In order to realize 'dry eating and squeezing' of the complex tin-containing smelting intermediate material, solve the problems of difficult sale and transportation of dangerous waste materials, low economic loss of valuation coefficient and the like, combine the tin smelting production technology and the actual situation of equipment, and research and develop a comprehensive recovery technology with low cost, high efficiency and environmental protection, which is a technical problem faced by the current tin smelting technical personnel and urgently needed to be solved.

the hook scale system 3 is matched with the hot tin dross feeding chute 4 for operation; the furnace top belt feeding system 2 is matched with the furnace top feeding hole 6 for operation; the high-temperature melt chute 12 is communicated with a molten pool in the electric settling furnace 1;

the copper matte discharge chute 10 is communicated with the interior of the copper matte bag 9; the lean slag discharge chute 11 is communicated with the interior of the lean slag water quenching tank 8.

The flue gas treatment system comprises: a dust collecting device 14, a tin electric furnace 15, a vacuum furnace 16, a top blowing furnace 17, a vacuum tin chute 18, a vacuum tin mold 19, an antimony bismuth alloy chute 20, an antimony bismuth alloy mold 21 and a high antimony bismuth crude tin chute 22;

the dust collecting device 14 is respectively communicated with a tin electric furnace 15 and a top-blowing furnace 17;

the tin electric furnace 15 is also communicated with the vacuum furnace 16 through a high-stibium bismuth crude tin chute 22; the vacuum tin mold 19 is positioned at the tail end of the vacuum tin chute 18 and is used for containing vacuum tin; the antimony bismuth alloy die 21 is positioned at the tail end of the antimony bismuth alloy chute 20 and used for containing antimony bismuth alloy;

the top-blown converter 17 is provided with a top-blown converter slag hole 23 and a top-blown converter crude tin hole 24; the hot tin slag transferring slag ladle 5 is positioned below the top-blown slag hole 23 and is used for containing hot tin slag.

Example 2

By using the processing system provided in example 1, taking the fuming furnace as an example to process 100 tons of high-temperature melt, the processing method is as follows:

(a) preparing a fuming furnace material: before the fuming furnace waits for charging, the temperature of the flue gas in the hearth is kept at 600 ℃;

(b) receiving hot tin dross: the hot tin slag transferring slag ladle is hoisted through a hook scale system, the hot tin slag is introduced into the fuming furnace through a hot tin slag feeding chute, and the hook scale weighs the hot tin slag;

(c) feeding through a belt at the top of the furnace: after hot tin slag in the fuming furnace is received, starting a furnace top belt feeding system, adding and mixing a tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material, high-sulfur copper concentrate and lump coal into the fuming furnace, and uniformly adding within 60 min;

(d) heating and smelting: stopping feeding the belt at the top of the fuming furnace after the belt at the top of the fuming furnace finishes feeding, improving the oxygen enrichment concentration of a secondary air supply system, improving the pulverized coal feeding amount of a pulverized coal injection system, accelerating the heating and melting of cold materials in the fuming furnace, keeping the temperature of the smoke of a hearth at 1050 ℃, and controlling the Fe/SiO of a melting pool of the fuming furnace2Keeping the temperature for 30min when the temperature is 1.0;

(e) fuming and volatilizing tin: heating, smelting and preserving heat until the cold material in the fuming furnace is completely melted, inserting a sample rod into the melting pool of the fuming furnace to take a melt sample for rapid element analysis, starting the fuming furnace to sulfurize and volatilize the melt tin according to the rapid element analysis result, adding vulcanizing agent into the fuming furnace through a furnace top belt feeding system to volatilize tin, synchronously closing oxygen enrichment of a secondary air supply system, and displaying that the melt contains Sn1.5wt.% and Cu0.75wt.% according to an analysis result, wherein the adding amount of the vulcanizing agent is calculated according to the S/(Sn + Cu) molar ratio of 1:3, the surplus coefficient is 1.2, namely, the mass of S is 100 tons multiplied by 0.0097 to 0.97 ton, industrial sulfur containing 99% of S is used as a vulcanizing agent, namely, the industrial sulfur is required to be added in an amount of 0.97 ton/99 percent to 0.98 ton, 0.98 ton of pyrite is completely added in 90min, sampling, testing and analyzing are carried out, and the tin volatilization has reached the end point when the tin content of the high-temperature melt in the furnace is less than or equal to 0.3 wt%;

