Detailed Description

The present invention provides an improved electric window curtain (hereinafter referred to as an electric window curtain), which is a first embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 1 to 3, and a second embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 4 to 5. The electric window shade 100 has a fitting 900 mounted on at least one end thereof, and in this embodiment, the fitting 900 is mounted on both ends thereof, and for convenience of description, only one end thereof will be described below as an example.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the motorized window treatment 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes: a curtain rod 1, a frame body 2 and a connecting body 4A.

The curtain rod 1 has two ends, and one of the two ends has an end edge 14. A belt 13 is arranged in the curtain rod 1 in a penetrating way.

The frame 2 may be a metal frame. The frame body 2 is detachably fixed in the end (having the end edge 14) of the curtain rod 1 and has a protruding structure T1 protruding from the end of the curtain rod 1, and the protruding structure T1 may further have a fixing portion 25 as shown in fig. 2. The frame body 2 is further provided with a driven wheel 23, and the driven wheel 23 is preferably pivoted to the fixing portion 25 of the protruding structure T1. The belt 13 is wound with a driven pulley 23.

The connecting body 4A is detachably connected between the protruding structure T1 and the fitting 900, and the connecting body 4A is located between the curtain rod 1 and the fitting 900 after being connected. Preferably, the present invention further includes a plurality of first screw members 6, and the coupling body 4A is detachably fixed to the protruding structure T1 and the fitting 900, respectively, via the plurality of first screw members 6. The first screw member 6 may be a setscrew, but is not limited thereto.

In the upper section, the connecting body 4A surrounds the protruding structure T1 and is provided with a first through screw hole 41, a part of the first screw connecting pieces 6 is screwed into the first through screw hole 41 and forms a first protruding portion 61 protruding from the first through screw hole 41 as shown in fig. 3, and the first protruding portion 61 abuts against the outer surface of the protruding structure T1, so that the connecting body 4A is detachably fixed to the protruding structure T1.

The present invention may further include another adaptor 4C (or: a second adaptor 4C). The connecting body 4A (or the first connecting body 4A) is detachably connected to the protruding structure T1, and the other connecting body 4C is fixed to or integrally formed with the fitting 900. The other connecting body 4C surrounds the connecting body 4A and is provided with a second through screw hole 43, and another part of the plurality of first screw members 6 is screwed corresponding to the second through screw hole 43 and is formed with a second protrusion (the protrusion length is too short, and therefore reference numerals are not marked) slightly protruding out of the second through screw hole 43 after being screwed as shown in fig. 3, so that the second protrusion abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the connecting body 4A to detachably fix the other connecting body 4C together with the fitting 900 to the connecting body 4A.

In other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the present invention may further include only a single connecting body 4A (or 4C), one end of the connecting body 4A (or 4C) is fixed to or integrally formed with the fitting 900 (not shown), and the other end of the connecting body 4A (or 4C) is detachably connected to the protruding structure T1.

Therefore, when other accessories are required to be overhauled, repaired or replaced or the tightness of the belt 13 is required to be adjusted (as described in detail below), the accessory 900 and the connecting body 4A or/and the connecting body 4C can be easily removed only by detaching the first screw connector 6; conversely, the fitting 900 and the joint body 4A or/and the joint body 4C can be easily assembled. Therefore, the effect of convenient assembly and disassembly is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to adjust the tightness of the belt 13, the frame body 2 of the present invention is movably fixed to one end of the curtain rod 1, so that the frame body 2 can linearly move back and forth relative to the curtain rod 1, and the tightness of the belt 13 can be adjusted by such a moving manner.

Preferably, the curtain rod 1 has a rail 11A, and the frame 2 is slidably connected to the rail 11A and has a fixing screw hole 211. The rail 11A has two wings 111 spaced apart from each other side by side to form a space 112 between the wings 111. The present invention further comprises at least one second screw member 7, in this embodiment, two second screw members 7 are included, each second screw member 7 has a screw rod 71 and a screw cap 72 connected to one end of the screw rod 71, the screw rod 71 first passes through the spacing space 112 and is screwed in the fixing screw hole 211, and then the second screw member 7 is screwed tightly, so that the two wing pieces 111 are tightly clamped between the screw cap 72 and the frame body 2 for fixing as shown in fig. 3.

