Background

Flexographic printing, also often referred to as flexography, is a printing method commonly used for packaging, and is a printing method using flexographic plates to transfer ink through an anilox roller according to the definition of the national printing technical standard term GB 9851.4-90.

If too little ink in the ink box can cause ink break in the printing process, the quality of a printed product is influenced, time, ink, paper and the like are wasted due to a series of preparation work after the ink box is restarted, so that the monitoring of the minimum amount of ink in the ink fountain is necessary, and an automatic ink adding device of the flexible plate printing machine is needed to continuously add ink to the flexible plate printing machine.