adding 3 kinds of tin-containing mineral materials with the components of Sn3 wt.%, Cu0 wt.%, S7 wt.%, Sb0 wt.%, Bi0 wt.%, As0 wt.%, Au0g/t, Ag0g/t, copper-tin-containing materials with the components of Sn65 wt.%, Cu18 wt.%, S10 wt.%, Sb0 wt.%, Bi0 wt.%, As 1.0 wt.%, Au0g/t, Ag 8g/t, high-sulfur copper concentrates with the components of Sn0 wt.%, Cu15 wt.%, S28 wt.%, Sb0 wt.%, Bi0 wt.%, As0 wt.%, Au 2g/t, Ag150g/t into the fuming furnace, and mixing; the main element components of the hot tin slag are Sn2 wt.%, Fe18 wt.% and Si13 wt.%;

adding mixed tin-containing mineral materials, copper-tin-containing materials and high-sulfur copper concentrate into the fuming furnace in the step (c) for proportion control, weighing and metering the hot tin slag according to the hook scale in the step (b), and weighing and metering the hot tin slag according to the hot tin slag: tin-containing ore material: the weight ratio of the copper-tin-containing material to the high-sulfur copper concentrate is 48%: 27%: 12%: 13 percent of the mixture is mixed, and the mixing principle is that the Sn content of the mixture which is comprehensively fed into a furnace is 10 wt.%, and the Cu content reaches 3.97 wt.%; the mass of the lump coal accounts for 3 percent of the mass of the intermediate material for smelting tin;

when the antimony and bismuth in the tin smoke dust obtained by fuming and volatilizing in the step (e) are lower than 5 wt%, the low-antimony bismuth tin smoke dust is directly returned to a top-blown furnace of the main production flow for reduction smelting;

after the copper matte is connected with a high-temperature copper matte melt of a settling electric furnace, naturally cooling a copper matte package for 72 hours, completely solidifying the copper matte, turning over the solidified copper matte in the copper matte, wherein the upper part of the material in the copper matte is furnace slag, and the lower part of the material is qualified copper matte; sampling and analyzing the slag, and if the copper content of the slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, merging the slag into lean slag after water quenching for sale to a cement plant; and crushing the qualified matte, and selling the crushed matte.

In example 2, the direct yield of Sn contained in the integrated material fed into the furnace can reach 95%, 22 wt.% grade matte is obtained, the direct yield of Cu is 94%, the direct yield of Au and Ag paved by matte is 96%, and no hazardous waste residue material is generated.

Example 3

Using the treatment system provided in example 1, taking the fuming furnace as an example for treating 120 tons of high-temperature melt:

(a) preparing a fuming furnace material: before the fuming furnace waits for charging, keeping the temperature of the flue gas in a hearth at 700 ℃;

(b) receiving hot tin dross: the hot tin slag transferring slag ladle is hoisted through a hook scale system, the hot tin slag is introduced into the fuming furnace through a hot tin slag feeding chute, and the hook scale weighs the hot tin slag;

(c) feeding through a belt at the top of the furnace: after hot tin slag in the fuming furnace is received, starting a furnace top belt feeding system, adding and mixing a tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material, high-sulfur copper concentrate and lump coal into the fuming furnace, and uniformly adding within 70 min;

(d) heating and smelting: stopping feeding the belt at the top of the fuming furnace after the belt at the top of the fuming furnace finishes feeding, improving the oxygen enrichment concentration of a secondary air supply system, improving the pulverized coal feeding amount of a pulverized coal injection system, accelerating the heating and melting of cold materials in the fuming furnace, keeping the temperature of the flue gas of a hearth at 1100 ℃, and controlling the Fe/SiO of a melting pool of the fuming furnace2Keeping the temperature for 40min when the temperature is 1.1;

