Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the adjusting lever 24 includes a fixing lever 241, a sliding sleeve lever 242, a connecting spring 243, a toggle plate 244 and a screwing ring 245, the fixing lever 241 is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 23, the sliding sleeve lever 242 is sleeved at the lower end of the fixing lever 241, the sliding sleeve lever 242 is connected to the fixing lever 241 through the connecting spring 243, the head of the sliding sleeve lever 242 is inserted into the abutting pipe 216, the toggle plate 244 is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the side wall of the sliding sleeve lever 242, the upper end surface of the sliding sleeve lever 242 abuts against the screwing ring 245, and the screwing ring 245 is mounted on the fixing lever 241 through a threaded connection manner.

During the specific work, the protective clothing to be cleaned is manually poured into the hammer washing barrel 21, then cleaning water flow is manually poured into the hammer washing barrel 21, then the driving cover 22 is manually covered at the upper end of the hammer washing barrel 21 and is fixed by a bolt, then the adjusting rod 24 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving motor 23, so as to drive the driving frame 25 to rotate, the driving frame 25 presses the contact block 2112 through the jacking push block 251 while rotating, the connecting rotating block 2111 is driven to rotate, the pull-back spring 2114 is driven to contract, the auxiliary spring 2115 is stretched, then after the jacking push block 251 leaves the contact block 2112, the connecting rotating block 2111 rotates under the combined action of the pull-back spring 2114 and the auxiliary spring 2115, the contact hammer 2113 is driven to hammer the protective clothing downwards, so as to complete the hammer washing operation of the protective clothing, and the diameter length of the contact hammer 2113 is gradually increased from top to bottom, therefore, when the contact hammer 2113 hammers the protective clothing, the hammering washing area of the protective clothing can be increased, and further the cleaning effect of the protective clothing is improved, the rubber sleeve 213 is sleeved outside the contact hammer 2113, when the contact hammer 2113 hammers the protective clothing, the protective clothing can be prevented from being damaged, after the cleaning operation of the protective clothing is completed, the screwing ring 245 is manually rotated to push the sliding sleeve rod 242 to slide downwards along the fixing rod 241, so that the sliding sleeve rod 242 is inserted to the lower end of the butt joint through pipe 216, then the adjusting rod 24 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving motor 23, so that the butt joint through pipe 216 is driven to rotate through the interaction of the poking sheet plate 244 and the matching plate 2161 on the inner wall of the butt joint through pipe 216, the closing plate 215 is driven to rotate, the blocking frame 2152 and the drainage groove B214 are staggered, the hammering washing barrel 21 is communicated with the distillation mechanism 3, and water after hammering enters the distillation mechanism 3 through the drainage groove B214, then the driving motor 23 continues to work, so that the blocking frame 2152 blocks the drainage groove B214, then the closing pressing plate 2154 abuts against the drainage groove B214 under the action of the pushing-up spring 2153, so that the hammer washing cylinder 21 and the distillation mechanism 3 are separated, and then the screwing ring 245 is manually rotated reversely, so that the sliding sleeve rod 242 slides upwards under the action of the connecting spring 243, thereby completing the preparation operation after the hammer washing of the protective clothing.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the distillation mechanism 3 includes a water storage cylinder 31, a heating ring 32, a water discharge pipe 33, a sealing cover 34, a collecting dish 35, a blowing fan 36 and a rotating motor 37, the water storage cylinder 31 is fixedly installed on the lower end surface of the placing base 1, the water storage cylinder 31 is located under the butt joint through hole a4, the water storage cylinder 31 is communicated with the hammer washing cylinder 21 through the butt joint through hole a4, the heating ring 32 is sleeved on the side wall of the water storage cylinder 31, the water discharge pipe 33 is connected to the lower end of the side wall of the water storage cylinder 31, the sealing cover 34 is installed on the water discharge pipe 33 in a threaded connection mode, the collecting dish 35 is arranged on the inner side of the water storage cylinder 31, the collecting dish 35 is of a hollow structure, the inner diameter of the collecting dish 35 is gradually reduced from bottom to top, the upper end surface of the collecting dish 35 is connected with the lower end surface of the butt joint through pipe 216, the inner side is communicated, an inclined air inlet hole E351 is uniformly arranged on the side wall of the collecting dish 35 along the circumferential direction, the blowing fan 36 is arranged on the lower side of the collecting dish 35, the blowing fan sheet 36 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the rotating motor 37, the rotating motor 37 is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the water storage cylinder 31, when the water storage cylinder 31 works, after clean water enters the water storage cylinder 31, the heating ring 32 starts to work to heat the clean water in the water storage cylinder 31, the water vapor generated by heating enters the gathering vessel 35 through the air inlet inclined hole E351 on the gathering vessel 35, then under the action of the rotating motor 37, the blowing fan sheet 36 is driven to rotate to drive the water vapor to flow upwards, the water vapor enters the exhaust pipe 217 from the communicating hole D2162 on the side wall of the butt-joint through pipe 216, and enters the hammer washing cylinder 21 through the exhaust hole 2171 on the exhaust pipe 217 to distill the protective clothing in the hammer washing cylinder 21, and further, the distillation and disinfection operation of the protective clothing is finished, wherein the check valve 2172 on the inner wall of the exhaust hole C2171 can prevent the water from entering the gathering vessel 35 when the protective clothing is cleaned, resulting in the occurrence of a situation in which the washing water flow is reduced and the washing effect is affected.