Therefore, when the tightness of the belt 13 is to be adjusted, the tightness of the belt 13 can be adjusted by controlling the frame body 2 to linearly move relative to the curtain rod 1 only by unscrewing the second screw connector 7; when the belt 13 is adjusted to the desired tightness, the second screw member 7 is screwed again.

As described above, the track of the curtain rod 1 may be provided as two, that is, the aforementioned track 11A and the other track 11B opposite to each other. The other rail 11B also has wing pieces 111 spaced apart from each other side by side, and a space 112 is also formed between the wing pieces 111. The track 11A forms a sliding slot 110A through the two wings 111 and other structures, and the track 11B also forms a sliding slot 110B through the two wings 111 and other structures. The frame body 2 includes two sliding pieces 21A, 21B corresponding to the two tracks 11A,11B and a connecting piece 22 connected between one ends of the two sliding pieces 21A, 21B, wherein the two sliding pieces 21A, 21B are slidably connected to the two sliding slots 110A,110B respectively and are provided with the fixing screw holes 211 respectively.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 3, the length of the connecting body 4C after connection must protrude from the end edge 14 of the curtain rod 1 so as to be shielded by the end edge 14, and thus the gap between the curtain rod 1 and the frame body 2 and/or the gap between the curtain rod 1 and the connecting body 4A cannot be seen.

As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the second embodiment of the motorized window shade 100 of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the differences of the second embodiment from the first embodiment are described below.

The frame 3 may be a plastic injection molded frame. Wherein, the protruding body 31 is provided with a column 311 in the fixing portion 35, and the column 311 is provided with an insertion hole 312 along the length direction thereof; the cover 32 covers the protruding body 31 corresponding to the fixing portion 35 to cover the driven wheel 24 sleeved on the upright column 311, so that the driven wheel 24 is limited in the fixing portion 35 between the cover 32 and the protruding body 31 to be protected. The belt 13 is wound around a driven pulley 24. The cover 32 further has a through hole 321 corresponding to the insertion hole 312.

The second embodiment of the present invention further includes a fixing member 8, and the fixing member 8 is inserted into the insertion hole 312 through the through hole 321 to fix the cover 32 on the protruding body 31.

The volume of the sliding groove 110B of the curtain rod 1 is larger than that of the sliding groove 110A, and the volumes of the sliding block 33 and the sliding sheet 21A respectively correspond to the sliding groove 110B and the sliding groove 110A, so that the frame body 3 can be slidably slid on the sliding groove 110B by the sliding block 33. The sliding block 33 is provided with a fixing screw hole 331 corresponding to the spacing space 112 of the rail 11B, the screw 71 of the second screw 7 passes through the spacing space 112 and is screwed in the fixing screw hole 331, when the second screw 7 is screwed tightly, the two wing pieces 111 of the rail 11B are tightly clamped between the nut 72 and the sliding block 33 as shown in fig. 5 to be fixed. As shown in fig. 4, a top plate 113, a plurality of side plates 114, and the two wings 111 of the curtain rod 1 surround each other to define the sliding slot 110B.

When the tightness of the belt 13 is to be adjusted, the tightness of the belt 13 can be adjusted by controlling the frame body 3 to linearly move relative to the curtain rod 1 only by unscrewing the second screw 7; when the belt 13 is adjusted to a proper tightness, the second screw member 7 is screwed again.

In addition, the connecting body 4B of the second embodiment can be a hollow cylinder, so that it has an inner space 42. The outer end of the protruding body 31 is provided with a corresponding panel 34 corresponding to the shape of the inner space 42, and the connecting body 4B is surrounded by the protruding structure T2 and the corresponding panel 34 is correspondingly inserted into the inner space 42, so that the connecting body 4B is fixed to the protruding structure T2.

In summary, the present invention has the following effects compared with the prior art: the effect of conveniently assembling and disassembling the accessory 900 and the effect of conveniently assembling and disassembling the connecting bodies 4A and 4B are achieved, so that the maintenance, the repair or the replacement of other accessories are facilitated; even with the effect of easily adjusting the tightness of the belt 13.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and the drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention is also included in the scope of the present invention.