(e) fuming and volatilizing tin: heating, smelting and preserving heat until the cold material in the fuming furnace is completely melted, inserting a sample rod into the melting pool of the fuming furnace to take a melt sample for rapid element analysis, starting the fuming furnace to sulfurize and volatilize the melt tin according to the rapid element analysis result, adding vulcanizing agent into the fuming furnace through a furnace top belt feeding system to volatilize tin, synchronously closing oxygen enrichment of a secondary air supply system, and displaying that the melt contains Sn1 wt% and Cu0.85wt% according to an analysis result, wherein the adding amount of the vulcanizing agent is calculated according to the S/(Sn + Cu) molar ratio of 1:3, the surplus coefficient is 1.2, that is, the weight of S is 120 tons multiplied by 0.0087 to 1.044 tons, pyrite with 35 percent of S is used as a vulcanizing agent, namely, the amount of the pyrite to be added is 1.044 ton/35 percent to 2.98 ton, 2.98 ton of pyrite is completely added within 90min, sampling, testing and analyzing are carried out, and the tin volatilization process reaches the end point when the tin content of the high-temperature melt in the furnace is less than or equal to 0.3 wt.%;

(f) separating copper and lean slag by a settling electric furnace: when the initial charge is used in the precipitation electric furnace, Fe/SiO is used2A molten pool is manufactured from 1.0 of slag, and the temperature of the molten pool in the electric settling furnace is kept at 1210 ℃; discharging the high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace after the fuming volatile tin reaches the standard into a settling electric furnace through a high-temperature melt chute, continuously preserving the temperature of the settling electric furnace until the copper content of the upper-layer lean slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, preferentially opening a matte port at the lower part of the settling electric furnace, discharging the matte in the settling electric furnace to a matte bag, and immediately blocking the matte port when the lean slag is discharged from the matte port to stop discharging the matte; discharging the lean slag in the settling electric furnace into a water quenching tank through a lean slag port at the upper part of the settling electric furnace for water quenching, and separating slag from water after water quenching to obtain the lean slag which can be sold to a cement plant; when the lean slag is discharged, the sampling rod is used for detecting the depth of a molten pool in the electric settling furnace, when the lean slag in the molten pool is remained for 400mm, a lean slag port can be blocked, the discharge of the lean slag is stopped, and the remained lean slag is used for heat preservation of the electric settling furnace so as to be convenient for the electric settling furnace to receive the next high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace;

in the step (c), the tin-containing mineral material components of Sn5 wt.%, Cu0wt wt.%, S0 wt.%, Sb0 wt.%, Bi0wt wt.%, As0 wt.%, Au0g/t, Ag0g/t, and the copper-tin-containing material components of Sn60 wt.%, Cu15 wt.%, S8 wt.%, Sb0wt wt.%, Bi0 wt.%, As1.5wt.%, Au0g/t, Ag10g/t, high-sulfur copper concentrate components of Sn0 wt.%, Cu12wt wt.%, S30 wt.%, Sb0 wt.%, Bi0wt wt.%, As2wt wt.%, Au1g/t, Ag180g/t are added into the fuming furnace, and mixed with 3 kinds of the above; the main element components of the hot tin slag are Sn3 wt%, Fe25 wt% and Si25 wt%;

adding a mixed tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material and a high-sulfur copper concentrate into the fuming furnace, and controlling the proportion, wherein the weight of the hot tin slag weighed by the hook scale in the step (b) is controlled according to the proportion: tin-containing ore material: the weight ratio of the copper-tin-containing material to the high-sulfur copper concentrate is 70%: 10%: 10%: 10 percent of the mixture is proportioned, the proportioning principle takes that the Sn content of the mixture which is comprehensively fed into a furnace is 8.6 wt.% as the reference, and the Cu content reaches 2.70 wt.%; the mass of the lump coal accounts for 5 percent of that of the intermediate material for smelting tin;

when the antimony and bismuth in the tin smoke dust obtained by fuming and volatilizing in the step (e) are lower than 5 wt%, the low-antimony bismuth tin smoke dust is directly returned to a top-blown furnace of the main production flow for reduction smelting;

after the copper matte is connected with a high-temperature copper matte melt of a settling electric furnace, naturally cooling a copper matte package for 72 hours, completely solidifying the copper matte, turning over the solidified copper matte in the copper matte, wherein the upper part of the material in the copper matte is furnace slag, and the lower part of the material is qualified copper matte; sampling and analyzing the slag, and if the copper content of the slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, merging the slag into water-quenched lean slag for sale to a cement plant; and crushing the qualified matte, and selling the crushed matte.

