Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of transportation tools, in particular to a single-pile supporting tool. The invention further relates to a using method of the supporting tool.

Background

At present, steel pipe piles on the market have various sizes and specifications, wherein the minimum diameter of a single pile of a wind power foundation is 5500mm, the maximum diameter of the single pile is 8800mm, the single pile needs to be transported and stored among different stations in a segmentation process, and as the single pile is large in segmentation size and heavy in weight, a common flat plate trailer (trailer) can not meet the transportation requirement and can be completed only by matching with a special support tool of an STMP module vehicle. Because the single pile specification is more, the different support frock of single pile preparation according to different specifications can obviously increase manufacturing cost, and current support frock can't be adjusted, can not satisfy the support and the transportation demand of different specification single piles.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a single pile supporting tool which can be adapted to single piles of different specifications and can be used for supporting the single piles in an attaching mode.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a single pile support tool, which includes:

a support frame;

spacing portion, spacing portion is established to two, two spacing portion equal detachably install in the top surface of support frame, the concave arc is personally submitted in the support of spacing portion, two the holding surface of spacing portion sets up relatively to form the support position that is used for supporting the single pile.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the top surface of the support frame 1 has a plurality of first mounting holes 121 arranged along the length direction thereof, the bottom of the limiting portion 2 has a plurality of second mounting holes 22, the mono-pile 4 support tool further includes a plurality of fasteners 3, and the fasteners 3 pass through the first mounting holes 121 and the second mounting holes 22 to connect the support frame 1 and the limiting portion 2. Based on this, according to the diameter of the mono-pile 4, the second mounting hole 22 can be aligned with different first mounting holes 121, and the limiting part 2 can be mounted at different positions on the support frame 1 through the fastener 3, so as to realize the adjusting function. Preferably, the fastening member 3 is an 8.8-grade M39 × 150 high-strength bolt, so that the connection stability of the limiting part 2 and the support frame 1 is greatly improved, and the limiting part 2 is prevented from slipping due to the overweight of the single pile 4.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the support frame 1 includes support legs 11 and support beams 12 provided on the support legs 11, and the top surfaces of the support beams 12 have first mounting holes 121. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the bottom surface of the support beam 12 has a third mounting hole 122, the top surface of the support leg 11 has a fourth mounting hole 111, and the fastener 3 passes through the third mounting hole 122 and the fourth mounting hole 111 to connect the support beam 12 and the support leg 11. Based on this, the support legs 11 of different heights can be selected, and the support beams 12 are fixed to the support legs 11 by the fasteners 3 to achieve the support of the mono pile 4 at a predetermined height.

Therefore, the position of the limiting part 2 on the width of the supporting beam 12 can be limited by the limiting groove, so that the limiting part 2 can be quickly positioned and installed, and the assembly efficiency of the single-pile 4 supporting tool is improved.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, both ends of the support beam 12 are provided with the first lifting lugs 123, and both sides of the support leg 11 are provided with the second lifting lugs 112. Thus, the first lifting lug 123 is used for lifting the single pile 4 and the single pile 4 supporting tool at the same time, and the second lifting lug 112 is used for lifting the single pile 4 supporting tool separately.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a use method of the single-pile 4-support tool, which comprises the following steps:

passing a fastener 3 through the third and fourth mounting holes 122 and 111 to connect the support beam 12 and the support leg 11 of a predetermined height;

passing the fastening member 3 through the first and second mounting holes 121 and 22 according to the diameter of the mono pile 4 to maintain the position restricting part 2 at a predetermined position on the support beam 12;

the mono pile 4 is placed in the support position.

Therefore, the using method is simple and convenient, and the operation difficulty is low.

To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a single pile 4 supporting tool, which mainly comprises a supporting beam 12 and two limiting parts 2, wherein the two limiting parts 2 are detachably mounted on the top surface of a supporting frame 1, the supporting surfaces 21 of the two limiting parts 2 are in a concave arc shape, and the supporting surfaces 21 of the two limiting parts 2 are oppositely arranged to form a supporting position for supporting the single pile 4. Compared with the prior art, the single-pile 4-support tool has the advantages of being adaptive to the single piles 4 with different specifications, being attached to support the single piles 4 and the like.
