(7) after carding, lapping at 50 g/square meter, and lapping on the bottom net in left and right direction until the required square gram weight;

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

a driven gear ring 6 is sleeved on the outer wall of the roller 2, and a plurality of convex teeth are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the driven gear ring 6; the driven gear ring 6 is meshed with the driving gear 5; the speed reducing motor 4 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1; the driving gear 5 is sleeved on an output shaft of the gear motor 4, the gear motor 4 drives the driving gear 5 to rotate, the roller 2 is driven to rotate, and the rotating roller 2 can uniformly mix the functional auxiliary agent and the fibers in the rotating roller.

For the stable rotation and operation of the roller 2, the outer wall of the roller 2 is also sleeved with a guide ring 7; a guide roller 8 is further arranged on the rack 1, and two ends of the guide roller 8 are fixedly arranged on the rack 1 through bearings; a ring groove 81 is arranged on the outer wall of the guide roller 8, and the guide ring 7 is connected with the ring groove 81 in a sliding manner; the guide wheels are used for supporting and limiting the horizontal displacement of the roller 2 and also can enable the roller 2 to rotate more stably.

An opening and closing cover plate 21 is arranged along the outer wall of the roller 2, and the opening and closing cover plate 21 is arranged along the axial direction of the roller 2; after the stirring is finished, the opening and closing cover plate 21 is rotated to the bottom, and the uniform fiber which is full of the functional auxiliary agent can be discharged by opening the opening and closing cover plate 21.

Preferably, the gear guard cover further includes a gear guard 61 which covers the outside of the driving gear 5 and the driven gear ring 6.
