Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, and with additional reference to fig. 4 and 5, the first embodiment of the three-fold electric double bed board system of the present invention includes a bed board device 2 having a substantially flat plate shape, an electric device 3 disposed at the bottom side of the bed board device 2, and a supporting device 4 for supporting the bed board device 2.

The bed plate device 2 has a length extending along an extending direction D1 and a width extending along a transverse direction D2 transverse to the extending direction D1, and includes a middle plate unit 21 located at the center along the extending direction D1, and a head plate unit 22 including a head plate 221 and a tail plate unit 23 including a tail plate 231 pivotally connected to opposite sides of the middle plate unit 21 along the extending direction D1. It should be noted that the terms "head" and "tail" are not intended to limit the direction of the user's use, but are merely a substitute.

The head plate unit 22 further includes a first transversal rod 222 disposed on one of the long sides of the head plate 221 opposite to the first middle plate 211 and extending in the transverse direction D2, a second transversal rod 223 disposed on the other long side of the head plate 221 near the first middle plate 211 and extending in the transverse direction D2, and two straight rods 224 extending in the extending direction D1 and connected between the first transversal rod 222 and the second transversal rod 223.

The head plate 221 of the head plate unit 22 is pivotally connected to the first middle plate 211 through the second transverse rod 223, the second pivot ear groups 512, the third pivot ear groups 513 and the first pivot rod 215, and a plurality of through holes 225 passing through the head plate are formed in a U-shape or V-shape. Each through hole 225 extends along the longitudinal direction of the transverse direction D2, and two opposite ends are arc-shaped.

The tail plate 231 of the tail plate unit 23 is formed with three through holes 233 which are vertically penetrated and arranged at intervals along the transverse direction D2, and is pivotally connected to the second middle plate 212 through a plurality of fourth pivot lug groups 514. Each through hole 233 extends along the transverse direction D2, and opposite ends thereof are arc-shaped. The tailgate unit 23 further includes a transverse tailgate rod 232 disposed at a bottom side of the tailgate 231 and extending along the transverse direction D2.

The electric device 3 includes a first electric crank set 31 pivotally connected to the first transverse rod 222 and pivotally connected to the first extension rod 213, and a second electric crank set 32 connected to the first extension rod 213 and pivotally connected to the second extension rod 214.

The first electric crank arm set 31 includes a first electric telescopic arm 311 having one end pivotally connected to the first beam 222, and a pivotally connected arm 312 temporarily separated in fig. 3 and 4.

The second electric curved arm set 32 includes a second electric telescopic arm 321 with one end pivotally connected to the second extension rod 214, and a fixing arm 322 with one end pivotally connected to the second electric telescopic arm 321 and the other end fixed to the first extension rod 213.

The supporting device 4 includes a middle frame 41 disposed at the bottom sides of the first middle plate 211 and the second middle plate 212, a head frame 42 disposed below the head plate 221 and pivotally connected to the middle frame 41, and a tail frame 43 disposed at the bottom side of the tail plate 231 and pivotally connected to the middle frame 41.

The middle frame 41 includes two middle support bars 411 extending in the extending direction D1 and spaced apart in the transverse direction D2. The middle support rods 411 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the first pivot rod 215 and the second pivot rod 216, and one half of each middle support rod 411 is fixed at the bottom side of the first middle plate 211, and the other half can be separated from the second middle plate 212 (see fig. 5 for illustration).

The headstock 42 is generally U-shaped, wraps around the first crossbar 222, the second crossbar 223 and the straight bar 224, is separable from the headboard 221 (see fig. 5), is pivotally connected to the middle support bar 411, can pivot with respect to the middle support bar 411, and can drive the headboard unit 22 to pivot with respect to the middle board unit 21.

The tail frame 43 is generally H-shaped, can be separated from the tail plate 231 (see fig. 5 for illustration), and is pivoted to the transverse tail rod 232 through two pivoting sets 52 and pivoted to the middle support rod 411, and can pivot relative to the middle support rod 411 and can drive the tail plate 231 to pivot relative to the middle plate unit 21.

The first embodiment can be changed from the expanded state shown in fig. 2 and 3 to the triple-folded state shown in fig. 4.

In the unfolded state, the head board unit 22 and the tail board unit 23 are located on two opposite sides of the middle board unit 21 along the extending direction D1, so that the first embodiment is unfolded and flattened to the greatest extent along the extending direction D1.

