1. The construction method of the cast iron pipe tapping assisting and installing device comprises the following construction steps:

step 1, searching a gas pipeline (1) to be perforated;

step 2, excavating a covering layer above the gas pipeline (1);

step 3, installing a punching base at a position where the outer wall of the gas pipeline (1) needs to be punched;

the punching base comprises a base fixing flange (2), and a gas isolation pipe (3) and a valve connecting pipe (4) which are respectively connected with two sides of the base fixing flange (2) and are coaxially arranged;

the punching base is fixed on the outer wall of the gas pipeline (1) in a binding mode by arranging a plurality of chains (5) surrounding the gas pipeline (1) on the base fixing flange (2);

one end of the gas isolation pipe (3) is of an inwards concave structure matched with the outer wall of the gas pipeline (1), and the other end of the gas isolation pipe is connected with the base fixing flange (2);

chain connecting columns (13) are arranged at the positions, closest to the two ends of the gas pipeline (1), of the base fixing flange (2) and corresponding to the two sides of the gas pipeline (1);

the two chains (5) are arranged at the positions, closest to the two ends of the gas pipeline (1), of the base fixing flange (2) and are respectively connected with the corresponding chain connecting columns (13);

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a construction method of a cast iron pipe tapping auxiliary and mounting device; the method comprises the following construction steps:

step 1, searching a gas pipeline to be perforated;

step 2, excavating a covering layer above the gas pipeline;

step 3, installing a punching base at the position where the outer wall of the gas pipeline needs to be punched;

the punching base comprises a base fixing flange, and a gas isolation pipe and a valve connecting pipe which are respectively connected with two sides of the base fixing flange and are coaxially arranged;

the punching base is fixed on the outer wall of the gas pipeline in a binding mode by arranging a plurality of chains surrounding the gas pipeline on the base fixing flange;

one end of the gas isolation pipe is of a concave structure matched with the outer wall of the gas pipeline, and the other end of the gas isolation pipe is connected with the base fixing flange;

the concave structure and the outer wall of the gas pipeline form air seal through a sealing structure;

step 4, determining that the sealing structure forms air seal, and after each chain is firmly bound, connecting a ball valve on the valve connecting pipe through a flange sheet;

step 5, arranging a puncher at the other end of the ball valve;

the puncher comprises a punching sleeve, a punching screw and a punching valve, wherein the punching screw and the punching valve are arranged on the punching sleeve;

the side wall of the punching sleeve is provided with the punching valve, and one end of the punching sleeve is in threaded connection with the punching screw rod in a threaded connection mode through a fixing plate;

one end of the punching screw rod penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as a punching driving end for applying rotary power, the other end of the punching screw rod extends out of the other end of the punching sleeve along the length direction of the punching sleeve to serve as a drilling end for arranging a drill bit;

step 6, after the puncher is installed, connecting the punching valve with a high-pressure nitrogen source, opening the ball valve, and filling nitrogen into the punching base and the puncher; when the oxygen content in the punching base is less than 2%, stopping injecting the nitrogen, and closing the punching valve to prepare for punching;

step 8, turning over the handle of the punching driving end after the completion, closing the ball valve after the drill bit is withdrawn to the outer side of the ball valve, and detaching the puncher;

step 9, installing a pipe plug on a pipe plug screw of the pipe plug installer;

the pipe plug installer comprises a pipe plug outer sleeve, a pipe plug inner sleeve and a pipe plug screw rod;

the size of the pipe plug outer sleeve is matched with that of the valve connecting pipe, the size of the pipe plug inner sleeve is smaller than that of the valve connecting pipe, and the size of the pipe plug screw is smaller than that of a hole formed in the gas pipeline by the puncher;

one end of the pipe plug outer sleeve is in threaded connection with the pipe plug inner sleeve in a threaded connection mode through a fixing plate;

one end of the pipe plug outer sleeve penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as an inner sleeve driving end for applying rotary power, and the other end of the pipe plug outer sleeve extends out of the other end of the pipe plug outer sleeve along the length direction of the pipe plug outer sleeve;

