl group having 10 to 16 carbon atoms, x representing 6 to 28, y representing 5 to 8.

Example 2

Asphalt emulsifierComprises 82 parts of general formula (1), 2.7 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 70 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) is a branched alkyl group having 12 carbon atoms, x represents 12, y represents 6.

Example 3

An asphalt emulsifier comprises 85 parts of general formula (1), 2.5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 78 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) is a branched alkyl group having 11 carbon atoms, x represents 8 and y represents 7.

Example 4

An asphalt emulsifier comprises 87 parts of general formula (1), 2.2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 75 parts of water, wherein the general formula (1) is R-O- (C)2H4O)x-(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)y-(C2H4O)5-H, the group R in formula (1) being a branched alkyl group having 13 carbon atoms, x representing 22 and y representing 8.

Example 5

Otherwise consistent with any of embodiments 1-4, a method for preparing a bitumen emulsifier, comprising the steps of: adding water and the general formula (1) into a stirring barrel according to the formula, stirring for the first time, and adding sodium dodecyl sulfate into the stirring barrel for the second time to obtain the asphalt emulsifier.

Example 6

The rest of the procedure was in accordance with example 5, wherein the first stirring time was 1-2h and the stirring rate was 200 to 400 revolutions per minute.

Example 7

The remainder was in accordance with the protocol of example 5 or 6, wherein the second stirring time was 2-4h and the stirring rate was 400 to 600 revolutions per minute.

Example 8

Otherwise consistent with any of examples 1-7, the asphalt emulsifier is used to prepare an emulsified asphalt having a milky color with the asphalt emulsifier and the base asphalt.

Example 9

Otherwise consistent with any of embodiments 1-8, a method of preparing an emulsified asphalt comprises the steps of:

(1) weighing 110 parts of matrix asphalt, 6-8 parts of asphalt emulsifier and 130 parts of 110-; wherein the asphalt emulsifier is prepared immediately after use.

(2) Rapidly heating the matrix asphalt to 85-90 ℃, adding an asphalt emulsifier and water while stirring, shearing at a high speed of 70-100 ℃ for 4-6 hours, and mechanically stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

Example 10

Otherwise in accordance with the protocol of example 9, the base asphalt is C90 decolourized asphalt.
