With the rise of low-wind-speed fans, fan models are rapidly increased, the sizes and weights of blades are increased, and the existing assembling and adjusting methods are increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of site construction.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the fan blade assembling auxiliary device and the assembling method can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fan blade assembling, and are simple in structure and convenient to use.

s10, checking the torque of the fan blade 12 and the hub 14;

s11, detaching the binding rope 11 and adjusting the height of the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 downwards;

s12, controlling the power system 9 to drive the travelling mechanism 8 to move in a direction away from the operating platform 13 until a preset initial position is reached;

and S13, repeatedly executing the steps S2-S12 until the assembly work of all the fan blades is completed.

Further, in step S3, the hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are moved to positions matched with the diameter of the fan blade 12, specifically, the distance between the two outermost sets of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 is equal to 80% of the diameter of the fan blade 12, and the rest hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are uniformly arranged at equal intervals.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

The hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are at least provided with three groups, specifically five groups in the embodiment, the distance between the two outermost groups of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 is matched with the diameter of the fan blade 12, specifically, the distance between the two outermost groups of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 is equal to 80% of the diameter of the fan blade 12, and the five groups of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are uniformly arranged on the track 2 at equal intervals and fixed with the track 2 through the locking devices 3.

Furthermore, the top of each group of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 is provided with a ball head device 5, the top of the ball head device 5 is connected with a supporting plate 6, and the supporting surface of the supporting plate 6 can rotate at any angle around the ball head device 5 by adjusting the ball head device 5.

Furthermore, both ends of the support guard plate 6 are provided with connecting rings 7, and the connecting rings 7 are used for fixing binding ropes 11 arranged on the fan blades 12.

As shown in fig. 3, two sides of the base 1 are provided with traveling mechanisms 8, specifically wheel-type traveling mechanisms; the rear end of the base 1 is provided with a power system 9, in particular a motor driving system.

The running mechanism 8 is electrically connected with the power system 9, and the power system 9 is controlled to drive the running mechanism 8 to drive the whole device to move together.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a fan blade assembling method, as shown in fig. 6, including the following steps:

s1, placing the hub 14 on the operating platform 13;

s2, adjusting the height of the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 to be flush with the operating platform 13;

s3, moving the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 along the track 2 to a position matched with the diameter of the fan blade 12, and fixing the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 and the track 2 through the locking device 3;

s4, hoisting the fan blade 12 away from the transport vehicle by the main crane, and placing the fan blade on the supporting plate 6;

s5, adjusting the height of the hydraulic height adjusting device 4, and rotating the supporting surface of the supporting plate 6 around the ball head device 5 to make the supporting surface of the supporting plate 6 completely fit with the outer surface of the fan blade 12;

s6, passing the tying rope 11 around the upper half of the fan blade 12, and fixing both ends of the tying rope 11 to the corresponding connection rings 7, respectively, as shown in fig. 4;

s7, controlling the power system 9 to drive the travelling mechanism 8 to move towards the direction close to the operating platform 13, and moving the fan blade 12 to the end part assembling position of the hub 14;

s8, manually smearing lubricating grease for the bolts of the fan blades 12;

s9, adjusting the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 and the traveling mechanism 8 to match with the inner part of the hub 14 to change the pitch to complete the alignment assembly of the fan blade 12 and the hub 14, as shown in FIG. 5;

s10, checking the torque of the fan blade 12 and the hub 14;

s11, detaching the binding rope 11 and adjusting the height of the hydraulic height adjusting device 4 downwards;

s12, controlling the power system 9 to drive the travelling mechanism 8 to move in a direction away from the operating platform 13 until a preset initial position is reached;

and S13, repeatedly executing the steps S2-S12 until the assembly work of all the fan blades is completed.

In step S3, the hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are moved to positions matched with the diameter of the fan blade 12, specifically, the distance between the two outermost sets of hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 is equal to 80% of the diameter of the fan blade 12, and the rest hydraulic height adjusting devices 4 are uniformly arranged at equal intervals.

Further, in step S6, the two ends of the binding-rope 11 are respectively fixed to the corresponding connecting rings 7, specifically, the two ends of the binding-rope 11 are respectively fixed to the corresponding connecting rings 7 of the two outermost support-protection plates 6.

The second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment in principle and technical scheme, and the difference is as follows: when uncontrollable severe weather such as strong wind and the like occurs in an accidental sudden condition, a positioning pile can be driven into the ground from the positioning hole 10 to fix the base 1 with the ground, so that the fan blade 12 cannot be greatly displaced, and the safety of equipment is ensured.

By adopting the auxiliary device and the assembling method for assembling the fan blade, the blade supporting device can move on the rail by arranging the rail on the base, so that the auxiliary device can adapt to the fan blades with different diameters, and the universality of the device is improved;

by adopting the hydraulic height adjusting device, the height of the assembled blade can be correspondingly adjusted according to the height built by the fan hub operating platform, so that the fan blade and the hub are assembled more accurately;
