A valve having a valve opening position indication, comprising: the valve body, characterized by: a follower is fixed at the top of a transmission mechanism of the valve body, a direction-changing scale device for indicating the opening degree of the valve is inserted in the follower, and an opening degree pointer for indicating the opening degree of the valve is fixed on a shell of the valve body;

the turning scale device comprises a dial and a turning head, wherein the turning head is fixed on the dial and used for changing the position of the dial.

The valve of claim 1 having valve opening position indication, wherein: the follower is of a disc structure, two inserting columns are fixed on the follower, the inserting columns are inserted into a positioning groove at the top of the transmission mechanism of the valve body, and two groups of inserting holes are formed in the upper surface of the follower.

3. The valve of claim 2 having valve opening position indication, wherein: the direction changing head is an aluminum sheet, the aluminum sheets are two aluminum sheets which are respectively fixed at the bottom of the dial, and the lower ends of the aluminum sheets are inserted into the inserting holes.

4. A valve having valve opening position indication as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the dial is an arc disc with the same radian as the valve body transmission mechanism.

Background

In production fields or experimental places of industries such as energy chemical industry, electric power, manufacturing industry, food pharmacy, municipal engineering, mining industry and the like, various valves are often used due to the requirements of flow or pressure regulation and maintenance, equipment replacement and the like. The automatic control valve with higher automation control degree is provided, and the traditional manual control valve is also provided. In these valves, depending on the operating conditions, they may be normally open, normally closed, or adjusted to a certain degree of openness to meet different requirements. Many known valves are controlled manually, but the valve has no opening indication or indication position which is not easy to observe, so that the opening or closing or opening operation of the valve depends on the experience of people to control, and unnecessary loss is often caused. And the adoption of a data acquisition or electric control system has the disadvantages of complex structure, high price, complex adjustment and popularization inconvenience.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a valve having an indication of a valve opening position.

The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:

a valve having a valve opening position indication, comprising: the valve comprises a valve body, wherein a follower is fixed at the top of a transmission mechanism of the valve body, a direction-changing scale device for indicating the opening degree of the valve is inserted in the follower, and an opening degree pointer for indicating the opening degree of the valve is fixed on a shell of the valve body;

the turning scale device comprises a dial and a turning head, wherein the turning head is fixed on the dial and used for changing the position of the dial.

The valve with the valve opening position indication function is characterized in that the follower is of a disc structure, two inserting columns are fixed on the follower, the inserting columns are inserted into a positioning groove in the top of a transmission mechanism of the valve body, and two groups of inserting holes are formed in the upper surface of the follower.

The valve with valve opening position indication, the direction changing head is an aluminum sheet, the aluminum sheets are two sheets which are respectively fixed at the bottom of the dial, and the lower end of the aluminum sheet is inserted into the jack.

The dial is an arc disc with the same radian as the valve body transmission mechanism.

Has the advantages that:

1. the device convenient for observing the opening position of the valve is additionally arranged on the operating mechanism of the original valve, does not change the structure of the original valve, and is time-saving, labor-saving, convenient, safe and reliable.

The indicating disc of the invention uses the aluminum sheet, which is convenient for adjusting the angle, such as a valve at a high position, and the angle is increased after the operation, so that inspection personnel or operating personnel can conveniently see the indicating disc below the indicating disc.

3. The follow-up disc is provided with the strip-shaped insertion holes, and the direction of the dial is fixed and adjusted through the insertion holes, so that the position of the follow-up disc is more accurate.

4. The root of the connecting strip is bent after the long holes of the dial and the follow-up disc are inserted and connected, and the bending angle is adjusted along with the change of the height, so that the plane scale indication can be changed into any opening indication which is favorable for inspection or observation of an operator.

The working principle is as follows: the invention realizes the opening position indication through driving the movable disc to rotate by the transmission mechanism and solves the problem that the change of the height of the valve position affects the opening universality of the observation valve. The valve opening display device does not need to supply power in the process, does not change the main structure of the valve, is arranged on the matched valve, has simple structure and strong universality, and can show the real opening of the valve;

the change of the rotating angle of the operating mechanism corresponds to the opening degree of the valve. Inserting the dial disc into the follow-up disc, and folding the aluminum sheet; the dial is arranged with the front side facing an operator (inspection personnel); the valve is fully opened (or fully closed), the follow-up disc rotates along with the valve transmission mechanism, so that the dial also rotates together, the opening pointer is fixed on the valve shell and indicates different positions of the dial, the positions are the opening of the valve and do not rotate along with the linkage disc to face inspection personnel or operators.

The valve opening indicating device implemented by the invention can clearly indicate the valve opening, reduce misjudgment and misoperation on the valve state and avoid accidents caused by misoperation by reasonably designing the valve opening indicating device, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and adjustment, low cost and easiness in popularization and installation.
