A potato combine harvester according to claim 1, characterised in that the potato vine separating mechanism comprises a first powered roller mounted on the frame, a second powered roller mounted on the frame and a first transfer unit mounted on the frame and for transferring excavated potatoes and potato vine to the second powered roller; the first power roller comprises a first roller body rotationally arranged on the rack, the second power roller comprises a second roller body rotationally arranged on the rack, the first roller body is positioned between the first conveying unit and the second roller body, and the first roller body and the second roller body are arranged at intervals; the periphery of the second roller body is provided with a plurality of first convex thorns which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the second roller body, and the first convex thorns comprise a plurality of first convex thorns which are annularly distributed on the periphery of the second roller body and used for hooking and puncturing the potato seedlings; the rotation of the first roller body is used for continuing the conveying trend of the potatoes and the potato seedlings on the first conveying unit, and the rotation direction of the second roller body is opposite to that of the first roller body so as to separate the potato seedlings from the potatoes.

The potato combine harvester of claim 6, wherein the unloading unit comprises a chute frame fixed on the frame, a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a lifting platform arranged on the chute frame in a sliding manner along a vertical direction, a packing and unloading hopper positioned at the lower side of the potato collecting hopper, and a collecting bag positioned in the packing and unloading hopper; the packing and unloading hopper is arranged on the lifting platform in a pitching rotating manner, and the upper end of the packing and unloading hopper is opened; the fixed end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the slideway frame, and the movable end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the lifting platform so as to realize the lifting of the lifting platform; the fixed end of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the lifting platform, and the movable end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the packing and unloading bucket, so that the packing and unloading bucket can rotate in a pitching mode.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a potato combine harvester.

Background

The potato harvesting method in China is mainly manual harvesting, so that the harvesting efficiency is very low and a large amount of manpower is needed. Although a plurality of potato harvesting machines appear in the market in recent years, due to the structural problems, some machine types need manual seedling cutting, and some machine types need manual packaging and potato block unloading, so that the labor intensity of potato farmers is reduced to a certain extent, the harvesting efficiency is lower, the harvesting cost is higher, the planting benefit of the potato farmers is not ideal, the large-area planting of potatoes is severely limited, and some potato screening mechanisms easily cause potato damage. There is therefore a need for a multi-functional potato combine harvester that automatically performs both bagging and unloading and avoids damage to the potato skins.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a potato combine harvester, and aims to solve the technical problems that the potato harvester in the prior art cannot automatically complete packaging and unloading when collecting potatoes, and the skins of the potatoes are easily damaged.

and the second unloading mechanism is arranged on the rack and is used for packing and unloading the small potatoes screened by the sorting table.

In one possible implementation manner, the potato seedling separating mechanism comprises a first power roller arranged on the frame, a second power roller arranged on the frame and a first conveying unit arranged on the frame and used for conveying the excavated potatoes and potato seedlings to the second power roller; the first power roller comprises a first roller body rotationally arranged on the rack, the second power roller comprises a second roller body rotationally arranged on the rack, the first roller body is positioned between the first conveying unit and the second roller body, and the first roller body and the second roller body are arranged at intervals; the periphery of the second roller body is provided with a plurality of first convex thorns which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the second roller body, and the first convex thorns comprise a plurality of first convex thorns which are annularly distributed on the periphery of the second roller body and used for hooking and puncturing the potato seedlings; the rotation of the first roller body is used for continuing the conveying trend of the potatoes and the potato seedlings on the first conveying unit, and the rotation direction of the second roller body is opposite to that of the first roller body so as to separate the potato seedlings from the potatoes.

In a possible implementation manner, the unloading unit comprises a slide way frame fixedly arranged on the rack, a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a lifting platform arranged on the slide way frame in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, a packing and unloading hopper positioned on the lower side of the potato collecting hopper, and a collecting bag positioned in the packing and unloading hopper; the packing and unloading hopper is arranged on the lifting platform in a pitching rotating manner, and the upper end of the packing and unloading hopper is opened; the fixed end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the slideway frame, and the movable end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the lifting platform so as to realize the lifting of the lifting platform; the fixed end of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the lifting platform, and the movable end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the packing and unloading bucket, so that the packing and unloading bucket can rotate in a pitching mode.

