(4) the second molded finished product is overturned and moved to a third mold opening, the second molded finished product is ejected into a third mold by a punching tool at the front end of the third mold, a front hole with a large central hole section is formed at the front end of the third molded finished product through cold heading manufacturing in the third mold, the appearance of a main body of the third molded finished product is in a regular hexagonal prism shape consistent with the outer profile of a regular hexagonal prism main body of a connecting nut blank for an engineering equipment oil pressure system, a circle of conical surface is respectively formed at the outer sides of two ends of the third molded finished product, and the axial length of the conical surface positioned at the outer side of the rear end is larger than that of the conical surface positioned at the outer side of the front end;

(5) the third molded finished product is overturned and moved to a fourth mold opening, the third molded finished product is pushed into the fourth mold by a punching tool at the front end of the fourth mold, and is manufactured by cold upsetting in the fourth mold, a rear end binding rod of the fourth molded finished product is a cylindrical end of a first end of a connecting nut blank for an engineering equipment oil pressure system and deepens a front hole of a large central hole section, a front hole of a small central hole section is formed at the front end of the fourth molded finished product, the axial length of a conical surface of the front hole section is reduced, the diameter of the front hole of the small central hole section is consistent with that of the small central hole section, and the depth of the front hole section is shorter than that of the small central hole section;

According to the invention, through reasonable station task arrangement, a full-automatic 6-station forming machine is adopted, and a product large and small round hole is formed at one time through reverse cold extrusion to manufacture the connecting nut for the oil pressure system of the engineering equipment; the cold extrusion causes the plastic deformation of the blank, changes the shape of the blank, and the streamline is not broken, thereby improving the mechanical property of the product and ensuring the quality of the product. Compared with the prior art, the invention omits the processes of lathing and repairing the outer diameters of two ends and flatting, and has stable size. The speed is improved by 2 to 4 times compared with the original process speed; the original processing mode needs 45g of material, but the material of the invention only needs 39g, which can save 13.4% of material and greatly reduce cost.

For the cold heading of the first die and the second die, the cylinder diameters of the first molded product 1 and the second molded product 2 are kept constant, and are consistent with the diameter of the raw material piece 100, and only a natural slight difference is generated due to the die set at most.

(4) And the second molded finished product 2 is overturned and moved to a third die opening, the second molded finished product 2 is pushed into the third die by a punching tool at the front end of the third die, and the third molded finished product 3 is manufactured by cold upsetting in the third die, so that a front hole 31 of a large central hole section 63 is formed at the front end of the third molded finished product 3, the diameter of the front hole 31 is consistent with or slightly smaller than that of the large central hole section 63, the main body appearance of the third molded finished product 3 is a regular hexagonal prism shape 32 consistent with the cross section outline of a regular hexagonal prism main body 60 of the connecting nut blank 6 for the engineering equipment oil pressure system, and the outer sides of two ends of the third molded finished product 3 respectively form a circle of conical surfaces, wherein the conical surface 34 positioned on the outer side of the rear end is longer than the axial length of the conical surface 33 positioned on the outer side of the front end. The depth of the front aperture 31 substantially corresponds to the length of the cylindrical end 61 of the first end.
