Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, a first semicircular hole 611 is disposed at one side of a first clamping head 610, a guide hole 612 is disposed at the other side of the first clamping head 610, the guide hole 612 is a major arc hole, a matching plane 622 is disposed on a second clamping head 620, the guide hole 612 and the matching plane 622 together enclose a guide space 640, a through hole 630 and the guide space 640 are coaxially disposed, an end of a rubber band 300 can sequentially pass through the through hole 630 and the guide space 640, and an inner diameter of the guide space 640 is greater than an inner diameter of the rubber band 300. The perforation 630 can provide the clamp force for the tip of rubber band 300, but because the rubber band 300 material is softer, it produces the deformation easily in tip position after by the centre gripping, and the setting of direction space 640 can provide the direction for rubber band 300, corrects the rubber band 300 that is warp by the centre gripping, makes the tip of rubber band 300 can original extending direction (be about the direction in fig. 1) stretch into flourishing gluey inslot 710.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the guide hole 612 is provided with a rounded corner at the edge of the major arc. The fillet can further improve the guide efficiency of the guide hole 612, so that the rubber band 300 to be clamped can enter the guide space 640 more quickly under the guide effect of the fillet.
