1. A copper fiber mat, comprising:

the first mesh fabric layer (1), the first mesh fabric layer (1) is formed by bonding a plurality of layers together;

a second scrim layer (3), said second scrim layer (3) comprising a bottom scrim layer (31), a middle scrim layer (32), and a top scrim layer (33); the bottom mesh fabric layer (31) and the top mesh fabric layer (33) are connected through a zipper (34), a containing cavity is formed inside the bottom mesh fabric layer and the top mesh fabric layer, and the middle mesh fabric layer (32) is placed in the containing cavity; the bottom net cloth layer (31) is bonded to the top of the mountain palm layer (2); and

the copper fiber layer (4) is fixed between the top net cloth layer (33) and the top layer (5).

2. The copper fiber mat as recited in claim 1, wherein a concave mounting groove (331) is formed at the top of the top scrim layer (33), and the copper fiber layer (4) is fixed in the mounting groove (331).

3. The copper fiber mat as claimed in claim 2, wherein a male hook and loop fastener (332) is disposed in the mounting groove (331), and a female fastener engaged with the male hook and loop fastener (332) is disposed at the bottom of the copper fiber layer (4).

4. A copper fibre mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the top layer (5) is a layer of ice filaments.

5. A copper fibre mat according to claim 1, wherein each of said first (1) and second (3) scrim layers is made of a 4D mesh.

The copper fiber mat according to claim 5, wherein the 4D mesh fabric layer comprises a top mesh fabric (11), a middle connecting layer (12) and a bottom mesh fabric (13) in sequence; the top gridding cloth (11) and the bottom gridding cloth (13) are both provided with a layer of dense net at the bottom and a plurality of water drop-shaped air holes (14) at the top.

A copper fibre mat according to any one of claims 1-6, characterised in that the copper fibre layer (4) comprises a top layer (41) and a bottom layer (42), which top layer (41) and bottom layer (42) are connected by means of yarns (43); the surface layer (41) and the bottom layer (42) are formed by adding copper powder or copper compound powder into fibers in a spinning solution through a blending spinning method and spinning.

8. A copper fibre mat according to claim 7, wherein the yarns (43) cross two by two to form a continuous array of rows of support structures.

9. A copper fibre mat according to claim 8, wherein said top layer (41) and said bottom layer (42) have rows of air holes (44), adjacent rows of said yarns (43) being located on either side of a row of air holes (44).

Background

The prior bed surface generally comprises a palm mattress, a modern palm mattress, a latex mattress, a 3D mattress and the like. Palm mats are woven from palm fibers and are generally stiff or hard with a slight amount of softness. The mattress is relatively inexpensive. When the palm fiber is used, the palm fiber has natural palm smell, but has poor durability, easy collapse and deformation, poor bearing performance, difficult maintenance, easy worm damage or mildew and the like. Modern palm mattress is made of palm fiber or coconut fiber with modern adhesive. Has the characteristic of environmental protection. The mountain palm and coconut palm mattresses are distinguished in that the mountain palm is excellent in toughness but insufficient in bearing capacity, and the coconut palm is better in integral bearing capacity and durability, uniform in stress and relatively hard to the mountain palm. The latex mattress comprises synthetic latex and natural latex, wherein the synthetic latex is derived from petroleum and has insufficient elasticity and air permeability, and the natural latex is derived from rubber trees. Therefore, how to provide a multifunctional mat with copper fibers is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

a first scrim layer, said first scrim layer being a plurality of layers bonded together;

a second scrim layer, the second scrim layer comprising a bottom scrim layer, a middle scrim layer, and a top scrim layer; the bottom mesh fabric layer and the top mesh fabric layer are connected through a zipper, a containing cavity is formed inside the bottom mesh fabric layer and the top mesh fabric layer, and the middle mesh fabric layer is placed in the containing cavity; the bottom net cloth layer is bonded to the top of the mountain palm layer; and

the copper fiber layer is fixed between the top net cloth layer and the top layer.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a copper fiber mat, which specifically includes: the first mesh fabric layer 1 is formed by bonding a plurality of layers of first mesh fabric layers 1; the coir layer 2 is fixed (capable of being glued) on the top of the first mesh fabric layer 1, and is fixed with the edge of the first mesh fabric layer 1 through nailing or glue sealing; a second scrim layer 3, said second scrim layer 3 comprising a bottom scrim layer 31, a middle scrim layer 32, and a top scrim layer 33; the bottom mesh fabric layer 31 and the top mesh fabric layer 33 are connected through a zipper 34, a containing cavity is formed inside the bottom mesh fabric layer and the top mesh fabric layer, and the middle mesh fabric layer 32 is placed in the containing cavity; the bottom mesh fabric layer 31 is bonded to the top of the mountain palm layer 2; and a copper fiber layer 4, wherein the copper fiber layer 4 is fixed between the top mesh layer 33 and the top layer 5.

The dense net prevents the net on the surface from deforming too much, and the fastness of the fabric is enhanced. The net effect enables the fabric to have more modern sense and sporty sense net effect. The screen cloth is made of high molecular synthetic fiber and is woven by a precision machine at one time, is durable and belongs to a fine product in warp knitting and weaving.

Referring to fig. 4, the copper fiber layer 4 includes a surface layer 41 and a bottom layer 42, and the surface layer 41 and the bottom layer 42 are connected by yarns 43; the surface layer 41 and the bottom layer 42 are formed by adding copper powder or copper compound powder into fibers in a spinning solution through a blending spinning method and spinning.

Research shows that most of copper compounds are soluble, so that copper ions entering a human body are also in a dissolved state, and can be easily discharged out of the body by metabolism, and therefore, the copper fiber with the antibacterial function is used for starting to sprout in the textile market.

Referring to fig. 5, the yarns 43 cross each other two by two to form a continuous array of rows of support structures, the top layer 41 and the bottom layer 42 have a plurality of rows of air holes 44, and adjacent rows of the yarns 43 flank one row of air holes 44. The yarns are made of fiber materials, each yarn is 0.18mm thick, and the yarns are made into a hollow high-elasticity three-dimensional supporting structure by introducing a Germany technology, so that smooth air is ensured while strong support is realized, air and water molecules can freely circulate to form a damp and hot microcirculation air layer, and the yarns are dry and comfortable. Therefore, the copper fiber layer not only has an antibacterial function, but also has certain support and air permeability.