When the first embodiment requires transportation, the first embodiment is turned over as shown in fig. 3, and then the tailstock 43 and the tail board unit 23 are manually pulled to pivot the tailstock 43 and the tail board unit 23 toward the middle board unit 21 and fold them on one side of the middle board unit 21, and then the headstock 42 and the headboard unit 22 are pulled to pivot the headstock 42 and the headboard unit 22 toward the middle board unit 21 and the tail board unit 23 and fold them together with the tail board unit 23 on the same side of the middle board unit 21, so as to change them into the three-folding state.

In the three-folded state, the tail plate unit 23 is located between the middle plate unit 21 and the head plate unit 22, or the middle plate unit 21 and the head plate unit 22 sandwich the tail plate unit 23 and are located on two opposite sides of the tail plate unit 23. The first embodiment has a collapsed length L1 (not shown in fig. 4, but equivalent to the expanded width, and therefore indicated in fig. 2 and 3) of 75.6 inches, a collapsed width W1 of 36.46 inches, and a collapsed height H1 of 7.5 inches. Thus, the length L1 in inches, the width W1 in two times, and the height H1 in two times of the first embodiment is 163.5 inches after folding, and since it is not more than 165 inches, the first embodiment can satisfy international shipping regulations and can be shipped by various international shipping companies. Since the first embodiment can be sold across countries, it can compete with other countries and products of different countries, thereby promoting industrial development.

In other embodiments of the invention, the length L1 after folding can also be 70 inches to 75.6 inches, the width W1 after folding can also be 30 inches to 36.5 inches, and the height H1 after folding can also be 6.7 inches to 7.5 inches. Thus, the sum of the length L1 in inches, the width W1 twice, and the height H1 twice can also be 143 to 165 inches after folding

The first middle plate 211, the head plate 221 and the tail plate 231 of the first embodiment are formed with the through holes 217, 225 and 233, which can reduce the overall weight of the first embodiment and facilitate transportation. The design of the pivot arm 312 detachably pivoting the first electric telescopic arm 311 and the first extension rod 213 is beneficial to the concave folding of the first embodiment, so that the first embodiment can be easily folded without using multiple joints or other complicated designs.

In addition, since the second electric curved arm set 32 is located at the bottom sides of the first middle plate 211 and the second middle plate 212, and since the middle plate unit 21 itself does not need to be bent during folding, and the through hole 233 located at the center of the tail plate unit 23 can accommodate the second electric telescopic arm 321, the second electric curved arm set 32 does not need to be disassembled and assembled during folding, which is also very convenient.

Referring to fig. 5, the first embodiment can be used with a plurality of bed legs 53. Before use, the pivot arm 312 is pivoted between the first electric telescopic arm 311 and the first extension rod 213, and the bed legs 53 are assembled to the bottom side of the supporting device 4, so that the first embodiment is supported on a supporting surface at a distance from the supporting surface.

In the operation of the first embodiment, the electric device 3 can drive the head board unit 22 and the tail board unit 23 to move relative to the middle board unit 21. The first embodiment is shown in fig. 5 in a using state mainly by changing the length of the first electric telescopic arm 311 and the length of the second electric telescopic arm 321, so that the head plate 221 and the second middle plate 212 swing pivotally relative to the first middle plate 211, and the tail plate 231 and the second middle plate 212 are matched to form an inverted V shape. In this usage state, the first embodiment can be used for the user to lie half and sit on, which is very comfortable.

Referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment of the tri-folding electric double bed board system of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, except that the second pivot ear set 512 (see fig. 3-5) is omitted and the fourth pivot ear set 514 is retracted. Specifically, the two pivot tabs 514' of each fourth pivot tab set 514 are switched from the design shown in fig. 4, which is aligned with the edges of the second middle plate 212 and the tail plate 231, to the design shown in fig. 6, which is spaced from the edges of the second middle plate 212 and the tail plate 231, respectively, to define a retracted distance L2. In the second embodiment, since the second pivot ear set 512 (see fig. 3-5) is omitted and the fourth pivot ear set 514 is also retracted inward, the width W1 of the folded state of the second embodiment can be further reduced to 30 inches, so that the sum of the length L1, the width W1 and the height H1 of the folded second embodiment is reduced to 150.6 inches, which is beneficial for packaging and transportation and saves material and transportation cost.