the driving end of the inner sleeve is in threaded connection with the pipe plug screw rod in a threaded connection mode through a fixing plate;

one end of the pipe plug screw rod penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as a pipe plug driving end for applying rotary power, and the other end of the pipe plug screw rod extends along the length direction of the pipe plug inner sleeve and extends out of the other end of the pipe plug inner sleeve;

the other end of the pipe plug screw is provided with the pipe plug;

the pipe plug comprises a tensioning screw rod, a rubber gasket, a lower fastener and an upper fastener;

the outer diameter of the tensioning screw rod is smaller than a hole formed in the gas pipeline by the puncher, one end, corresponding to the interior of the gas pipeline, of the tensioning screw rod is connected with the position, close to the middle part, of the lower fastening piece in a hinge connection mode, the other end of the tensioning screw rod is detachably connected with the pipe plug screw rod, and the rubber gasket and the upper fastening piece are arranged on the threaded portion;

the lower fastening piece is a rod piece with the outer diameter smaller than that of the tensioning screw rod, and the part which is eccentric from the long-length central position is hinged with the tensioning screw rod;

the rubber gasket is in interference fit with the threaded part and is sleeved on the threaded part through elasticity;

the upper fastening piece is of a tubular structure, an inner hole is an internal thread matched with the thread part, the shape of the upper fastening piece is a polygonal structure matched with the inner hole at the other end, close to the gas pipeline, of the pipe plug inner sleeve, the upper fastening piece is in transition fit with the polygonal inner hole of the pipe plug inner sleeve, and the upper fastening piece is connected with a sliding pair capable of moving in a reciprocating mode along the axial direction of the pipe plug inner sleeve;

after the installation is finished, the upper fastening piece is used for restraining the lower fastening piece and the tensioning screw rod to be overlapped into a straight line;

step 10, mounting the pipe plug mounting device on the punching base, and connecting the pipe plug outer sleeve with the valve connecting pipe to form a straight line;

step 11, opening the ball valve, rotating a handle on the driving end of the inner sleeve, and feeding the lower fastening piece and the tensioning screw rod which are overlapped to form a straight line into a hole in the outer wall of the gas pipeline;

step 12, when the handle on the driving end of the inner sleeve is fixed, the rubber gasket is pressed against the outer wall of the gas pipeline, and then the handle on the driving end of the pipe plug is rotated, so that the lower fastening piece and the tensioning screw rod which are overlapped in a straight line further extend into the gas pipeline;

the two chains are arranged at the positions, closest to the two ends of the gas pipeline, of the base fixing flange and are respectively connected with the corresponding chain connecting columns;

the punching base is fixed on the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 in a binding mode by arranging a plurality of chains 5 surrounding the gas pipeline 1 on a base fixing flange 2;

one end of the gas isolation pipe 3 is of a concave structure matched with the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1, and the other end of the gas isolation pipe is connected with the base fixing flange 2;

the concave structure forms air seal with the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 through a sealing structure;

step 4, determining that the sealing structure forms air seal, and after each chain 5 is firmly bound, connecting the ball valve 22 on the valve connecting pipe 4 through a flange sheet;

step 5, arranging a puncher at the other end of the ball valve 22;

the puncher comprises a punching sleeve 14, a punching screw 15 and a punching valve 16, wherein the punching screw 15 and the punching valve 16 are arranged on the punching sleeve 14;

a punching valve 16 is arranged on the side wall of the punching sleeve 14, and one end of the punching sleeve is in threaded connection with the punching screw 15 through a fixing plate in a threaded connection mode;

one end of the punching screw 15 penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as a punching driving end for applying rotary power, the other end of the punching screw extends out of the other end of the punching sleeve 14 along the length direction of the punching sleeve 14 to serve as a drilling end, and a drill bit 17 is arranged;

step 6, after the puncher is installed, connecting the punching valve 16 with a high-pressure nitrogen source, opening the ball valve 22, and filling nitrogen into the punching base and the puncher; when the oxygen content in the punching base is less than 2%, stopping injecting nitrogen, and closing the punching valve 16 to prepare for punching;

in practical application, the nitrogen injection operation is as follows:

after the ball valve 22 is opened, the nitrogen is injected into the perforated valve 16 for about 15 to 20 seconds, then the nitrogen injection is stopped, the nitrogen injection device is removed, the perforated valve 16 is released for 15 to 20 seconds, the process is repeated for 5 to 6 times, whether the oxygen content is satisfied is measured, and if the oxygen content is not satisfied, the replacement is continued.