When in work:

s1, pouring protective clothing needing cleaning into a hammer washing barrel 21 manually, then pouring cleaning water flow into the hammer washing barrel 21 manually, covering a driving cover 22 on the upper end of the hammer washing barrel 21 manually, fixing the hammer washing barrel with a bolt, then driving an adjusting rod 24 to rotate under the action of a driving motor 23 so as to drive a driving frame 25 to rotate, pressing a contact block 2112 through a jacking push block 251 while the driving frame 25 rotates, driving a connecting rotating block 2111 to rotate, enabling a pull-back spring 212 to contract, then after the jacking push block 251 leaves the contact block 2112, rotating the connecting rotating block 2111 under the action of the pull-back spring 212 to drive a contact hammer 2113 to press the protective clothing downwards, and further completing the hammer washing operation of the protective clothing;

s2, after the protective clothing hammer washing operation is completed, the screwing ring 245 is manually rotated to push the sliding sleeve rod 242 to slide downwards along the fixing rod 241, so that the sliding sleeve rod 242 is inserted into the lower end of the butt joint through pipe 216, then the adjusting rod 24 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving motor 23, so that the butt joint through pipe 216 is driven to rotate through the interaction of the stirring sheet plate 244 and the matching plate 2161 on the inner wall of the butt joint through pipe 216, so that the sealing plate 215 is driven to rotate, the blocking frame 2152 is staggered with the drainage through groove B214, the hammer washing barrel 21 is communicated with the distillation mechanism 3, clean water after hammer washing enters the distillation mechanism 3 through the drainage through groove B214, then the driving motor 23 continues to work, the blocking frame 2152 blocks the drainage through groove B214, then the sealing pressing plate 2154 abuts against the drainage through groove B214 under the action of the upward pushing spring 2153, so that the hammer washing barrel 21 is separated from the distillation mechanism 3, then, manually and reversely rotating the screwing ring 245 to enable the sliding sleeve rod 242 to slide upwards under the action of the connecting spring 243, so that the water flow transfer operation after the protective clothing is hammered is completed;

s3, after the water flow transfer operation of the protection suit after the protection suit is hammered is finished, after the clean water enters the water storage cylinder 31, the heating ring 32 starts to work to heat the clean water in the water storage cylinder 31, the steam generated by heating enters the gathering vessel 35 through the air inlet inclined hole E351 in the gathering vessel 35, then under the action of the rotating motor 37, the blowing fan sheet 36 is driven to rotate to drive the steam to flow upwards, the steam enters the exhaust pipe 217 from the communicating hole D2162 in the side wall of the butt-joint through pipe 216, and enters the hammer washing cylinder 21 through the exhaust hole C2171 in the exhaust pipe 217, the protection suit in the hammer washing cylinder 21 is distilled, and then the distillation and disinfection operation of the protection suit is finished.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
