When the impurity content of the seed cotton is high and the moisture content of the seed cotton is large, the cotton ginning quality of the cotton ginning machine is poor, the cotton ginning output is low, and even the normal production cannot be realized. The main performance is that cotton rolls are not formed in the working box, and a large amount of cotton seeds generated cannot be discharged out of the working box in time due to the increase of the cotton feeding amount, so that the cotton rolls are too tight, the lint quality is poor or the cotton rolls stop rotating. Particularly, with the development of mechanical cotton picking technology, the planting area of the domestic mechanical cotton picking is enlarged year by year, but the mechanically picked seed cotton has high impurity content, more cotton stalks and boll shells and difficult complete removal of cleaning equipment, and cotton rolls are easy to stop and block ribs after entering a working box of a cotton gin, so that the quality of lint cotton is influenced, the normal operation of the cotton rolls is influenced after a long time, the working box needs to be stopped and opened for cleaning, and the processing efficiency is also influenced.

As can also be seen in fig. 1, the sawtooth rollers 1 are arranged at the bottoms of the front embracing device 3 and the rear chest embracing device 4;

During operation, seed cotton enters from the position H, falls onto the cotton dropping plate 9 at the lower part, and flows onto the rotating cotton shifting roller 10 along the cotton dropping plate 9, then the rotating cotton shifting roller is shifted to the position A on the rotating sawtooth roller 1, the seed cotton pulled by the sawtooth hook of the sawtooth roller moves along with the sawtooth roller 1, the seed cotton moves to the position B from the position A, and in the moving process, the seed cotton is simultaneously dragged by the seed cotton roll and blocked by the ginning rib 2, and the fiber bundle pulled by the sawtooth hook is pulled off from the seed cotton.

At the juncture (working point) B of the sawtooth roller 1 and the ginning rib 2, the sawtooth hook of the rotating sawtooth roller 1 pulls seed cotton fibers into the gap of the ginning rib 2, wherein most of the fibers are separated from the cotton seeds, and the seed cotton which is pulled off part of the fibers is blocked in the working box by the ginning rib row 2. Since the saw teeth of the following saw drum 1 continuously leave the seed cotton which is partially defibered above the working roller B, the seed cotton is squeezed tightly here and squeezed upward along the surface of the ginning rib row 2, pushing the previous seed cotton upward. As a result, the seed cotton in zone B moves toward zone C, and then toward zones D and E, resulting in movement of the outer layer of the seed cotton roll in the working bin. When moving to the cotton seed comb 6, the cotton seed comb meets the newly entered seed cotton and is pulled into the B area by the sawtooth hook again. The cotton seeds which are hooked and purified the cotton fibers are discharged out of the machine from the position F. Therefore, cotton fibers and fallen cotton seeds are continuously taken away by the sawteeth of the sawtooth roller 1 and are continuously hooked into new seed cotton for supplement, and the seed cotton of the working box is always in a stable roll state and continuously moves along the inner wall of the working box.

As can be seen from fig. 1, 2 and 4, the length of the cotton seed comb 6 is adapted to the length of the sawtooth roller 1, so as to meet the rolling production requirement of the cotton sliver in the whole working box.

Fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4 can also see that, a plurality of rotatable roll extrusion unit 8, both ends respectively with the left cohesion end plate 31 and the right cohesion end plate 32 fixed connection of preceding cohesion device 3, or respectively with the left back chest end plate 41 and the right back chest end plate 42 fixed connection of back chest cohesion device 4, and then easy to assemble, dismantle and daily maintenance.

It can be seen from combining fig. 3 and fig. 5 that left side cohesion end plate 31 and right side cohesion end plate 32, left back chest end plate 41, right back chest end plate 42 respectively with 5 inner walls of its work box or outer wall connection that correspond to strengthen whole preceding cohesion device 3 and the support intensity of back chest cohesion device 4, and be favorable to saving the rational overall arrangement in whole space of work box, concrete fixed mode can be bolt fastening, also can fix by riveting and welding, fixed modes such as bonding, as long as fix can. and both ends of the mandrel 81 are respectively connected to the corresponding fixed structures through a bearing 82, so that the rolling extrusion unit has better wear resistance and higher extrusion strength while the rotation of the rotating pipe 83 is ensured, and the service life of the whole rolling extrusion unit is prolonged.

In a more preferred embodiment, the rotating tube 83 is made of one or a combination of stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene or hard aluminum tube, which can ensure better wear resistance and extrusion resistance.
