Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a heating device and a water heater.

Background

The water heater is used as a common household appliance, and a certain amount of tap water is stored in the inner container in the use process. Since tap water contains ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, the ions are likely to form insoluble substances with anions in the tap water in the inner container, and further precipitate to form scale. In addition, impurities such as colloids in water and rust generated in the inner container accelerate the production of scale. The insoluble substances and the scale are adhered to the inner container after being formed, so that the water quality is influenced, the pipeline is blocked, the insoluble substances and the scale are adhered to the heating pipe of the inner container, the heating effect of the heating pipe is further negatively influenced, the pitting corrosion is easily caused, and the water heater is further easily subjected to faults such as pipe explosion, water leakage and the like. The safety of the water heater is guaranteed, the service life of the electric water heater is prolonged, and the problem to be solved urgently by the water heater is solved.

In the current method for cleaning and descaling the inner container of the water heater, the inner container is usually detached and then is washed by tap water. However, this method is time consuming and laborious and the cleaning effect is poor. Some manufacturers also design and install a blowoff valve in the inner container of the water heater, so as to avoid the disassembly process of the inner container, directly utilize water flow to wash the scale in the inner container, and discharge the sewage containing the scale out of the inner container through the blowoff valve. However, such designs have difficulty achieving thorough cleaning of the scale in the inner bladder due to restriction of the drain valve position and caliber.

Therefore, it is desirable to design a heating device and a water heater to solve the above-mentioned problems that the heating tube is unevenly cooled due to scaling outside the heating tube, which easily causes the water heater to have faults such as tube explosion and water leakage.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a heating device and a water heater, and aims to solve the problem that scale attached to the outer wall of a heating tube in the water heater cannot be removed, so that the heat of the heating tube cannot be conducted into water due to the fact that the heat of the heating tube is attached to the water, the temperature of the heating tube is abnormally increased, and then the tube is exploded.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The heating apparatus and the water heater of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the water heater provided by the invention comprises an inner container, a heating tube 3 is arranged in the inner container, a water inlet tube and a water outlet tube are arranged on the inner container, an external water source flows in from the water inlet tube, the heating tube 3 heats water in the inner container, and the heated water flows out from the water outlet tube, so that a user can use the water heater.

In the prior art, the heating tube 3 is generally arranged in the inner container, and the heating tube 3 is directly contacted with water in the inner container, so that the water in the inner container is heated. However, since tap water contains ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, these ions are likely to form insoluble substances with anions in the tap water in the inner container, and further precipitate to form scale. In addition, impurities such as colloids in water and rust generated in the inner container accelerate the production of scale. The insoluble substances and the scale are adhered to the inner container after being formed, so that the water quality is influenced, the pipeline is blocked, the insoluble substances and the scale are adhered to the heating pipe of the inner container, the heating effect of the heating pipe is further negatively influenced, the pitting corrosion is easily caused, and the water heater is further easily subjected to faults such as pipe explosion, water leakage and the like.

Specifically, the water heater can be an electric water heater, that is, a heating device is arranged in an inner container of the water heater to convert electric energy into heat energy, so that water in the inner container is heated. The water inlet tube of the water heater may be in communication with a water source to introduce water (particularly cold water) from the water source into the liner. The water outlet pipe of the water heater can be communicated with the outside, so that hot water can be discharged after the heating device heats the water. In one embodiment, the water inlet pipe of the water heater may be located adjacent to the heat generating device and the water outlet pipe of the water heater is located remote from the heat generating device in order to heat water entering the bladder of the water heater. The heating device and the water heater of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1, the water heater provided by this embodiment includes an inner container, and a heating device is disposed in the inner container to convert electric energy into heat energy, so as to heat water in the inner container. When the corrugated pipe is heated and expanded, the controller controls the heating pipe 3 to stop heating, at the moment, the liquid medium 2 in the corrugated pipe is pumped into the storage container by the water pump, the liquid medium 2 in the storage container is cooled, and the corrugated pipe is contracted to a normal state. The steps are repeated for many times, namely, the expansion and contraction frequency of the outer wall of the corrugated pipe is increased, the falling speed of the scale is increased, and the cleaning effect is achieved.

According to the water heater provided by the invention, when the heating pipe 3 is heated, the liquid medium 2 is heated and expanded, so that the corrugated pipe is expanded, the surface area of the corrugated pipe is increased, external scale is removed, the temperature rise condition of the heated medium is monitored by the temperature sensor 5 in the water heater, and the power supply is timely cut off when the temperature rise is abnormal, so that the heating pipe 3 is protected.

In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from the essential scope thereof. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
