However, the existing discharging mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, is not suitable for large-scale production and preparation, prevents realization of automatic production, is difficult to clean a mixing pot after discharging, and has higher potential safety hazard.

Therefore, it is necessary to design an automatic valve device specially used for extruding and discharging from the bottom of the mixing pot, and the automatic valve device has important significance for improving the automatic production level, reducing the potential safety hazard and improving the production efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

After the blanking is finished, the handle 21 is rotated to drive the driving shaft 22 to rotate, the bevel gear 23 drives the intermediate shaft 24 and the driven shaft 25 to synchronously rotate, two pieces of the driving clamp 26 move oppositely, the valve core unit 1 falls under the action of gravity, and the valve core unit 1 is taken down.

After the valve core unit 1 is cleaned, the limiting piston 16 is controlled to lock the central shaft 12, then the valve core unit 1 is installed back into the pot body connecting shell 14, the handle 21 is rotated reversely, the two pieces of the hoop 26 are driven to move relatively, the valve core unit 1 is locked, and next discharging is waited.
