Background

In the daily system of the ship lubricating oil, return oil (dirty oil) of a main engine from a filter is discharged to a bottom shell of a lubricating oil circulation cabin, the return oil is pumped into an oil distribution machine through an oil distribution machine pump for purification, the dirty oil is easily mixed with clean lubricating oil (clean oil) in the lubricating oil circulation oil cabin, and the cleanliness of the lubricating oil pumped by the main engine is reduced.

At present, a compartment is usually built in the lubricating oil circulation tank, dirty oil is discharged into the compartment, and mixing with clean oil in the lubricating oil circulation tank is avoided. Due to the fact that narrow subdivision chambers need to be built in the lubricating oil circulation cabin, the difficulty of cleaning, painting and pipeline installation of the lubricating oil circulation cabin and the subdivision chambers is increased. The suction rate of the clean oil pipe 3 is greater than the discharge rate of the return oil pipe 2. The pump body communicates with the clean oil pipe 3 to provide suction power to the clean oil pipe 3.

As further shown in fig. 1, when the pipe body 11 is inserted into the oil circulation tank 10, the upper portion of the pipe body 11 having the top cover 13 is located outside the oil circulation tank 10. The top end of the pipe body 11 is provided with the top cover 13, so that good sealing of the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10 is ensured.

Specifically, the oil return pipe 2 and the oil purification pipe 3 penetrate through the top cover 13 on the pipe body 11 and extend into the pipe body 11 to form a pipe-in-pipe structure. The pipe-in-pipe structure is arranged in the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10 in a penetrating mode, dirty oil is discharged into the pipe body 11 through the oil return pipe 2, and the pump body sucks the dirty oil in the pipe body 11 through the oil purification pipe 3. The pipe body 11 isolates dirty oil from clean oil in the oil circulation tank 10. Because the suction rate of the oil purification pipe 3 is greater than the discharge rate of the oil return pipe 2, the interior of the pipe body 11 is in a negative pressure environment, dirty oil cannot enter the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10, the dirty oil and the clean oil are prevented from being mixed, and the closed circulation of dirty oil purification is realized.

The tube-in-tube construction of this embodiment is removably mounted within the oil circulation trunk 10 by means of a flange 12. When the oil circulation tank 10 is constructed, cleaned, or painted, the isolating device for purifying the oil can be removed to improve the construction efficiency and cleaning efficiency of the oil circulation tank 10 and reduce the occupation of the internal space of the oil circulation tank 10. When dirty oil needs to be purified, the pipe-in-pipe structure is mounted on the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10 again through the flange plate 12, and flexible mounting and use of the lubricating oil purification isolation device are achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, when the isolating device for purifying the lubricating oil is installed, a through hole needs to be formed in the top wall of the lubricating oil circulation tank 10, so that the pipe body 11 extends into the lubricating oil circulation tank 10 through the through hole.

In order to facilitate the stable installation of the outer tube 1, the isolating device for purifying the lubricating oil of the present embodiment further includes a base 4, where the base 4 is a circular ring structure and is disposed on the outer top wall of the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10. Specifically, the base 4 is a carbon steel ring welded to the outer ceiling of the oil circulation tank 10, and the through hole is located in the base 4. The flange 12 is detachably disposed on the base 4, and the pipe 11 can sequentially penetrate through the base 4 and the lubricating oil circulation chamber 10.

Specifically, the base 4 is made of carbon steel, so that the structural strength of the base 4 can be improved, and meanwhile, the base 4 and the outer top wall of the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10 are convenient to weld. The welding improves the connection strength and the sealing performance between the base 4 and the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10.

The flange 12 of the present embodiment is connected to the base 4 by bolts. The top surface of the base 4 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the flange 12 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of positioning holes. When the isolating device for purifying the lubricating oil is installed, a plurality of bolts respectively penetrate through the positioning holes and are in threaded connection with the corresponding threaded holes. The threaded connection improves the connection strength of the flange plate 12 and the base 4, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.

It should be noted that when the flange 12 and the base 4 are fixed, a gasket 5 is interposed between the flange 12 and the base 4 to improve the sealing performance between the flange 12 and the base 4, so as to maintain a good sealing performance in the oil circulation chamber 10 and prevent oil leakage.