In example 3, the direct yield of Sn contained in the integrated material fed into the furnace can reach 96%, 18 wt.% grade matte is obtained, the direct yield of Cu is 92%, the direct yield of Au and Ag paved by matte is 95%, and no hazardous waste residue material is generated.

Example 4

Using the treatment system provided in example 1, taking as an example a fuming furnace in terms of treating an amount of 80 tons of high temperature melt:

(a) preparing a fuming furnace material: before the fuming furnace waits for charging, the temperature of the flue gas in the hearth is kept at 800 ℃;

(b) receiving hot tin dross: the hot tin slag transferring slag ladle is hoisted through a hook scale system, the hot tin slag is introduced into the fuming furnace through a hot tin slag feeding chute, and the hook scale weighs the hot tin slag;

(c) feeding through a belt at the top of the furnace: after hot tin slag in the fuming furnace is received, starting a furnace top belt feeding system, adding and mixing a tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material, high-sulfur copper concentrate and lump coal into the fuming furnace, and uniformly adding within 90 min;

(d) heating and smelting: stopping feeding the belt at the top of the fuming furnace after the belt at the top of the fuming furnace finishes feeding, improving the oxygen enrichment concentration of a secondary air supply system, improving the pulverized coal feeding amount of a pulverized coal injection system, accelerating the heating and melting of cold materials in the fuming furnace, keeping the temperature of the smoke gas of a hearth at 1150 ℃, and controlling the Fe/SiO of a melting pool of the fuming furnace2=1.3,Keeping the temperature for 50 min;

(f) separating copper and lean slag by a settling electric furnace: when the initial charge is used in the precipitation electric furnace, Fe/SiO is used2A molten pool is manufactured in the slag of 1.2, and the temperature of the molten pool in the electric settling furnace is kept at 1220 ℃; discharging the high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace after the fuming volatile tin reaches the standard into a settling electric furnace through a high-temperature melt chute, continuously preserving the temperature of the settling electric furnace until the copper content of the upper-layer lean slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, preferentially opening a matte port at the lower part of the settling electric furnace, discharging the matte in the settling electric furnace to a matte bag, and immediately blocking the matte port when the lean slag is discharged from the matte port to stop discharging the matte; discharging the lean slag in the settling electric furnace into a water quenching tank through a lean slag port at the upper part of the settling electric furnace for water quenching, and separating slag from water after water quenching to obtain the lean slag which can be sold to a cement plant; when the lean slag is discharged, the sampling rod is used for detecting the depth of a molten pool in the electric settling furnace, when the lean slag in the molten pool is left for 500mm, a lean slag port can be blocked, the discharge of the lean slag is stopped, and the remaining lean slag is used for heat preservation of the electric settling furnace so as to be convenient for the electric settling furnace to receive the next high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace;

smoke and volatilize the obtained tin smoke dust in step (e), when the antimony and bismuth contained in the tin smoke dust is higher than 5 wt.%, the high antimony bismuth tin smoke dust is sent to a tin electric furnace for reduction smelting to produce high antimony bismuth crude tin, the high antimony bismuth crude tin is sent to a vacuum furnace for refining, and byproducts antimony bismuth alloy and vacuum tin products are produced and can be sold directly;

after the copper matte is connected with a high-temperature copper matte melt of a settling electric furnace, naturally cooling a copper matte package for 96 hours, completely solidifying the copper matte, turning over the solidified copper matte in the copper matte package, wherein the upper part of the material in the copper matte package is furnace slag, and the lower part of the material is qualified copper matte; sampling and analyzing the slag, and if the copper content of the slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, merging the slag into water-quenched lean slag for sale to a cement plant; and crushing the qualified matte, and selling the crushed matte.