The potato combine harvester provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the potato seedling separating mechanism is used for separating potatoes from potato seedlings, the sorting table comprises a plurality of sorting power rollers for conveying the potatoes and a small potato conveying unit positioned at the lower part of the sorting power rollers, the potatoes are divided into large potatoes and small potatoes according to the size of the size and are conveyed to the first loading and unloading mechanism and the second loading and unloading mechanism, and therefore the large potatoes and the small potatoes screened and separated by the sorting table are automatically packaged and unloaded. The periphery of the sorting power roller is provided with a rubber casting convex body or a rubber component, so that the potato skin is protected, and the damage to the potato skin is avoided. Through setting up potato seedling separating mechanism, sorting platform, first loading and unloading mechanism and second loading and unloading mechanism, realized that potato combine collects potato seedling separation, quality and selects separately, automatic packing uninstallation etc. is multi-functional in an organic whole, has reduced manual operation's cost, has improved work efficiency.

The potato combine harvester comprises a frame 10, an excavating mechanism 20, a potato seedling separating mechanism 30, a sorting platform 40, a first loading and unloading mechanism 50 and a second loading and unloading mechanism.

A digging mechanism 20 (the digging mechanism 20 is prior art and not described in detail herein) is mounted to the frame 10 for digging potatoes. The potato seedling separating mechanism 30 is installed on the frame 10 and used for separating the excavated potatoes and potato seedlings.

The sorting table 40 is used for separating the potatoes separated from the potato seedlings into big potatoes and small potatoes according to the size of the volume. The sorting deck 40 includes a sorting deck frame 41, a plurality of sorting power rollers 42, and a small potato conveying unit 43. The sorting deck frame body 41 is fixedly installed on the frame 10. A plurality of sorting power rollers 42 are arranged on the sorting deck body 41 at regular intervals, and the sorting power rollers 42 are used for conveying the screened large potatoes to the first loading and unloading mechanism 50. A small potato transfer unit 43 is located below the sorting power roller 42, and the small potato transfer unit 43 is used to take and convey small potatoes falling from the sorting power roller 42 and transfer the small potatoes to a second loading and unloading mechanism.

The sorting power roller 42 includes a power roller body 421 rotatably provided on the sorting deck body 41. Compared with the prior art, the potato combine harvester provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the potatoes and potato seedlings are separated by the potato seedling separating mechanism, the sorting platform is arranged and comprises a plurality of sorting power rollers for conveying the potatoes and a small potato conveying unit positioned at the lower part of the sorting power rollers, the potatoes are divided into large potatoes and small potatoes according to the volume and are conveyed to the first loading and unloading mechanism and the second loading and unloading mechanism, and therefore the large potatoes and the small potatoes screened and separated by the sorting platform are automatically packed and unloaded. The periphery of the sorting power roller is provided with a rubber casting convex body or a rubber component, so that the potato skin is protected, and the damage to the potato skin is avoided. Through setting up potato seedling separating mechanism, sorting platform, first loading and unloading mechanism and second loading and unloading mechanism, realized that potato combine collects potato seedling separation, quality and selects separately, automatic packing uninstallation etc. is multi-functional in an organic whole, has reduced manual operation's cost, has improved work efficiency.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the potato seedling separating mechanism 30 includes a first power roller, a second power roller and a first conveying unit 31, all of which are mounted on the frame 10. The first transfer unit 31 is used to transfer the excavated potatoes and potato seedlings to the second powered roller. The first power roller comprises a first roller body 32 rotatably arranged on the rack 10 and a first motor used for driving the first roller body 32 to rotate, and the second power roller comprises a second roller body 33 rotatably arranged on the rack 10 and a second motor used for driving the second roller body 33 to rotate.

