1. A germination box comprising:

a container for containing grain, wherein the container has a bottom (7),

a cross-member (4) arranged inside the container, an

Conveying means (1), in particular screws, arranged horizontally with respect to the bottom (7) for loading and unloading the containers, wherein the conveying means (1) is movable in a vertical direction, and wherein the conveying means (1) is fixed on the cross beam (4), and a plurality of turnover screws (3) arranged on the cross beam (4) perpendicularly to the bottom (7), wherein the turnover screws (3) run in opposite directions in pairs for turning over the grain, characterized in that,

a scraping tool (6) is arranged on the end of each turnscrew (3) facing the bottom, and

for emptying the germination box, the turning screw (3) is adapted to run in the same direction.

2. Germination box according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the scraping means (6) and the bottom (7) is between 0 and 2mm, and preferably 0.5 mm.

3. Germination box according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the scraping means (6) protrudes radially beyond the edge of the respective turning screw (3).

4. Germination box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the scraping means (6) is implemented curved.

9. Germination box according to one of the preceding claims, wherein it further has a high pressure spray bar (5) mounted on the housing of the conveyor (1) and adapted for removing grain from the turning screw (3) by spraying onto the turning screw (3).

10. Germination box according to claim 9, wherein the high pressure spray bars (5) are capable of being supplied with water.

11. Method for emptying a germination box according to one of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of

-emptying the germination box by conveying the grain to an unloading station (9) by means of the conveying device (1),

-operating the turning screws (3) in the same direction in such a way that the grains, which are located on the bottom (7) of the container after emptying, are transported by means of the scraping means (6) in the direction of the unloading station (9).

Method for emptying a germination box according to claim 8 or 9, wherein grain residues or green malt residues are removed from the inversion screw (3) by spraying water under high pressure, in particular from the high pressure spray bars (5) arranged on the conveying device (1), onto the inversion screw (3).

13. Method according to claim 12, wherein during the spraying the conveying device (1) and thus also the high-pressure spray bar (5) are moved in a vertical direction.

14. A method for retrofitting a germination box having

A container for containing grain, wherein the container has a bottom (7),

a cross-member (4) arranged inside the container, an

A plurality of turner screws (3) arranged on the cross beam (4) perpendicular to the bottom (7), having the steps of:

-mounting a scraping tool (6) on the lower end of each turnscrew (3),

-adapting the turning screw (3) such that the turning worms run in the same direction.

15. The method for retrofitting a germination box according to claim 13, wherein the method further comprises:

-mounting a movable high-pressure spray bar (5) for cleaning the turner screw (3), wherein the high-pressure spray bar (5) has a plurality of nozzles, and wherein each at least one nozzle of the high-pressure spray bar (5) is directed towards the turner screw (3).