In example 4, the direct yield of Sn contained in the integrated material fed into the furnace can reach 96.5%, 15 wt.% grade matte is obtained, the direct yield of Cu is 96%, the direct yield of Au and Ag paved by matte is 96.5%, and no hazardous waste residue material is generated.

Example 5

Using the processing system provided in example 1, taking the fuming furnace as an example for processing 100 tons of high-temperature melt:

fuming and volatilizing the tin smoke dust obtained in the step (e), wherein the content of antimony and bismuth in the tin smoke dust is higher than 5 wt%, so that the high-antimony bismuth tin smoke dust is sent to a tin electric furnace for reduction smelting to produce high-antimony bismuth crude tin, the high-antimony bismuth crude tin is sent to a vacuum furnace for refining, and byproducts of antimony bismuth alloy and vacuum tin products are produced and can be directly sold;

after the copper matte is connected with a high-temperature copper matte melt of a settling electric furnace, naturally cooling a copper matte package for 96 hours, completely solidifying the copper matte, turning over the solidified copper matte in the copper matte package, wherein the upper part of the material in the copper matte package is furnace slag, and the lower part of the material is qualified copper matte; sampling and analyzing the slag, and if the copper content of the slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, merging the slag into water-quenched lean slag for sale to a cement plant; and crushing the qualified matte, and selling the crushed matte.

In example 5, the direct yield of Sn contained in the integrated material fed into the furnace can reach 97%, 28 wt.% grade matte is obtained, the direct yield of Cu is 98%, the direct yields of Au and Ag paved by matte are 97.5%, and no hazardous waste residue material is generated.

Example 6

Using the treatment system provided in example 1, taking the fuming furnace as an example for treating 120 tons of high-temperature melt:

(a) preparing a fuming furnace material: before the fuming furnace waits for charging, the temperature of the flue gas in the hearth is kept at 800 ℃;

(b) receiving hot tin dross: the hot tin slag transferring slag ladle is hoisted through a hook scale system, the hot tin slag is introduced into the fuming furnace through a hot tin slag feeding chute, and the hook scale weighs the hot tin slag;

(c) feeding through a belt at the top of the furnace: after hot tin slag in the fuming furnace is received, starting a furnace top belt feeding system, adding and mixing a tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material, high-sulfur copper concentrate and lump coal into the fuming furnace, and uniformly adding within 120 min;

(d) heating and smelting: stopping feeding the belt at the top of the fuming furnace after the belt at the top of the fuming furnace finishes feeding, improving the oxygen enrichment concentration of a secondary air supply system, improving the pulverized coal feeding amount of a pulverized coal injection system, accelerating the heating and melting of cold materials in the fuming furnace, keeping the temperature of the smoke gas of a hearth at 1150 ℃, and controlling the Fe/SiO of a melting pool of the fuming furnace2Keeping the temperature for 60min when the temperature is 1.4;

(e) fuming and volatilizing tin: heating, smelting and preserving heat until the cold material in the fuming furnace is completely melted, inserting a sample rod into the melting pool of the fuming furnace to take a melt sample for rapid element analysis, starting the fuming furnace to sulfurize and volatilize the melt tin according to the rapid element analysis result, adding vulcanizing agent into the fuming furnace through a furnace top belt feeding system to volatilize tin, synchronously closing oxygen enrichment of a secondary air supply system, and displaying that the melt contains Sn2.5wt.% and Cu0.65wt.% according to an analysis result, wherein the adding amount of the vulcanizing agent is calculated according to the S/(Sn + Cu) molar ratio of 1:3, the surplus coefficient is 1.2, that is, it is required that the mass of S is 120 tons × 0.0125 tons to 1.5 tons, pyrite containing 35% of S is used as a sulfidizing agent, namely, the amount of the pyrite to be added is 1.5 ton/35 percent to 4.28 ton, the 4.28 ton pyrite is completely added within 90min, sampling, testing and analyzing are carried out, and the tin volatilization reaches the end point when the tin content of the high-temperature melt in the furnace is less than or equal to 0.3 wt%;