The first roller 32 is located between the first conveying unit 31 and the second roller 33, and a space is provided between the first roller 32 and the second roller 33. The periphery of second roll body 32 is equipped with a plurality of first spurs 331 that set up along its axial interval, and first spurs 331 include a plurality of first protruding thorn structures 3311, and first protruding thorn structure 3311 encircles the periphery of cloth at second roll body 33, and first protruding thorn structure 3311 is used for the hook thorn seedling. There is a space between the first barbed structures 3311 and the first roller body 32, which of course is smaller than the size of the small potatoes being sifted out, preventing the small potatoes from falling out of between the first barbed structures 3311 and the first roller body 32.

The rotation of the first roller body 32 serves to continue the conveying tendency of the potatoes and potato seedlings on the first conveying unit 31. The second roller body 33 and the first roller body 32 rotate in opposite directions, thereby separating the potato seedlings from the potatoes. Optionally, the surfaces of the first roller body 32 and the first protruding spine 331 are made of a casting glue material, so that damage to the potato skin in the separation process is avoided.

In this embodiment, the potatoes and the potato seedlings are conveyed to the first power roller through the first conveying unit 31, a plurality of upright posts 34 are arranged between the first conveying unit 31 and the first power roller at intervals, the upright posts 34 are used for blocking a part of the potato seedling vines, a gap is arranged between the first conveying unit 31 and the first roller body 32, and the blocked potato seedling vines fall onto the ground along with the transmission of the first conveying unit 31. The first motor drives the first roller body 32 to rotate, the rotation of the first roller body 32 is used for continuing the conveying trend of the potatoes and the potato seedlings on the first conveying unit 31, the second motor drives the second roller body 33 to rotate, but the rotating direction of the second roller body 33 is opposite to that of the first roller body 32, and therefore the potato seedlings are separated from the potatoes.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the potato combine harvester of the present invention further comprises a conveying mechanism 60. The potatoes separated from the potato seedling separating mechanism 30 are transferred to the sorting deck 40 by a transfer mechanism 60.

The transfer mechanism 60 includes a third power roller, a fourth power roller, and a second transfer unit 61, all mounted on the frame. Potatoes and potato seedlings taken from the second powered roller are conveyed to the fourth powered roller by the second conveying unit 61. The third power roller comprises a third roller body rotatably arranged on the rack 10 and a third motor used for driving the third roller body to rotate, and the fourth power roller comprises a fourth roller body rotatably arranged on the rack 10 and a fourth motor used for driving the fourth roller body to rotate.

The third roller body is positioned between the second conveying unit 61 and the fourth roller body, and a space is provided between the third roller body and the fourth roller body. The periphery of the fourth roller body is provided with a plurality of second protruding thorns arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the fourth roller body, each second protruding thorn comprises a plurality of second protruding thorns, the second protruding thorns are annularly distributed on the periphery of the fourth roller body, and the second protruding thorns are used for hooking the sweet potato seedlings. And a space exists between the second convex thorn structures and the third roller body, and the space is smaller than the size of the small potatoes screened out, so that the small potatoes are prevented from falling between the second convex thorn structures and the third roller body.

The rotation of the third roller body serves to continue the conveying tendency of the potatoes and potato seedlings on the second conveying unit 61. The fourth roller body and the third roller body rotate in opposite directions, so that the potato seedlings which are not separated are separated from the potatoes. Optionally, the surfaces of the third roller body and the second convex thorns are made of a glue casting material, so that damage to the potato skins in the separation process is avoided.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the transfer mechanism 60 further includes a third transfer unit 62. The third transfer unit 62 is adapted to take the potatoes at the fourth powered roller and transfer the potatoes to the sorting deck 40.