Step 7, during punching, rotating a handle 18 at a punching driving end to enable a drill bit 17 to extend to the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 to be punched along an axis, and drilling the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 until the outer wall penetrates through the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1;

step 8, turning over the handle 18 at the punching driving end after the completion, closing the ball valve after the drill bit is withdrawn to the outer side of the ball valve 22, and dismantling the puncher;

step 9, installing a pipe plug on a pipe plug screw 8 of the pipe plug installer;

the pipe plug mounting device comprises a pipe plug outer sleeve 6, a pipe plug inner sleeve 7 and a pipe plug screw rod 8;

the size of the pipe plug outer sleeve 6 is matched with that of the valve connecting pipe 4, the size of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 is smaller than that of the valve connecting pipe 4, and the size of the pipe plug screw rod 8 is smaller than that of a hole formed in the gas pipeline 1 by the puncher;

one end of the pipe plug outer sleeve 6 is in threaded connection with the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 through a fixing plate in a threaded connection mode;

one end of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as an inner sleeve driving end for applying rotary power, and the other end of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 extends out of the other end of the pipe plug outer sleeve 6 along the length direction of the pipe plug outer sleeve 6;

the driving end of the inner sleeve is in threaded connection with the pipe plug screw 8 through a fixing plate in a threaded connection mode;

one end of the pipe plug screw rod 8 penetrates out of the corresponding fixing plate to serve as a pipe plug driving end for applying rotary power, and the other end of the pipe plug screw rod extends along the length direction of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 and extends out of the other end of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7;

the other end of the pipe plug screw rod 8 is provided with a pipe plug;

the pipe plug comprises a tensioning screw 9, a rubber gasket 10, a lower fastener 11 and an upper fastener 12;

the outer diameter of the tensioning screw 9 is smaller than a hole formed in the gas pipeline 1 by a puncher, one end corresponding to the interior of the gas pipeline 1 is connected with the middle part of the lower fastening piece 11 in a hinge connection mode, the other end of the tensioning screw is detachably connected with the pipe plug screw 8, and the thread part is provided with a rubber gasket 10 and an upper fastening piece 12;

the lower fastening piece 11 is a rod piece with the outer diameter smaller than that of the tensioning screw 9, and the part which is eccentric from the long center is hinged with the tensioning screw 9;

the rubber gasket 10 is in interference fit with the threaded part and is sleeved on the threaded part through elasticity;

the upper fastening piece 12 is of a tubular structure, an inner hole is an internal thread matched with the thread part, the shape of the upper fastening piece is a polygonal structure matched with the inner hole at the other end, close to the gas pipeline 1, of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7, the polygonal inner hole of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7 is in transition fit, and the upper fastening piece is connected with a sliding pair capable of moving in a reciprocating mode along the axial direction of the pipe plug inner sleeve 7;

after the installation is finished, the upper fastening piece 12 is used for restraining the lower fastening piece 11 and the tensioning screw 9 to be overlapped into a straight line;

step 10, mounting the plug installer on the punching base, and connecting the plug outer sleeve 6 with the valve connecting pipe 4 to form a straight line;

step 11, opening the ball valve 22, rotating the handle 18 on the driving end of the inner sleeve, and feeding the lower fastening piece 11 and the tensioning screw 9 which are overlapped into a straight line into a hole in the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1;

step 12, when the handle 18 on the driving end of the inner sleeve rotates still, the rubber gasket 10 is shown to be propped against the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1, and then the handle 18 on the driving end of the pipe plug is rotated, so that the lower fastening piece 11 and the tensioning screw 9 which are overlapped into a straight line further extend into the gas pipeline 1;

step 13, when the handle 18 on the driving end of the pipe plug is not rotated, the pipe plug screw 8 is shown to be propped against the upper fastening piece 12, the lower fastening piece 11 is completely inserted into the gas pipeline 1, the lower fastening piece 11 is hinged with the tensioning screw 9 from the center position of the deflection degree, and at the moment, the lower fastening piece is crossed with the tensioning screw 9;

