The working principle is as follows: when the cutting device for the fiber layers with different cross-sectional shapes and the operation method thereof are used, the fiber materials to be cut are fixed through the clamping mechanism 6, the fastening screw 603 is rotated, so that the fastening screw 603 drives the pressing block 604 to move upwards, then the materials with the cut are prevented from being arranged inside the L-shaped supports 601 at two sides, and then the fastening screw 603 is reversed, so that a plurality of limiting nails arranged at the pressing side of the pressing block 604 extend into the fiber materials, and the fixation of the fibers is realized; then, the first motor 501 is started, the first motor 501 rotates to drive the first threaded rod 502, and then the first threaded sleeve 504 is lifted on the first threaded rod 502, so that the height of the driving mechanism is adjusted; then, starting the hydraulic cylinder 8, so that the hydraulic cylinder 8 drives the horizontal adjusting mechanism 10 to move downwards, and cutting the fiber material is realized through the matching action of the main cutter 12 and the auxiliary cutter 16; simultaneously, starting the second motor 18, so that the second motor 18 drives the suction fan 19 to rotate, and collecting the scraps generated in the cutting process by using the suction force of the suction fan 19; when the limiting materials with different sizes need to be cut, the horizontal position of the main cutter 12 can be adjusted through the horizontal adjusting mechanism 10, so that the fiber materials with different sizes can be cut according to actual requirements; when different cross sections of the fiber material need to be cut, the main cutter 12 is taken down by loosening the fastening bolt 14, and then other interface cutters are replaced.