In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 5, the protrusions 4211 are spherical such that the small potatoes can fall through the gaps between the powered rollers 421 without protrusions 4211 to the small potato transport unit 43, and the spacing between the powered rollers 421 is adjustable to complete the sorting of the large and small potatoes.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the first handling mechanism 50 includes a potato collecting hopper 51 and an unloading unit 52, both mounted on the frame 10. Unloading unit 52 is used for packing and uninstalling the potato, and the upper end opening setting of collection potato fill 51 is equipped with first plate body and second plate body in the bottom of collection potato fill 51, and first plate body and second plate body all are connected with the lateral wall rotation of collection potato fill 51. In this embodiment, in the process of collecting the potatoes, the first plate body and the second plate body are in a vertical state, the bottom end of the potato collecting hopper 51 is in an open state, the separated large potatoes directly enter the unloading unit 52 through the potato collecting hopper 51, when the potatoes are filled in the unloading unit 52 and need to be packed, the first plate body and the second plate body are rotated to a horizontal state, the bottom of the potato collecting hopper 51 is blocked by the first plate body and the second plate body, the operation of the potato combine harvester does not need to be stopped, the large potatoes separated by the sorting table 40 are collected and stored in the potato collecting hopper 51, the first plate body and the second plate body are rotated to a vertical state after the packed potatoes are unloaded, the bottom of the potato collecting hopper 51 is in an open state, the packing operation is continued, and the working efficiency is improved.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the unloading unit 52 includes a chute frame 521, a first hydraulic cylinder 523, a second hydraulic cylinder 524, a lifting platform 522, a baling unloading bucket 525, and a collection bag. The sliding frame 521 is fixedly installed on the frame 10. The first hydraulic cylinders 523 are arranged in parallel in two groups, the fixed ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders 523 are connected with the slide way frame 521, the movable ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders 523 are connected with the lifting platform 522, the lifting platform 522 is provided with pulleys 526, the lifting platform 522 is arranged on the slide way frame 521 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders 523 work synchronously, so that the lifting platform 522 is lifted along the vertical direction.

Packing uninstallation fill 525 is located the downside that collection potato fought 51, and packing uninstallation fill 525 upper end opening collects the bag and is located packing uninstallation fill 525, and the expansion end of second hydraulic cylinder 524 is articulated with packing uninstallation fill 525, and the stiff end of second hydraulic cylinder 524 links to each other with elevating platform 522 to the every single move rotation that the packing was uninstalled and is fought is realized.

The digging mechanism 20 is positioned in front of the frame 10, the first conveying unit 31 is adjacent to the digging mechanism 20 and positioned behind the digging mechanism 20, the first conveying unit 31 is arranged along the front-back direction of the frame 10, potatoes dug out by the digging mechanism 20 are conveyed to a first power roller through the first conveying unit 31, the first power roller is positioned behind the first conveying unit 31, the first power roller is arranged in parallel with the first conveying unit 31, the potato seedling separating mechanism 30 conveys the separated potatoes to a second conveying unit 61, the second conveying unit 61 is arranged along the left-right direction of the frame 10, the second conveying unit 61 conveys the potatoes to a third conveying unit 62, the third conveying unit 62 comprises two parts, the first part of the third conveying unit 62 is positioned at the right side of the frame 10 and arranged along the front-back direction of the frame 10, and the third conveying unit 62 is arranged at an angle with the front-back direction of the frame 10, a second portion of the third conveying unit 62 is located above the frame 10 and is disposed in the left-right direction of the frame 10, the third conveying unit 62 conveys potatoes from the second conveying unit 62 to the sorting deck 40 located above the frame 10, the sorting deck 40 is located in the front-rear direction of the frame 10 and is located on the left side of the frame 10, the first unloading mechanism 50 is located at the rear portion of the sorting deck 40, the sorting power roller 42 conveys the screened large potatoes to the first unloading mechanism 50, the first unloading mechanism 50 bales and unloads the large potatoes, the small potato conveying unit 43 is located below the sorting power roller 42, the small potatoes screened by the sorting power roller 42 are conveyed to the second unloading mechanism by the small potato conveying unit 43, and the second unloading mechanism is located on the left side of the frame 10 and is connected to the small potato conveying unit 43 for baling and unloading the small potatoes.