The gasket 5 of this embodiment chooses for use non-asbestos fiber base gasket, is favorable to protecting ring flange 12 and base 4, avoids its rust and corrosion, has improved the isolator's of lubricating oil purification life.

As shown in fig. 1, the pipe 11 is provided with air holes 111 along the circumferential direction, and the air holes 111 are located in the lubricating oil circulation chamber 10. The inner cavity of the pipe body 11 is communicated with the lubricating oil circulation chamber 10 through the air holes 111, so that the internal pressure and the external pressure of the pipe body 11 are kept consistent, and the dirty oil in the pipe body 11 can be sucked by the oil purification pipe 3.

It should be noted that the air hole 111 is higher than the level of the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil circulation chamber 10, so as to prevent the clean oil in the lubricating oil circulation chamber 10 from flowing into the pipe body 11 through the air hole 111, which is beneficial to ensure the effective separation of dirty oil and clean oil.

The number of the airing holes 111 of the present embodiment is four, and the diameter is 20 mm. The four air holes 111 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the pipe body 11. Of course, the number of the ventilation holes 111 may be one, two, three, or more than five. The size and shape of the ventilation hole 111 can be adjusted according to the design requirement of the tube 11, and is not limited in detail.

It should be noted that, when the isolating device for purifying the lubricating oil is installed in the lubricating oil circulation tank 10, the liquid level inside the pipe body 11 has the same height as the outside of the pipe body 11 (inside the lubricating oil circulation tank 10) because the pipe body 11 is provided with the air vent 111.

It can be understood that the closer the bottom end of the pipe body 11 is to the inner bottom wall of the oil circulation chamber 10, the better the pipe body 11 can isolate dirty oil from clean oil. The distance between the bottom end of the pipe body 11 and the inner bottom wall of the lubricating oil circulation cabin 10 is 5 mm-20 mm. For example, the distance between the bottom end of the pipe body 11 and the inner bottom wall of the oil circulation compartment 10 may be 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, or the like.

As shown in fig. 1, the bottom end of the clean oil pipe 3 is lower than the bottom end of the return oil pipe 2 and close to the bottom end of the pipe body 11. The bottom end of the oil return pipe 2 of this embodiment is lower than the level of the oil in the oil circulation tank 10. After dirty oil is released to the interior of the pipe body 11 from the oil return pipe 2, the dirty oil flows to the bottom end of the pipe body 11 due to more impurities. The bottom (suction port) of oil purification pipe 3 is close to the bottom of body 11, and oil purification pipe 3 of being convenient for is in the oil separator with dirty oil suction completely, further avoids dirty oil to flow into the clean oil in lubricating oil circulation cabin 10, is favorable to improving dirty oil's purification efficiency, has strengthened the separation effect of body 11.

In the embodiment, the tube 11 and the cap 13 have the same thickness and are thinner, so as to reduce the weight of the outer tube 1 and the cost of the outer tube 1. The connecting strength of the over-thin top cover 13 and the oil return pipe 2 and the oil cleaning pipe 3 with thin-wall structures is not high. For this reason, the isolating device for purifying the lubricating oil of the present embodiment further includes a sleeve 14, and the oil return pipe 2 and the oil purification pipe 3 are respectively and stably connected to the top cover 13 through the corresponding sleeves 14.

In the welding process, the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve 14 are respectively welded with the corresponding oil return pipe 2 or the oil purification pipe 3, the middle part of the sleeve 14 is welded with the top cover 13, and the connecting strength between the oil return pipe 2 and the oil purification pipe 3 and the corresponding sleeve 14 is improved. Meanwhile, the sleeve 14 can limit and guide the oil return pipe 2 and the oil purification pipe 3, and the oil return pipe 2 and the oil purification pipe 3 are stably installed.

In addition, because the axial height of the sleeve 14 is greater than the thickness of the top cover 13, the welding heat accumulation between the oil return pipe 2, the oil purification pipe 3 and the top cover 13 is avoided, and the influence on the use of the lubricating oil purification isolation device caused by the deformation or the welding penetration of the oil return pipe 2, the oil purification pipe 3 and the top cover 13 is avoided.

In other embodiments, two sleeves 14 are threaded through and welded to the top cover 13.