14, reversing the handle 18 on the driving end of the pipe plug, and withdrawing the tensioning screw 9 outwards until the tensioning screw is clamped by the lower fastening piece 11;

step 15, rotating the handle 18 on the driving end of the pipe plug again, locking the upper fastening piece 12 to the tensioning screw 9, and enabling the rubber gasket 10 to cover and fill the gap between the tensioning screw 9 and the hole of the gas pipeline;

and step 16, dismantling all chains, removing the punching base and the pipe plug installer, and finishing construction.

According to the invention, the punching base is fixed on the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 in a binding manner through the chain 5, and the punching base can be recovered after construction is finished, so that the waste is reduced.

The leakage point on the gas pipeline 1 is blocked by the pipe plug installer and the pipe plug, so that the construction speed and the construction efficiency are improved.

In some embodiments, in step 3, the perforated base is fixed on the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 in a binding manner by arranging three chains 5 around the gas pipeline 1 on the base fixing flange 2;

the positions of the base fixing flange 2, which are closest to the two ends of the gas pipeline 1, and the positions corresponding to the two sides of the gas pipeline 1 are provided with chain connecting columns 13;

among the three chains 5 surrounding the gas pipeline 1, two chains 5 are arranged at the positions of the base fixing flange 2 closest to the two ends of the gas pipeline 1 and are respectively connected with corresponding chain connecting columns 13;

one chain 5 is arranged in the middle of the base fixing flange 2, and two ends of the chain are respectively connected with two chain connecting columns 13 of the base fixing flange 2 corresponding to two sides of the gas pipeline 1.

In certain embodiments, in step 3, the sealing structure comprises a rubber gasket 19 disposed in a concave configuration;

the gas isolation pipe 3 is hermetically sealed with the outer wall of the gas pipeline 1 through a rubber gasket 19.

In certain embodiments, the gas isolation tube 3 is a double-layer tube structure;

the double-layer pipe structure comprises circular pipes which are matched with the inner pipe and the outer pipe through two measuring rulers and are concentrically arranged; a plurality of sealing bolts 20 parallel to the axis are arranged in an interlayer between the inner pipe and the outer pipe in a surrounding manner;

the nut of each sealing bolt 20 is located on the side of the base mounting flange 2 facing the valve connecting pipe 4, and the threaded end of each sealing bolt abuts against the rubber sealing pad 19.

In some embodiments, the upper fastener 12 is provided with a stop flange 21 on a side opposite the outside of the internal sleeve 7 of the plug.

In some embodiments, the removable connection of the tension screw 9 to the end of the plug screw 8 is a threaded hole connection;

the direction of rotation of the threaded portion of the tightening screw 9 is the same as the direction of rotation and pitch of the plug screw 8.

In some embodiments, after step 5 is completed, the method for detecting whether the hole puncher has leakage includes the following specific steps:

step 5.1, connecting external pressurized air to the perforating valve 16 to pressurize the inside of the perforating device;

step 5.2, after the pressure in the puncher is the same as the pressure in the gas pipeline 1, closing the punching valve 16 and installing a pressure gauge;

step 5.3, opening the punching valve 16 and the ball valve 22, and observing the change of the pressure gauge;

if the degree of the pressure gauge is reduced by less than 10% of the initial value within 2 hours, the perforating valve 16 is successfully installed; if not, re-executing the step 1 to the step 5 until the requirements are met;

and 5.4, after the installation is successful, closing the ball valve 22, and opening the punching valve 16 for pressure relief.

In certain embodiments, after step 16 is completed, a soap solution is applied over the upper fastener 12 and the rubber gasket 10; whether leakage exists is judged by observing whether bubbles are generated in the soap liquid.
