5) when the voltage regulator is in a phase-shifting voltage-regulating state, monitoring that the rotating speed V of the motor is less than the lower limit A of the range, and switching from phase-shifting voltage regulation to short-circuit voltage regulation;

Background

With the progress of technology and the improvement of living standard, people pay attention to the feeling of riding a motorcycle. The problem of noise caused by a voltage regulator becomes a prominent focus problem in the process of riding the motorcycle.

At present, the mainstream voltage regulation modes comprise a short circuit mode, a switch mode and a phase shift mode.

The short-circuit voltage regulator rectifies the alternating current of the motor into direct current, samples the direct current voltage, drives the silicon controlled rectifier to be conducted after the direct current voltage exceeds a set value, enables a magneto coil to be approximately short-circuited, clips and reduces the output voltage of the magneto, and controls the rising of the output voltage. The voltage regulation method has the advantages that the voltage regulation is flexible, and the voltage output by the voltage regulator can be improved by utilizing the characteristic that the current cannot suddenly change under the low-speed condition. However, when the magneto rotates at a high speed, the thyristor is conducted for a long time to short circuit the magneto coil, the magneto coil works under full load for a long time, and the components are seriously heated, so that the service life of the voltage regulator is influenced; the short circuit of the magneto generates heat for a long time, which causes demagnetization of the permanent magnet and possibly burns out the coil, thereby influencing the service life of the motor.

The switch type voltage regulator is additionally provided with a silicon controlled rectifier device between a coil and a storage battery on the basis of a rectifier bridge, the device is kept on at ordinary times, and the silicon controlled rectifier is driven to be closed when the output voltage is detected to be higher than a set value, so that a magneto coil cannot form a closed loop to clip and step down the output voltage of a magneto and control the rise of the output voltage. This control method requires additional thyristor devices and peripheral circuits, which leads to increased costs. While switching the thyristor device increases system losses and produces noise at lower switching frequencies.

The phase-shifting voltage regulator changes the phase angle between the voltage and the current on the magneto coil by controlling the on and off of the rectifier bridge, thereby weakening the space magnetic field and achieving the effect of reducing the output voltage of the magneto. The mode greatly reduces energy loss in the voltage regulation process, and the current output is continuous. But the control degree of difficulty is big to under low-speed condition, when the counter electromotive force that the motor coil produced is less than the storage battery voltage electric current can flow to the voltage regulator from the storage battery, produce the current noise equally.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to collect rotating speed signals and combine the characteristics of a magneto to switch a voltage regulator between a short-circuit mode and a phase-shifting mode at a proper time so as to avoid the noise problem when the voltage is regulated at low speed by simply shifting the phase.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a control method for reducing the magnetic noise of a motorcycle engine,

1) setting a pressure regulating quitting rotating speed T which is slightly smaller than the lower limit value of the idling rotating speed of the motorcycle;

2) measuring the rotating speed ranges [ A, B ] when the output voltage of the magneto reaches the vicinity of the voltage regulation set value;

3) the voltage regulator monitors the real-time rotating speed V of the motor through a speed sensor;

4) when the voltage regulator is in a short-circuit voltage regulation state, monitoring that the rotating speed V of the motor is greater than the upper limit B of the range, and switching from short-circuit voltage regulation to phase-shifting voltage regulation;

5) when the voltage regulator is in a phase-shifting voltage-regulating state, monitoring that the rotating speed V of the motor is less than the lower limit A of the range, and switching from phase-shifting voltage regulation to short-circuit voltage regulation;

6) when the voltage regulator is in a short-circuit voltage regulating state and detects that the rotating speed of the motor is less than T, the voltage regulation is quitted.

Preferably, the upper limit B of the rotation speed in step 2) should satisfy the condition: the voltage output by the full bridge of the voltage regulator at the rotating speed is basically equivalent to the output voltage set by the voltage regulator.

Preferably, the lower rotation speed limit a in step 2) should satisfy the condition: when the speed-reducing regulator adopts a phase-shifting voltage-regulating mode, the output power of the speed-reducing regulator can meet the requirements of the whole motorcycle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the control method for reducing the magnetic noise of the motorcycle engine provided by the invention has the advantages that the rotating speed signal is collected, the characteristics of the magneto are combined, and the voltage regulator is switched between a short-circuit mode and a phase-shifting mode at a proper time, so that the noise problem of low speed when the voltage is regulated by simply shifting the phase is avoided.