(f) separating copper and lean slag by a settling electric furnace: when the initial charge is used in the precipitation electric furnace, Fe/SiO is used2A molten pool is manufactured in the slag of 1.3, and the temperature of the molten pool in the electric settling furnace is kept at 1230 ℃; discharging the high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace after the fuming volatile tin reaches the standard into a settling electric furnace through a high-temperature melt chute, continuously preserving the temperature of the settling electric furnace until the copper content of the upper-layer lean slag is less than or equal to 0.7 wt.%, preferentially opening a matte port at the lower part of the settling electric furnace, discharging the matte in the settling electric furnace to a matte bag, and immediately blocking the matte port when the lean slag is discharged from the matte port to stop discharging the matte; in the settlement electric furnaceDischarging the lean slag into a water quenching tank through a lean slag port at the upper part of the settling electric furnace for water quenching, and separating slag from water after water quenching to obtain the lean slag which can be sold to a cement plant; when the lean slag is discharged, the sampling rod is used for detecting the depth of a molten pool in the electric settling furnace, when the lean slag in the molten pool is left for 500mm, a lean slag port can be blocked, the discharge of the lean slag is stopped, and the remaining lean slag is used for heat preservation of the electric settling furnace so as to be convenient for the electric settling furnace to receive the next high-temperature melt of the fuming furnace;

in the step (c), the tin-containing mineral material components of Sn3 wt%, Cu0 wt%, S0 wt%, Sb0 wt%, Bi0wt wt%, As0 wt%, Au0g/t, Ag0g/t, the high-copper-content tin material components of Sn65 wt%, Cu18 wt%, S10 wt%, Sb0 wt%, Bi0 wt%, As0wt wt%, Au5g/t, Ag350g/t, the high-sulfur copper concentrate components of Sn0 wt%, Cu24 wt%, S28 wt%, Sb0 wt%, Bi0wt wt%, As2 wt%, Au0g/t, Ag150g/t are added into the fuming furnace, and 3 kinds of mixture are mixed; the main element components of the hot tin slag are Sn3.5 wt.%, Fe26 wt.% and Si24 wt.%;

adding a mixed tin-containing mineral material, a copper-tin-containing material and a high-sulfur copper concentrate into the fuming furnace, and controlling the proportion, wherein the weight of the hot tin slag weighed by the hook scale in the step (b) is controlled according to the proportion: tin-containing ore material: the weight ratio of the copper-tin-containing material to the high-sulfur copper concentrate is 48.3%: 27.6%: 11.5%: 12.6 percent of the mixture is proportioned, the proportion principle is based on that the Sn content of the mixture which is comprehensively fed into a furnace is 9.99 wt.%, and the Cu content reaches 5.10 wt.%; the mass of the lump coal accounts for 3 percent of the mass of the intermediate material for smelting tin;

fuming and volatilizing to obtain tin smoke dust, wherein the content of antimony and bismuth in the tin smoke dust is lower than 5 wt%, and the low-antimony bismuth tin smoke dust directly returns to a top-blown furnace in the main production flow for reduction smelting;

after the copper matte is connected with a high-temperature copper matte melt of a settling electric furnace, naturally cooling a copper matte package for 96 hours, completely solidifying the copper matte, turning over the solidified copper matte in the copper matte package, wherein the upper part of the material in the copper matte package is furnace slag, and the lower part of the material is qualified copper matte; sampling and analyzing the slag, and merging the slag with copper content less than or equal to 0.7 wt.% into water-quenched lean slag for sale to cement plants; and crushing the qualified matte, and selling the crushed matte.

In example 6, the direct yield of Sn contained in the integrated material fed into the furnace can reach 97%, 24 wt.% grade matte is obtained, the direct yield of Cu is 98.5%, the direct yield of Au and Ag paved by matte is more than 97%, and no hazardous waste residue material is generated.
