A vacuum releasing device is connected between the vacuum generator 2 and the air inlet pipe 3 and used for controlling air introduction, so that the vacuum state of the vacuum suction equipment is released, and the dryer 20 is started to accurately dry the printed products 12 in the product placing tray 9 on the vacuum suction device 4.

The vacuum suction device is started, the vacuum generator 2 sucks air in the vacuum pipeline 8 of the vacuum suction device 4 through the air inlet pipe 3, the air is discharged from the exhaust pipe 1, the product placing tray 9 on the vacuum suction device 4 is under negative pressure, the products 12 in the product groove 16 are firmly sucked through the first vacuum hole 7 of the vacuum pipeline 8, the product groove 16 limits the position of the products 12, the position printed on the products 12 is accurate, other positions of the products 12 are not left by redundant tin paste, and the products 12 are separated by releasing vacuum after the tin paste is brushed.

The vacuum sucker 4 is provided with a plurality of grooves 5, and the design of the grooves 5 makes the taking out of the product placing tray 9 easier.

The product groove 16 is provided with a second vacuum hole 17, the vacuum tube 8 is positioned below the product groove 16, one end of the vacuum tube 8 is connected with the air inlet tube 3 of the vacuum generator 2, so that vacuum negative pressure is generated in the product groove 16, the second vacuum hole 17 can enable the vacuum generator 2 to suck air in the product groove 16, the product 12 is tightly sucked, and solder paste can be printed accurately.

As shown in fig. 4, one side of the product slot 16 is connected with a heat dissipation slot 18, the product placement tray 9 is further provided with a plurality of first heat dissipation holes 10, the heat dissipation slot 18 is provided with second heat dissipation holes 11, the heat dissipation slot 18 can achieve the purpose of heat dissipation and can conveniently take out the product, the first heat dissipation holes 10 and the second heat dissipation holes 11 can also reduce the weight of the product placement tray 9, the cost is reduced, and the design and processing precision of the product slot 16 is high.

The product groove 16 and the groove angle 15 of the heat dissipation groove 18 are circular, the corners of the product 12 are protected, the knocking loss is prevented, the vacuum is released after the solder paste is brushed to enable the product 12 to be separated from the product more easily, and the atmosphere pressure is balanced more quickly.

The product placing tray 9 is provided with a pulling-out portion 13, the pulling-out portion 13 is provided with a pulling hole 14, the product placing tray 9 is conveniently pulled out after the solder paste is printed, and the product 12 is taken out.

As shown in fig. 5, the thickness of the product placement tray 9 is 1-3mm, and after repeated verification, the thickness of the product placement tray 9 is 2mm, so that the product placement tray has better heat dissipation performance and is not easy to deform.

The diameters of the first heat dissipation hole 10 and the second heat dissipation hole 11 are 1-6 mm.

The vacuum sucker 4 is also provided with a sealing ring 6, so that the vacuum sucker 4 and the product placing tray 9 can be tightly combined when the vacuum generator 2 operates, and air leakage cannot occur.
