As shown in fig. 4, the difference between the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is that the stirring mechanism 1 includes a stirring motor 11, a seal receptacle 12, a stirring shaft 13, and a stirring frame 114, the seal receptacle 12 is connected to the top of the kettle 21 through a bolt, the stirring motor 11 is connected to the seal receptacle 12 through a bolt, the upper end of the stirring shaft 13 is connected to the seal receptacle 12 through a bearing, the stirring frame 114 is connected to the lower side of the stirring shaft 13 through a welding joint, the rotating part of the stirring motor 11 is used to drive the stirring frame 114 on the stirring shaft 13 to rotate, and the silicone resin emulsion in the kettle 21 is emulsified through the rotation of the stirring frame 114.
