Background

The home textile is a short for household textile, and mainly comprises curtains, cloth crafts, back cushions, bedding and the like. With the continuous improvement of life quality, except for the most traditional functions of shielding, dust prevention and the like, people pay more and more attention to the hand feeling, appearance and air permeability of fabrics.

The spandex core-spun yarn has high elongation at break, low modulus and high elastic recovery rate, and the fabric woven by the spandex core-spun yarn has the characteristics of good elasticity, good air permeability and strong moisture absorption, and meets the pursuit of people on beauty, comfort and skin friendliness of home textile products. However, the washing size of the fabric is large in deformation, and the high requirement of the home textile on the size stability after washing cannot be met, so that the existing home textile is less elastic fabric woven by elastic filaments and spandex core-spun yarns.

Based on this, there is a need for a home textile fabric woven from lofty breathable elastic fibers.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a fluffy and breathable home textile fabric with comfortable and elastic yarns and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problems that the washing size of the fabric woven by the conventional elastic fibers is large in deformation and cannot meet the requirement of the size stability of home textile products.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a fluffy and breathable comfortable and elastic silk home textile fabric which comprises a surface layer, a core layer and an inner layer, wherein the surface layer and the inner layer are connected in a layer changing manner, the core layer does not participate in the connection of the surface layer and the inner layer, the core layer is fixedly connected between the surface layer and the inner layer through interweaving points, the surface layer and the inner layer are woven by conventional yarns, and the core layer is woven by using the conventional yarns as warps and the comfortable and elastic silk yarns as wefts.

Further, the conventional yarn is cotton yarn, hemp or bamboo fiber.

The comfortable and elastic silk home textile fabric prepared by the invention has comfortable hand feeling, good skin-friendly performance, is simple and easy to be used by consumers in various age groups, is suitable for producing home products such as bedding pieces, blankets, air-conditioning blankets and the like, has stronger texture and stereoscopic impression, and breaks through the prior organizational design.

weaving: the surface layer and the inner layer are woven by using conventional yarns as warps and wefts in a shuttle weaving mode, the core layer is woven by using the conventional yarns as the warps and the soft and elastic yarns as the wefts, the surface layer and the inner layer are connected between the two layers by layer changing weaving, the core layer does not participate in the connection between the surface layer and the inner layer, and the core layer is fixedly connected between the surface layer and the inner layer through interweaving points;

wherein the conventional yarn is selected from cotton yarn, hemp or bamboo fiber;

the elastic yarn is selected from elastic pure yarn or elastic blended yarn;

dyeing and finishing: the process is characterized in that the fabric is processed and finished by a full process, and the grey fabric is subjected to back-stitching, cold-stacking, tentering, dyeing or bleaching and soft finishing, and then is subjected to heat setting at 170-150 ℃ under the condition that the fabric is held in a non-tension manner, so that the comfortable and elastic silk home textile fabric is processed.

Example 3

A fluffy and breathable comfortable and elastic silk home textile fabric is a large-jacquard three-layer structure and comprises a surface layer, a core layer and an inner layer, wherein the surface layer and the inner layer are connected in a layer-changing mode, the core layer does not participate in the connection of the surface layer and the inner layer, the core layer is fixedly connected between the surface layer and the inner layer through interweaving points, the surface layer and the inner layer are woven by pure cotton 60s yarns, the core layer is woven by taking the pure cotton 60s yarns as warps and bamboo fiber/comfortable and elastic silk 60/4040 s yarns as wefts, wherein the pure cotton 60s yarns are made of pure cotton materials through blowing, carding, combing, drawing, roving, spinning and spooling into fixed-weight cone yarns through a ring spinning process, and the bamboo fiber/comfortable and elastic silk 60/4040 s yarns are made of the fixed-weight cone yarns through blowing, carding, drawing, spinning and spooling.

The used yarns can be warped and sized, and the warping process used in the embodiment is as follows:

the pure cotton 60s yarn is used for warping, compact spinning is carried out on the whole 24 warp beams, 801 single-shaft ends are arranged, the total number of warp yarns is 19224, the warping speed is 800 m/min, and the distance between tension rods is 4 mm.

The slashing process used in this example was:

After the warp beam moves to a reeding machine, the sized warp yarns penetrate into a dropper, a harness wire and a reed according to the fabric tissue sequence to avoid missing penetration, wrong penetration and twisting, the yarn head end is knotted outside the reed to avoid loose and falling, and the reed number is 111.3# × 3810 mm.

The comfortable stretch yarn home textile fabric is prepared by the following preparation method:

(1) weaving: the warp beam with the warps threaded is arranged on a machine according to standard operation procedures, a dropper, a heald frame and a reed are fixed on each mechanism of the loom in sequence, the head end of the warp is connected and fixed with upper woven cloth after the warps are straightened out, the tension is pre-applied, and a clear weaving opening is formed when the heald frame runs; respectively placing pure cotton 60s weft yarns and bamboo fiber/stretch yarn 60/4040 s weft yarns on a yarn storage rack, respectively introducing the pure cotton weft yarns and the bamboo fiber/stretch yarn 60/4040 s weft yarns into a weaving opening through respective weft accumulators, and according to a set fabric specification rule 2: 1 weft insertion, forming a fabric by a reed after being tightened, wherein the fabric is a jacquard three-layer structure in the embodiment, the weft density on the machine is woven according to 180 pieces/inch, and the tension on the machine is 2100N.

(2) Dyeing and finishing: the method comprises the steps of adopting a full-process processing and finishing, processing the gray fabric into grass green comfortable stretch yarn home textile fabric by performing heat setting on the gray fabric at 170-150 ℃ under the condition that the width of a finished product is 220cm and the gram weight is 180g/m after the gray fabric is subjected to back sewing, cold stacking (the temperature of a heating tank of a cold stacking machine is 55-65 ℃, the formula of a cold stacking treatment liquid comprises 45g/L liquid alkali, 2g/L emulsifier op-7 and 1.5g/L penetrating agent PT-70N, one dipping and one rolling, and the cold stacking time is 6h), tentering (the tentering temperature is 140-150 ℃), dyeing (the dyeing temperature is 120-130 ℃, the bath ratio is 1: 10, and the torsion is 50 percent), a dyeing liquid formula comprises 12g/L reduced grass green 2GR, 3g/L disperse leveling agent TRL100), and soft finishing (3.5g/L softening agent TX3, one dipping and one rolling) on the fabric under the condition that the cloth is held without tension, and processing is performed to obtain the grass green comfortable stretch yarn home textile fabric, wherein the width of the finished product is 220cm, and the finished product has the gram weight of 180g/m2

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1 is different from example 3 in that the core layer uses different wefts, and the core layer weft of comparative example 1 is a bamboo fiber 40s yarn.

The breaking strength of the fabrics of example 3 and comparative example 1 is respectively measured by using a YG (B)026G electronic textile strength tester, the washing size change rate of the fabrics of example 3 and comparative example 1 is respectively measured according to the experimental method specified by the national standard GB/T86330 and 2013, and the air permeability of the fabrics of example 3 and comparative example 1 is respectively measured according to the experimental method specified by the national standard GB/T5453 and 1997. The results of the measurements are shown in Table 1 below.

As can be seen from Table 1, the fluffy and breathable comfortable and elastic home textile fabric provided by the invention has the characteristics of high breaking strength, stable size after washing and good breathability.
